One day, there was a mother who came to Bina Usada Hospital, to have a condition that
increased coughing for more than three weeks.
The patient came to Bina Usada Hospital,
Nurse 1 : Good morning, Miss and Mrs ... can I help you?
Mother Patient : Good morning, I want to have my child for checked today
Nurse 2 : Yes miss, let me check first your daugther
Nurse mother : thanks you nurse
Nurse 2 : what is your name miss?
Patient : my name is Indah
Nurse 2 : how old are you miss?
Patient : I am 20 years old
Nurse 2 : What is your problem today miss?
Patient : I cough can be chronic or with blood

severe unintentional weight loss,fever, loss of appetite. The blood presure
is 120/80 mmHg, the pulse is 86 x/mnt, and the body temprature 38 oC
Doctor : yes nurse, I'll check the patient now
Nurse 1 : yes doctor
Doctor : Good morning miss, how is the grive today?
Patients : my grive are cough can be chronic or with blood for more than 3 weeks,
always night sweates,or sweating, severe unintentional weight loss,fever,
loss of appetit

Mrs. Patient : how about my child doctor, what my child is sick?
