Haarslev Roller Crusher
The Haarslev Roller Crusher
is designed for calibration of
cooked animal by-products
before fat separation in a
traditional dry rendering process.
The calibrated greaves will have
a particle size of approximately
25 mm after the roller crusher.
Advantages
The roller crusher can be
delivered with an electronic
speed control to protect the drive
unit in case of blocking.
The installation of a roller
crusher in a dry rendering
plant gives you the following
advantages:
• Lower wear on press screws
due to smaller bone particles
• Larger pieces of metal will be
caught in the roller crusher
instead of damaging the press
