We are pleased to inform you that, under the provisions of the Circular No.05 of 2020 dated
27.O3.2O2O issued by the Bank Supervision Department of the Central Bank of Sri Lanka under
the caption "Rupees 50 Billion Six-Month Re-financing Facility to Support COVID -19 Hit
Businesses lncluding Self Employment and lndividuals", and on your request letter dated ...........

facility will be extended in the following manner:
1. The monthly installment payable shall be paid commencing from after
the Moratorium period until the capital outstanding is recovered in fully.
2. The rate of interest applicable in the existing facility is the same as already agreed, l.e.

3. The security/ies obtained by the Bank in the existing facility is the same and such
security obligations will be continued till this facility and the other liabilities and/or

contract between you and the Bank and that the above accommodation by the Bank to you
shall not extinguish the original obligations in the above existing facility on your part towards

lndemnitors if any, from the original terms and conditions and the respective obligations
already agreed upon in the above existing facility.
