I came to visit Florin again on the same construction site where

he was supervising the tiling job. Florin greeted me at the
entrance of the site and provided me access through the gate.
He told me that they finished tiling the bathrooms and kitchens
but they are supposed to carry out inspections and make
changes when necessary.
When we reached the working area, I carry out a risk assessment
and then I started observing Florin while starting the day job. All
the team met in one of the flat and Florin started the daily
briefing talking about the areas they need to change tiles and in
other areas to apply the grout to the joints between the tiles.
While informing everyone about the there will be one flat where
they need to take all the tiles out as after the inspection it seems

Florin managed to co-ordinate effectively the tasks and moved to
another flat after they changed two cracked tiles in the
bathroom. He was discussing with the other two colleagues and
agreed how to do everything. Florin advised them considering
the cleanliness and tidiness of the area after they finish. As they
were supposed to just change some tiles, Florin remembered

While observing Florin I could see that he was encouraging his

team to do their job and also mentioned that any problems
should be discussed so they can address them accordingly. They
performed well based also on the feedback given and was able to
make recommendations so they can improve. Florin was able to
confirm the course of the work that followed the organisational
procedure too. They were all speaking freely and were able to
talk about everything they needed to know and do. I could also

bathrooms and instructed which tiles need to be changed and
what areas need grout to be applied.
