Terms and Conditions

Free Extra VCP Exam Voucher – Q1FY21

1. Promotion Period
The Promotion shall begin on 23.03.2020 and shall end on 01.05.2020 (“Promotion Period”).

2. Promotion Description:
Students who successfully purchase an eligible On Demand course, see below, will receive an extra free exam voucher in
additional to the one already provided; total two VCP exam vouchers for every On Demand purchased.

3. Course Eligibility:
The additional free exam voucher will only be given once the student has successfully paid and registered for one of the
following On Demand courses during the promotion period.

4. Exam Voucher Validity

The exam voucher will be valid for up to 12 months from the date of issue which is stated on the voucher. Vouchers will be
issued via email within 5 business days after a student completes the registration of the On Demand.

5. Exam Discount
• Voucher discounts may not be combined with any other discounts. One discount may be applied to each exam
registration.
• Voucher cannot be exchanged, replaced or used in combination with other offers.
• Exam appointment must be completed ON or BEFORE the voucher expiration date. Expiration dates may NOT be
extended, and vouchers will NOT be replaced if NOT used ON or BEFORE the expiration date expires.
• Discount Vouchers should NOT be distributed and/or resold by non-authorized VMware Partners and/or
Resellers.

6. Any delay or omission by VMware in enforcing its rights under, or the fulfillment of any requirement contained in these
Terms & Conditions shall not be interpreted as a waiver of such right or requirement.

7. VMware reserves the right to change the terms of or cancel this Promotion at any time.

8. VMware is not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by printing errors or by any of
the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion; (2) technical failures of any kind, including,
but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3)
unauthorized human intervention in any part of the promotion; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the
administration of the promotion; or (5) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or
indirectly, in whole or in part, from participation in the promotion or receipt or use or misuse of any reward.
