    Dear Postmaster General Robles:

    This has reference to a letter that this Office sent through registered mail via the
    Philippine Postal Corporation’s Office in U.P. Diliman, on 30 August 2019, with Tracking
    Number RE 105 021 583 ZZ. The said letter is addressed to a certain Ms. Bienvenida Serna of
    Sitio Lapaan, Brgy. Concepcion, Baras, Rizal.

    We would like to seek for an update as to the status of the said letter; as to whether or
    not it was received, and if so, by whom. We appreciate your services and are hoping for your
