Organizational Charts
Business expansion requires a well-structured strategy that is supported by researched

data on the company's current performance, market trends, and consumer preferences. For a

corporation, the size of Atha Corporations, doubling operations, will necessitate a restructuring

of the company's goals and a human resource pool in response to the growth that is expected and

the associated challenges. A critical department in an expansion strategy is the sales and

marketing department. The sales and Marketing Department is personally responsible for sales

and the accumulation of revenue in an organization. Expanding the department is necessary as

there is a direct relationship between sales and department size.

Consequently, the new talents necessitate a restructuring of the Human Resource

Department by increasing its capacity to address the increased numbers of employees in the

organization. Business expansion is an acritical stage that requires a cohesive team effort, which

is what the Human Resource Department will inculcate. Also, the company plans to retain its

current employees for achieving organizational growth.

The Chain of Command in Business is necessary for the effective functioning of an

organization. This starts with the Chief Executive Officer of the organization who leads the

organization. Chang (2016) reiterates that the company's managers are heads of their respective

departments and are charged with leading their teams towards the achievements of company

goals. The managers are alleged to be in steady conversation with one another to make sure that

their goals are aligned with the organization's general purposes. The author adds that managers

play a crucial role in planning and organizing at the grass root levels of an organization, which is

essential to business growth. With proper management, a business has better chances of

achieving its goals in an increasingly competitive world.

Conclusion

My first job changed into at a fast meals eating place McDonald's while taking orders our

job turned into to encourage customers to shop for extra like a dessert upscale our products by

way of saying "You'll store money by means of shopping for a meal in preference to only a

sandwich and fries". I am influenced, as a manager, you must have a well-structured team in

order to meet companies' goals and needs.
