DATA CENTER INFRASTRUCTURE AND SERVICES
1. INTRODUCTION
EATC has Data Center consisted of 2 zones with a total of 1.2 MWatts
of power. The Data Center complies to International Tier 3 standards to
provide high redundancy and availability for mission-critical services.
The primary Data Center is serving more than 70% of services and
customers of EATC.

The sites and customers in Riyadh, Central region, Eastern region,

Northern region and some of the western region as well are backhauled
to this Data Center to provide services.

This Data Center works as a backup for the other the data center in
Jeddah.

2. KEY SPECIFICATIONS OF INFRASTRUCTURE

EATC has equipped the Data Center with state of the art infrastructure,
that includes the Power, Airconditioning, Fire Fighting, Surveillance etc.

Compliance to Tier -3 Standard has made EATC, provide all Power,

Cooling and other primary systems as 100% redundant.

Some of the elements of the critical infrastructure with the capacity are
mentioned in the below table.

4. DATA CENTER OCCUPANCY

This data center is housing Telecom and Information Technology

equipment in Racks and Cabinets

The racks and cabinets are serving EATC Networks and customers,
and colocation customers in Government, Semi Government and
private businesses.

The following table entails the details of the current distribution of space
in the subject Data Center.

The detailed Layout is attached as Appendix -1.

EATC has offices for 200+ Employees with space of offices for around 2177.01 m2 x 3
stories = 6531.03 m2.

EATC is a Licenced Telecom Company, serving the residential and business
customers’ segment.

Based on the explanation given above all the Residential Customers served
through different access platforms are dependant on core equipment housed
in this Data Center.
