The Australian Government has regulated and banned most incandescent and halogen lights from sale since 2010, so LED has
become the major light source for both the domes c and commercial markets. LED ligh ng is classified as a "Green" product
and is fully recyclable.
Energy Saving has become a hot topic and LED ligh ng will con nue to be a growth market in the coming years. Our products
are Australian designed and manufactured in our own facili es.

Choosing the right colour temperature
With the introduc on of LED ligh ng, there has become a choice on
the colour temperature that you can use throughout your home and
business.
This choice some mes creates confusion for the customer so we have
provided the following guide to help you make the right choice.
Some of S-Tech’s LED down lights now provide you the choice of
colours complete in the same unit that can be selected at the me of Warm White 3000K
installa on,
this way you can get a feel for the colour you like within your own
home or office before they are all installed in one colour. With the
remote op ons, this allows you to change the colour at any me
depending on the ambience you are looking to achieve in the room.
Here are the main colour temperatures used in our LED lights:
Ÿ Warm White (3000K) - Similar colour to a tradi onal incandescent

or Halogen globe, used predominantly within homes to create the
warm
Neutral White 4000K
Ÿ feeling and is by far the most popular choice for home ligh ng.
Ÿ Neutral White (4000K) - Slightly cooler than warm white, this

op on provides a perfect balance between warm and cool white
and is used
Ÿ mainly in office environments and shopping mall loca ons.
Ÿ Cool White (5000K) - This colour is o en referred to as sun white as

it provides a crisp clean clinical feel to the room and does not emit
blue
Ÿ tones like daylight white. This colour is mainly used in office

environments or homes as it makes the rooms appear brighter and Cool White 5000K
more modern.
Ÿ Cool white is the best solu on for outdoor ligh ng, parking garages
and security ligh ng.
Ÿ Daylight White (5700K) - This colour is used to provide a vibrant

bright white light to commercial areas, similar to cool white, it is
mainly used in office environments, outdoor ligh ng and parking
garages.
There is no right or wrong answers, it’s your choice. Consider what the
main use and ac vi es and for the area, together with our choice of

LED Ligh ng Returns Policy
S-Tech Holdings Pty Limited ("S-Tech") is commi ed to providing quality LED ligh ng products to our customers however we
understand that some mes you purchase too many items or you may change your mind on the type of ligh ng you require.
RETURN OF STANDARD PRODUCT

If for any reason you are not completely sa sfied with the product purchased, please return them to us in their original
condi on within 30 days of purchase and we will refund your purchase price or a credit will be applied in order for you to select
another LED ligh ng product from our range.
To qualify to return an item under this policy you must return the product at your cost:
Ÿ With the original receipt;
Ÿ Un-used and in the original working order and condi on;
Ÿ Undamaged, original carton; and
Ÿ All included accessories;
S-Tech reserves the right to:
Ÿ Charge a re-packaging fee if the product is not returned in an undamaged, original carton;
Ÿ Apply a 30% re-stocking fee for items not returned within the 30 day period;
Ÿ Provide store credit in lieu of a refund.
RETURN OF CUSTOM MANUFACTURED PRODUCT

S-tech manufacture a range of turnkey specialty products for some clients, these products are custom manufactured to order
and are not covered under the standard returns policy.
S-Tech does not accept returns for custom manufactured product however if you believe that you have a claim for a refund of
the custom product then please contact S-Tech in wri ng via email to service@s-tech.com.au explaining the reasons you wish
to return the products.
S-Tech will review your claim and provide its findings in wri ng within 15 working days from your correspondence.
S-Tech reserves the right to refuse your request for credit.
Should S-Tech agree to a credit, S-Tech reserves the right to:
Ÿ Charge a re-packaging fee if the product is not returned in an undamaged, original carton;
Ÿ Apply a minimum of a 30% re-stocking fee;
Ÿ Provide store credit in lieu of a refund.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall S-Tech be liable for any other loss, costs or damages, including without limita on lost profits or revenues,
