BALMEROL MULTIGREASE NO 3

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

BALMEROL MULTIGREASE NO 3 are made from high quality mineral oil thickened
with lithium soap and fortified with functional additives to impart oxidation and corrosion
resistance. BALMEROL MULTIGREASE NO 3 conform to IS : 7623 (1993) and
IPSS-1-09-006 (97) specifications.

TYPICAL APPLICATIONS

BALMEROL MULTIGREASE NO 3 are recommended for multipurpose applications

including high performance wheel bearings, chassis points, water pump bearings. They
are pumpable and can be dispensed by any greasing system. BALMEROL
MULTIGREASE NO 3 is recommended for all normal grease application areas.

BALMEROL LICOM 2 GREASE

(Multifunctional High Temperature Grease)

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

BALMEROL LICOM 2 Grease is multifunctional high temperature grease formulated with a high
dropping point lithium complex soap system and specially developed synergistic additives for lubrication
upto 160oC under normal to heavy loads. The complex soap incorporated in the grease enables it to retain
its structure even at high temperatures and high loads, thereby reducing leakage and enhancing component
life with extension of relubrication intervals.

BALMEROL LICOM 2 has excellent shear stability and good surface adhesion. It is non-ageing and is
highly resistant to cold and hot water, heat, dust, rust, corrosion and oxidation.

TYPICAL APPLICATIONS

BALMEROL LICOM 2 is suitable for lubrication of all types of industrial bearings operating under higher
than ambient temperature conditions under heavy loads. It is particularly beneficial in high temperature
applications where use of conventional greases calls for frequent relubrication. Typical applications include
kiln car rollers, hot air fan bearings, electric motor bearings and clutch release bearings in the metallurgical,
ceramic, cement and electrical industry.

Due to superior load bearing capacity, low coefficient of friction, excellent antiwear properties and better
structural stability, BALMEROL LICOM 2 shows considerably better performance as compared to
conventional and non-soap greases for high temperature applications.
REMARKS

BALMEROL LICOM 2 is not compatible with sodium based greases or other conventional greases.
Hence, bearings should be thoroughly cleaned before filling BALMEROL LICOM 2 Grease. Only two-
third of the bearing needs to be filled for optimum lubrication.

AVAILABILITY

BALMEROL LICOM 2 is available in 182 kg drums & 18 kg packs.
