Absence (non-FMLA)

GENERAL

Benefit Plans while on a furlough/unpaid leave of absence. After reviewing this
summary, if you have questions, please contact your local Human Resources
representative.

Furlough/Unpaid Leave of Absence (Non-FMLA)

If you are on a furlough/unpaid leave of absence that is considered non-FMLA,

your benefits including medical, dental, vision, optional life, AD&D and disability
will remain active for up to two months (i.e., if your leave begins on 4/1, benefits
will continue until 6/1). Once the two months have been exhausted, your benefits
will terminate and you will be offered COBRA for the applicable benefits.

Benefit Payments While on Furlough/Unpaid Leave

When you return to work, the benefit deductions that were not taken during this
time period will be applied to your upcoming paychecks.

MEDICAL, PRESCRIPTION DRUG, TELADOC, TALKSPACE, VISION and DENTAL

BENEFITS

Coverage under the Interpublic Group Medical Plan (UnitedHealthcare

PPO1/PPO2/CDHP, or Kaiser Health Plans) including prescription drug coverage
(Express Scripts), Teladoc, Talkspace, Vision Care Plan (VSP) and Dental Plans
(MetLife PDP and Cigna DHMO) will be effective while you are on a furlough/unpaid
leave of absence.

Within two to three weeks of your coverage termination date, you will receive
information from our COBRA administrator, Benefit Connect COBRA Service Center.
In general, medical (including prescription drugs), dental, vision and EAP coverage
may be continued for up to 18 months at the applicable COBRA rates. For more
information on COBRA, you may call Benefit Connect at (877) 292-6272 or you can
access information online at: http://cobra.ehr.com.

If you are eligible for Medicare, please note that all medical plans through
COBRA will act as secondary coverage. Please read your COBRA notice
carefully for more information regarding Medicare or visit www.medicare.gov.

Important: COBRA coverage will not be reinstated until the first premium
payment is made. Details are provided in the COBRA notice which will be
mailed to your home address.
As an alternative to COBRA, you may want to consider coverage through a state or
federal Health Insurance Marketplace. If you enroll in Marketplace coverage, you
may be eligible for a tax credit that lowers your monthly premiums. If you do not
enroll in marketplace coverage within 60 days of your loss of coverage, you may
not enroll until the Annual Enrollment period. More information will be included on
your COBRA notice, or you can visit www.healthcare.gov.
