New Wonderland Online, Common Errors with solutions.

Running Alogin error:

(Receive a popup with gibberish/Chinese characters)

Solution:

1- Go to your Wonderland Online folder and find alogin.exe 2- Right click and
select “Properties”

2- Select “Compatibility”

3- Under “Compatibility Mode” select “Run this program in compatibility mode

for:” and select Windows 7

4- Under “Settings” Select “Reduced color mode” and choose “16-bit”

 Client cannot update (No updater popup appears)

Solution #1:

1- Go to Control Panel -> Windows Defender.

2- Temporarily disable windows defender and run main.exe to update. 3- Once

update is complete, turn windows defender back on.

Solution #2:

1- Go to Control Panel --> Windows Defender

2- Select “Allow an app or feature through windows defender firewall” 3- Select

“Change Settings”

3- Search for main

4- Give permission to main to run updates (place a tick on the left of the program
and both ticks on the right)
 WLO Updating Error

Solution:

1- Replace the ISP0 file in your wonderland folder

2- Close the current Main.exe tab and open another one
3- Run the updater again
 Logging in Errors:

Error 7:

Solution: Update client through main.exe

 Server Error
Solutions:

- Try a different server

- Replace current Server.INI File in the WLO folder

- Wait a few minutes and then try to log on again

- Check your internet connection

Note: Error might appear during maintenance, so you need to wait until it is
over.
 Error 19 Solutions:

(If a new character was created and received this error on the ship)

-Server is full at the moment and you need wait until maintenance

(If when trying to log on)

- Try relogging (on the same server and a different server)

-Check if password and username are correct (u may be entering someone

else’s username by accident)

-If previous solutions fail, your account has been locked onto the server and
you need to wait until next maintenance

Error 60:

Solutions:
-Issue is from the Server’s side so you need to wait until fixed.

 Error 62 Solutions:

-Make sure the password entered is correct (Usually when a strange character is
entered from a different language)

-Wait until maintenance is over

Error 65 Solutions:

-Use the original Item.Dat file (can be obtained via reinstalling, asking
someone, discord)

66: IP ZONE 不合法

Error 66 IP Address Solutions:

-Your IP address is blocked so you would need to use a VPN or change your IP
address.

 Incorrect Password: Solution:

-Make sure password entered is correct.

Note: If a character was created already, the password would be to whatever

you entered in the first 2 boxes.
 Error 3:

-To many failed attempts were made to login, you should wait a while until
fixed.

Solution: Log on to a different server
Cause: Server is full

 Empty Inventory/Missing items when logging in

Solutions:
-Relog (take your time logging in this time)
-Restart client and relog (take your time logging in this time)

Empty Server List:

Solution:
-Update your drivers (specifically graphic drivers)
-Restart your PC
Note: Drivers could be updated through Windows update or manually
by searching on google for the specific driver.

 Weird UI – Game looks corrupted

Solutions:
-Restart your PC (it ran out of RAM)

Other errors with no pictures but with solutions

Error #1 封包資料太多斷線:

The server is getting overloaded with requests made by you, cause d by 3rd
party programs.

Solutions: Don’t run the game with a 3rd party program that affects the client.

Errors #5 & #14 | 發現違規的事件斷線1 & 因超距離的移動而斷線:

You entered an illegal area.

Causes: Warping (SB, Carnie, Recorded Spot) while you character hasn't fully
loaded

Solution: Relog

Error #9 事 件 表 檔 版 本 不 符 :
Cause: Outdated or corrupted DAT file.

Solution: Update game/Replace the DAT files

Character was deleted

 Old client was used.

Solution: Update the client

Error #18 修改資料斷線:

Using an illegal 3rd program.

Solution: Don't use 3rd part programs and revert the game to the original
state.

Abnormal server DC.

Solution: Relog

Error #24 密碼長度太短斷線:

Password entered is too short

Error #43 玩家戰鬥型態錯誤0:

Corrupted/Modified Scene.DAT file.

Solution: Replace current Scene.DAT file or reinstall/patch.

Account was banned

Solution: None

Password is too long

Server is full.

Solution: Use another server

Corrupted .Dat file.

 Solution: Replace current ones/Update client/ Reinstall game

General Note: If a solution is to replace a file, you can obtain this file either
by asking someone for a copy of the file(s) or reinstalling/patching the game
to revert it back to an original state
