DUA’A AL-JAWSHAN AL-KABEER

Al-Kafa`ami narrates in al- Balad al-Ameen and al-Misbah that Imam Ali As-Sajjad (as)
related from his father from his grandfather the Prophet of Allah (PBUH&HP) that this
supplication was taught by the Angel Jibrael (as) to the Prophet during one of the battles.
Jibrael (as) explained the greatness of this supplication which includes that whoever reads it
with a pure intention in the beginning of Ramadhan, Allah will grant him sustenance on the
Night of Power and will create for this person 70,000 Angels who will all be busy in the
praising and glorification of Allah and will give this reward to the person who has read this
supplication. In addition, whoever reads this supplication three times during Ramadhan,
Allah will make the hell-fire forbidden on him and would make it obligatory for that person
to go into Paradise. For such a person, Allah will also appoint two Angels to protect that
person from all evils and he would be in the protection of Allah for as long as he is alive.
Thent Imam Husain ibn Ali (as) said” “My father Ali ibn Abi Talib (as) had bequeathed to me
that I should memorise and protect this supplication and write it on his Kafan (burial shroud)
and that I should teach it to my family and encourage them to read it as it contains 1,000
names of Allah and within these names is the Greatest Name of Allah (Ism-e-A`zham).

After each of the 100 paragraphs in the supplication, one should recite:

ya ghaferal-khati'ate, ya ‫اﻟْﺤَﺴَﻨَﺎتِ ﻳَﺎ ﻏَﺎﻓِﺮَ اﻟْﺨَﻄِﻴﯩَٔﺎتِ ﻳَﺎ‬
mo'ti-yal mas'alate ya
qabi-iat-tawbate, ya ‫ﻣُﻌْﻄِﻲَ اﻟْﻤَﺴْﺎَٔﻻتِ ﻳَﺎ ﻗَﺎﺑِﻞَ اﻟﺘﱠﻮْﺑَﺎتِ ﻳَﺎ‬

Who creates heavy clouds, O He,
Who is the most powerful, O He,

tashaqqa-til-jebalo min ِ‫ﻗَﺎﻣَﺖِ اﻟﺴﱠﻤَﺎوَاتُ ﺑِﺎَٔﻣْﺮِهِ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦ‬
makhafatehi, ya man
qamatis-samawato be- ُ‫اﺳْﺘَﻘَﺮﱠتِ اﻟْﺎَٔرَﺿُﻮنَ ﺑِﺎِٕذْﻧِﻪِ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ ﻳُﺴَﺒﱢﺢ‬

taqarratil-arzoona be- ‫اﻟﺮﱠﻋْﺪُ ﺑِﺤَﻤْﺪِهِ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ ﻻ ﻳَﻌْﺘَﺪِي ﻋَﻠَﻰ‬

yosabbehoor-ra'do be- ِ‫أَﻫْﻞِ ﻣَﻤْﻠَﻜَﺘِﻪ‬
hamdehi, ya mal-ia ya'tadi
' alaa ahle mamlakatehi.

of tribulations, O Aim of hopes, O
Giver of abundant gifts, O
Bestower of bounties, O Provider
of creatures, O Judge of destinies, ya wahebal-hadaya, ya
O Hearer of complaints, O
Resurrector of creatures, O Freer
of captives.
[8] O He, to Whom is due all
praise and adoration, O He, Who
holds all pride
and eminence, O He, Who holds
all honour and rank, O He, Who
makes promises and honours
them, O He, Who pardons and is
content, O He, Who holds all
abundance and provides, O He,
Who is glorious and

fashioned thing, O Creator of

every needy thing, O Sovereign
over all subjects, O Dispeller of
every hardship, O Comforter of
every griever, O Merciful to every fareja koolle mahmoomin
sufferer, O Helper of everything
forsaken, O Concealer of every
blemished thing, O Shelter for
every exile.

Source of Hope in my misfortune,
O Companion in my isolation, O
Fellow Traveller in my journey, O
Friend in my ease, O Rescuer from
my trials, O Guide in my errancy,
O Resource in my neediness, O
Shelter in my helplessness, O
Deliverer from my fears.

‫( ﻳَﺎ ﻏَﺎﻓِﺮَ اﻟْﺨَﻄَﺎﻳَﺎ ﻳَﺎ ﻛَﺎﺷِﻒَ اﻟْﺒَﻼﻳَﺎ‬۷)
moontahar-rajaya, ya ‫ﻳَﺎ ﻣُﻨْﺘَﻬَﻰ اﻟﺮﱠﺟَﺎﻳَﺎ ﻳَﺎ ﻣُﺠْﺰِلَ اﻟْﻌَﻄَﺎﻳَﺎ‬
moojzelal-' ataya,
‫ﻳَﺎ وَاﻫِﺐَ اﻟْﻬَﺪَاﻳَﺎ ﻳَﺎ رَازِقَ اﻟْﺒَﺮَاﻳَﺎ ﻳَﺎ‬
razeqal-baraya,ya
qazeyal-munaya. ya same’ ‫ﻗَﺎﺿِﻲَ اﻟْﻤَﻨَﺎﻳَﺎ ﻳَﺎ ﺳَﺎﻣِﻊَ اﻟﺸﱠﻜَﺎﻳَﺎ ﻳَﺎ‬
ash shakaya, ya ba'esal-
baraya, ya mootlaqal- ‫ﺑَﺎﻋِﺚَ اﻟْﺒَﺮَاﻳَﺎ ﻳَﺎ ﻣُﻄْﻠِﻖَ اﻟْﺎُٔﺳَﺎرَى‬

sanaa'ay, ya zal-fakhre
ِ‫( ﻳَﺎ ذَا اﻟْﺤَﻤْﺪِ وَ اﻟ ﱠﺜﻨَﺎءِ ﻳَﺎ ذَا اﻟْﻔَﺨْﺮ‬۸)
wal-bahaa'ay, ya zal- ‫وَاﻟْﺒَﻬَﺎءِ ﻳَﺎ ذَا اﻟْﻤَﺠْﺪِ وَ اﻟ ﱠﺴﻨَﺎءِ ﻳَﺎ ذَا‬
majde was-sanaa'ay
ya zal' ahde wal-wafaa'ay ِ‫اﻟْﻌَﻬْﺪِ وَ اﻟْﻮَﻓَﺎءِ ﻳَﺎ ذَا اﻟْﻌَﻔْﻮِ وَ اﻟﺮﱢﺿَﺎء‬
ya zal-' afway war-rizaa-
'ay, ya zalmanne َ‫ﻳَﺎ ذَا اﻟْﻤَﻦﱢ وَ اﻟْﻌَﻄَﺎءِ ﻳَﺎ ذَا اﻟْﻔَﺼْﻞِ و‬

ya maleka koolle ‫ﻣَﺎﻟِﻚَ ﻛُﻞﱢ ﻣَﻤْﻠُﻮكٍ ﻳَﺎ ﻛَﺎﺷِﻒَ ﻛُﻞﱢ‬

koolle makroobin, ya َ‫ﻣَﻜْﺮُوبٍ ﻳَﺎ ﻓَﺎرِجَ ﻛُﻞﱢ ﻣَﻬْﻤُﻮمٍ ﻳَﺎ رَاﺣِﻢ‬

shati, ya sahebi inda َ‫ﻳَﺎ ﺻَﺎﺣِﺒِﻲ ﻋِﻨْﺪَ ﻏُﺮْﺑَﺘِﻲ ﻳَﺎ وَﻟِﻴﱢﻲ ِﻋﻨْﺪ‬
ghoorbati,
ya waliye 'inda ne'mati, ya ‫ﻧِﻌْﻤَﺘِﻲ ﻳَﺎ ﻏِﻴَﺎﺛِﻲ ﻋِﻨْﺪَ ﻛُﺮْﺑَﺘِﻲ ﻳَﺎ‬
gheyasi inda koorbati, ya
daleeli 'inda hairati, ya َ‫دَﻟِﻴﻠِﻲ ِﻋﻨْﺪَ ﺣَﻴْﺮَﺗِﻲ ﻳَﺎ ﻏَﻨَﺎﺋِﻲ ﻋِﻨْﺪ‬
ghenaa'ee indaf-teqari ya
mal-jaa'ee 'inda iztarari,
‫اﻓْﺘِﻘَﺎرِي ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻠْﺠَﺌِﻲ ﻋِﻨْﺪَ اﺿْﻄِﺮَارِي ﻳَﺎ‬
ya mooghisi 'inda ‫ﻣُﻌِﻴﻨِﻲ ﻋِﻨْﺪَ ﻣَﻔْﺰَﻋِﻲ‬
mafza'ee.
[12] O Knower of the unseen, O
Forgiver of sins, O Concealer of
defects, O Expeller of pain, O
Transformer of the heart, O
Physician of the heart, O
Illuminator of the heart, O
Intimate of the heart, O Dispeller
of anxiety, O Liberator from grief.

sattaral 'oyoobe, ya ‫ﻳَﺎ ﺳَﺘﱠﺎرَ اﻟْﻌُﻴُﻮبِ ﻳَﺎ ﻛَﺎﺷِﻒَ اﻟْﻜُﺮُوبِ ﻳَﺎ‬
kashefal-koroobe,ya
moqal-lebal-qoloobe. ya ‫ﻣُﻘَﻠﱢﺐَ اﻟْﻘُﻠُﻮبِ ﻳَﺎ ﻃَﺒِﻴﺐَ اﻟْﻘُﻠُﻮبِ ﻳَﺎ‬
tabibool.qoloobe ya
moonaw-weral-qoloobe ‫ﻣُﻨَﻮﱢرَ اﻟْﻘُﻠُﻮبِ ﻳَﺎ أَﻧِﻴﺲَ اﻟْﻘُﻠُﻮبِ ﻳَﺎ‬
ya aneesal-qoloobe,ya
mofarrejal-homoome. ِ‫ﻣُﻔَﺮﱢجَ اﻟْﻬُﻤُﻮمِ ﻳَﺎ ﻣُﻨَﻔﱢﺲَ اﻟْﻐُﻤُﻮم‬
ya moonaf-fesal-
ghomoome;

[13] O Allah, verily I beseech You alla-hooma inni asa'aloka

in Your name:O Glorious, O
Virtuous, O Protector, O Patron, O jameelo, ya wakeelo, ya
Guide, O Guarantor, O Bestower
of Wealth, O Bestower of
blessings, O Bestower of strength,
O Acceptor of repentance.
[14] O Guide of the confounded,
O Rescuer of those who appeal, O
Helper of those who call, O Aider
of those who call, O Shelter of the
fearful, O Succourer of the
faithful, O Merciful to the
indigent, O Refuge for the
disobedient, O Forgiver of the
sinner, O Responder to the
supplicant.

qabeelo, ya modeelo, ya ‫دَﻟِﻴﻞُ ﻳَﺎ ﻗَﺒِﻴﻞُ ﻳَﺎ ﻣُﺪِﻳﻞُ ﻳَﺎ ﻣُﻨِﻴﻞُ ﻳَﺎ‬

َ‫( ﻳَﺎ دَﻟِﻴﻞَ اﻟْ ُﻤﺘَﺤَﻴﱢﺮِﻳﻦَ ﻳَﺎ ﻏِﻴَﺎث‬۱٤)
mostaghiseena, ya saree- َ‫اﻟْﻤُﺴْﺘَﻐِﻴﺜِﲔَ ﻳَﺎ ﺻَﺮِﻳﺦَ اﻟْ ُﻤﺴْﺘَﺼْﺮِﺧِﲔ‬
khal-moostasre-
kheena, ya jaral- َ‫ﻳَﺎ ﺟَﺎرَ اﻟْﻤُﺴْﺘَﺠِﻴﺮِﻳﻦَ ﻳَﺎ أَﻣَﺎن‬
moostajeereena, ya
amanal-khaa'e-feena, ya َ‫اﻟْﺨَﺎﺋِﻔِﲔَ ﻳَﺎ ﻋَﻮْنَ اﻟْﻤُﻮْٔﻣِﻨِﲔَ ﻳَﺎ رَاﺣِﻢ‬
awnal-mo'meneena, ya
rahemal masakeena, ya َ‫اﻟْﻤَﺴَﺎﻛِﲔِ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻠْﺠَﺎَٔ اﻟْﻌَﺎﺻِﲔَ ﻳَﺎ ﻏَﺎﻓِﺮ‬
mal-jaa'al' aseena, ya
ghaferal-mooznebeena, ya
َ‫اﻟْﻤُﺬْﻧِﺒِﲔَ ﻳَﺎ ﻣُﺠِﻴﺐَ دَﻋْﻮَ ِة اﻟْﻤُﻀْﻄَﺮﱢﻳﻦ‬

da'watil-mooztareena

[15] O Master of liberality and ya zal-joode wal-ehsane,

ya zal-fazle wal-imtenane,
‫( ﻳَﺎ ذَا اﻟْﺠُﻮدِ وَ اﻟْﺎِٕﺣْﺴَﺎنِ ﻳَﺎ ذَا‬۱٥)
beneficence, O Most gracious and
obliging, O Master of peace and ya zal-amne wal-amane, َ‫اﻟْﻔَﻀْﻞِ وَ اﻻﻣْﺘِﻨَﺎنِ ﻳَﺎ ذَا ا ْﻟﺎَٔﻣْﻦِ و‬
security, O Most holy and above ya zal-qoodse was-
all defects, O Master of wisdom sobhane, ya zal-hikmate ‫اﻟْﺎَٔﻣَﺎنِ ﻳَﺎ ذَا اﻟْﻘُﺪْسِ وَ اﻟﺴﱡﺒْﺤَﺎنِ ﻳَﺎ ذَا‬
wal-bay-ane, ya zar-
and manifestation, O Master of
rahmate war-rizwane, ya َ‫اﻟْﺤِﻜْﻤَﺔِ وَ اﻟْ َﺒﻴَﺎنِ ﻳَﺎ ذَا اﻟﺮﱠﺣْﻤَﺔِ و‬
mercy and satisfaction, O Master zal-hoojjate wal-
of argument and proof, O Master boorhane, ya zal ' azmate ‫اﻟﺮﱢﺿْﻮَانِ ﻳَﺎ ذَا اﻟْﺤُﺠﱠﺔِ وَ اﻟْﺒُﺮْﻫَﺎنِ ﻳَﺎ ذَا‬
of grandeur and sovereignty, O was-sooltane, ya zar-
Master of kindness and succour, O rafate wal-moosta'ane, ya َ‫اﻟْﻌَﻈَﻤَﺔِ وَ اﻟﺴﱡﻠْﻄَﺎنِ ﻳَﺎ ذَا اﻟﺮﱠأْﻓَﺔِ و‬
Master of pardon and forgiveness. zal-'afwe wal-ghoofrane ِ‫اﻟْﻤُﺴْﺘَﻌَﺎنِ ﻳَﺎ ذَا اﻟْﻌَﻔْﻮِ وَ ا ْﻟﻐُﻔْﺮَان‬
[16] O He, Who is the Lord over
all things, O He, Who is the God
of all things, O He, Who is the
Creator of all things, O He, Who is
the Fashioner of all things, O He,
Who is the Preceder of all things,
O He, Who is the Succeeder of all
things, O He, Who is above all
things, O He, Who knows all
things, O He, Who is Powerful
over all things, O He, Who is the
Sustainer and Extinguisher of all
things.
[17] O Allah, verily I beseech You alla-hooma inni as'aloka
inYour name: O Securer of safety, be-lsmeka, ya mo'meno ya
O Protector, O Bestower of being,
O Bestower of knowledge, O
Manifestor, O Facilitator, O
Provider of place, O Adorner, O
Proclaimer, O Distributor
[18] O Everylasting in His
Kingdom, O Eternal in His
sovereignty, O Greatest in His
grandeur, O Most Merciful to His
servants, O Knower of everything,
O
Forbearing to he who disobeys
Him, O Magnanimous to he places
his hope in Him, O He Who is
Wise over what He
has fashioned, O He Who is Subtle
in his Wisdom, O He Who is
Eternal in His Kindness.
[19] O He, from Whom no hope is
entertained save by His Grace, O
He, from Whom nothing is begged
save His Pardon, O He, of Whom
nothing is
seen save His Goodness, O He,
from Whom nothing is feared save
His Justice, O He, Whose
sovereignty alone of eternal, O He,
Who alone has true majesty, O He, shai'in rahmatohoo, ya
Whose blessings extend to all, O
He, Whose Wrath is
surpassed by His Mercy, O He,
Whose knowledge encompasses
everything, O He, Who is without
equal.

mohaimeno, ya makaw- ‫ﻣُﻮْٔﻣِﻦُ ﻳَﺎ ﻣُﻬَﻴْﻤِﻦُ ﻳَﺎ ﻣُﻜَﻮﱢنُ ﻳَﺎ ﻣُﻠَﻘﱢﻦُ ﻳَﺎ‬

'ala 'ibadehi rahimoon, ya ‫رَﺣِﻴﻢٌ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ ﻫُﻮَ ﺑِﻜُﻞﱢ ﺷَﻲْءٍ ﻋَﻠِﻴﻢٌ ﻳَﺎ‬

ْ‫( ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ ﻻ ﻳُﺮْﺟَﻰ إِﻻ ﻓَﻀْﻠُﻪُ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦ‬۱۹)
yoos'alo illa' afwohoo, ya ُ‫ﻻ ﻳُﺴْﺎَٔلُ إِﻻ ﻋَﻔْﻮُهُ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ ﻻ ﻳُﻨْﻈَﺮُ إِﻻ ﺑِﺮﱡه‬

man la yadoomo illa ‫ﺳﻠْﻄَﺎنَ إِﻻ‬
ُ ‫ﻳَﺪُومُ إِﻻ ﻣُﻠْﻜُﻪُ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ ﻻ‬

soolta-na illa sooltanohoo, ٍ‫ﺳُﻠْﻄَﺎﻧُﻪُ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ وَﺳِﻌَﺖْ ﻛُﻞﱠ ﺷَﻲْء‬
ya man wase'at koolla
‫رَﺣْﻤَﺘُﻪُ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ ﺳَﺒَﻘَﺖْ رَﺣْﻤَﺘُﻪُ ﻏَﻀَﺒَﻪُ ﻳَﺎ‬
man sabaqat rahmatahoo ْ‫ﻣَﻦْ أَﺣَﺎطَ ﺑِﻜُﻞﱢ ﺷَﻲْءٍ ﻋِﻠْﻤُﻪُ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦ‬
ghazaba hoo, ya man
ahata be-koolle shai'in ‫ﻟَﻴْﺲَ أَﺣَﺪٌ ﻣِﺜْﻠَ ُﻪ‬

ahadoom-mislohoo
[20] O Remover of anxiety, O ya farejal-hamme, ya
kashefal-ghamme, ya
‫( ﻳَﺎ ﻓَﺎرِجَ اﻟْﻬَﻢﱢ ﻳَﺎ ﻛَﺎﺷِﻒَ اﻟْﻐَﻢﱢ ﻳَﺎ‬۲۰)
Expeller of sorrow, O Forgiver of
sins, O Acceptor of repentance, O ghaferaz zambe, ya َ‫ﻏَﺎﻓِﺮَ اﻟﺬﱠﻧْﺐِ ﻳَﺎ ﻗَﺎﺑِﻞَ اﻟﺘﱠﻮْبِ ﻳَﺎ ﺧَﺎﻟِﻖ‬
Creator of creatures, O Truthful in qabelat-tawbe, ya
promises, O Fulfiller of promises, khaleqal-khalqe, ya َ‫اﻟْﺨَﻠْﻖِ ﻳَﺎ ﺻَﺎدِقَ اﻟْﻮَﻋْﺪِ ﻳَﺎ ﻣُﻮﻓِﻲ‬
sadeq'al-wa'de ya moo-fil-
O Knower of secrets, O Splitter of
'ahde' ya ' alemas-sirre, ya ‫اﻟْﻌَﻬْﺪِ ﻳَﺎ ﻋَﺎﻟِﻢَ اﻟﺴﱢﺮﱢ ﻳَﺎ ﻓَﺎﻟِﻖَ اﻟْﺤَﺐﱢ ﻳَﺎ‬
seed, O Provider for creatures. faleqal-habbe, ya razeqal-
aname ِ‫رَازِقَ اﻟْﺎَٔﻧَﺎم‬
[21] O Allah, verily I beseech alla-hooma inni as'aloka
be-lsmeka ya ali-yo, ya
‫( اﻟﻠﱠﻬُﻢﱠ إِﻧﱢﻲ أَﺳْﺎَٔﻟُﻚَ ﺑِﺎﺳْﻤِﻚَ ﻳَﺎ‬۲۱)

Perfect, O Independent, O Rich, O wafi-yo, ‫ﻋَﻠِﻲﱡ ﻳَﺎ وَﻓِﻲﱡ ﻳَﺎ ﻏَﻨِﻲﱡ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻠِﻲﱡ ﻳَﺎ ﺣَﻔِﻲﱡ‬
Kind, O Agreeable, O Purifier, O ya ghani-yo, ya mali-yo,
Eternal, O ya hafi-yo, ya razi-yo, ya ‫ﻳَﺎ رَﺿِﻲﱡ ﻳَﺎ زَ ﻛِﻲﱡ ﻳَﺎ ﺑَﺪِيﱡ ﻳَﺎ ﻗَﻮِيﱡ ﻳَﺎ‬
zaki-yo, ya badi-yo, ya
Mighty, O Friend.
qawi-yo, ya wali-yo ‫وَﻟِﻲﱡ‬
[22] O He, Who reveals virtue, O ya man azharal-jameel ya
man sattaral-qabeeha ya
َ‫( ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ أَﻇْﻬَﺮَ اﻟْﺠَﻤِﻴﻞَ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ ﺳَﺘَﺮ‬۲۲)
He, Who conceals vice, O He,
Who does not call to severe mal-lam yoo'akhiz bil- ‫اﻟْﻘَﺒِﻴﺢَ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ ﻟَﻢْ ﻳُﻮَٔاﺧِﺬْ ﺑِﺎﻟْﺠَﺮِﻳﺮَةِ ﻳَﺎ‬
account for sins, O He, Who does jarirate wa ya man-lam
not disclose the disgrace of his yahtekas-sitra, ya, azimal-' ‫ﻣَﻦْ ﻟَﻢْ ﻳَﻬْﺘِﻚِ اﻟﺴﱢﺘْﺮَ ﻳَﺎ ﻋَﻈِﻴﻢَ اﻟْﻌَﻔْﻮِ ﻳَﺎ‬
afwene, ya hasanat-
servants, O He, Who is the best
tajawooze, ya wase'al- ‫ﺳﻊَ ا ْﻟﻤَﻐْﻔِﺮَةِ ﻳَﺎ‬
ِ ‫ﺣَﺴَﻦَ اﻟﺘﱠﺠَﺎوُزِ ﻳَﺎ وَا‬
forgiver, O He, Who overlooks maghfirate, ya basital
errancy, O He, Whose forgiveness yadaine bir-rahmat, ya ‫ﺑَﺎﺳِﻂَ اﻟْﻴَﺪَﻳْﻦِ ﺑِﺎﻟﺮﱠﺣْﻤَﺔِ ﻳَﺎ ﺻَﺎﺣِﺐَ ﻛُﻞﱢ‬
extends over all, O He, Whose
Hands are stretched
saheba koolle najwa, ya
moontaha koolle shakwa
‫ﻧَﺠْﻮَى ﻳَﺎ ﻣُﻨْﺘَﻬَﻰ ﻛُﻞﱢ ﺷَﻜْﻮَى‬
forth in mercy, O He, Who knows
all secrets, O He, to Whom all
complaints are directed.
[23] O Master of countless ya zan-ne'matis sabeghate,
ya zar-rahmatil-wase'ate,
‫( ﻳَﺎ ذَا اﻟﻨﱢﻌْﻤَﺔِ اﻟﺴﱠﺎﺑِﻐَﺔِ ﻳَﺎ ذَا‬۲۳)
blessings, O Master of limitless
mercy, O Master surpassing all ya zal-minnatis-sabeqate, ‫اﻟﺮﱠﺣْﻤَﺔِ اﻟْﻮَاﺳِﻌَﺔِ ﻳَﺎ ذَا اﻟْﻤِﻨﱠﺔِ اﻟﺴﱠﺎﺑِﻘَﺔِ ﻳَﺎ‬
obligation, O Master of perfect ya zal-hikmatil-baleghate,
wisdom, O Master of infinite ya zal-qoodratil-kamelate, ِ‫ذَا اﻟْﺤِﻜْﻤَﺔِ اﻟْﺒَﺎﻟِﻐَﺔِ ﻳَﺎ ذَا ا ْﻟﻘُﺪْرَة‬
ya zal-hoojjatil-qate'ate,
might, O Master of the decisive
ya zal-kara-matiz- ‫اﻟْﻜَﺎﻣِﻠَﺔِ ﻳَﺎ ذَا اﻟْﺤُﺠﱠﺔِ اﻟْﻘَﺎﻃِﻌَﺔِ ﻳَﺎ ذَا‬
argument, O Master of the zahirate, ya zal'lzzatid-
manifest miracle, O Master of daa'emate, ya zal- ِ‫اﻟْﻜَﺮَاﻣَﺔِ اﻟﻈﱠﺎﻫِﺮَةِ ﻳَﺎ ذَا اﻟْﻌِﺰﱠةِ اﻟﺪﱠاﺋِﻤَﺔ‬
perpetual prestige, O Master of
great strength, O Master of
qoowatil-matinate, ya zal
'azamatil-mani'ate
ِ‫ﻳَﺎ ذَا اﻟْﻘُﻮﱠةِ اﻟْﻤَﺘِﻴﻨَﺔِ ﻳَﺎ ذَا ا ْﻟﻌَﻈَﻤَﺔ‬
unsurpassable glory. ِ‫اﻟْﻤَﻨِﻴﻌَﺔ‬
[24] O Originator of the heavens, ya badias-samawate, ya
ja'elaz-zolomate, ya
َ‫( ﻳَﺎ ﺑَﺪِﻳﻊَ اﻟﺴﱠﻤَﺎوَاتِ ﻳَﺎ ﺟَﺎﻋِﻞ‬۲٤)

oversees slips and errors, O ya sateral' awrate, ya َ‫اﻟْﻌَﺜَﺮَاتِ ﻳَﺎ ﺳَﺎﺗِﺮَ اﻟْﻌَﻮْرَاتِ ﻳَﺎ ﻣُﺤْﻴِﻲ‬

Concealer of defects, O Reviver of
moonzelal-ayate, ya َ‫اﻟْﺎَٔﻣْﻮَاتِ ﻳَﺎ ﻣُﻨْﺰِلَ اﻟْﺂﻳَﺎتِ ﻳَﺎ ﻣُﻀَﻌﱢﻒ‬
the dead, O Revealer of signs, O
َ‫اﻟْﺤَﺴَﻨَﺎتِ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﺎﺣِﻲَ اﻟﺴﱠ ﱢﻴﯩَٔﺎتِ ﻳَﺎ ﺷَﺪِﻳﺪ‬

Increaser of virtue, O Decreaser of ma heyas-syyate, ya
bad traits, O He Who calls to
account.

ِ‫اﻟﻨﱠﻘِﻤَﺎت‬
[25] O Allah, verily I beseech You alla-hoomma inni as'aloka
in Your name: O Fashioner, O
Preordainer, O Planner, O Purifer,
O Illuminator,
O Facilitator, O Giver of glad
tidings, O Warner, O Giver of
precedence, O Postponer.
[26] O Lord of the Sanctuary, O
Lord of the holy month, O Lord of
the Holy City, O Lord of the rukun
and the maqam, O Lord of the
masha'ir of Mecca, O Lord of the
Holy Mosque in Mecca, O Lord of
what is lawful and what is
proscribed, O Lord of light and
darkness, O Lord of salutation and
peace, O Lord of strength among
creatures.
[27] O Highest of all authorities, O ya ahkamal- hakemeena
Most Just of all the just, O Most
Trustworthy of all the trustworthy,
O Purest of the pure, O Best of
creators, O quickest Reckoner, O
Best of listeners, O Most vigilant
of invigilators, O Best of
intercessors, O Most honourable
of all.
[28] O Supporter of the
unsupported, O Helper of the
helpless, O Protector of the
unprotected, O Shield for the
defenceless, O Hearer of the
unheard appeal, O Pride of those
without pride, O Honour of the
honourless, O Giver of Aid to the
unaided, O Friend of the forsaken,
O Shelter of the shelterless.
[29] O Allah, verily I beseech You alla-hoomma inni as'aloka
in Your name:O Protector, O
Persistent, O Eternal, O Merciful,
O Accorder of peace, O
Omniscient, O Distributor, O
Preventor, O Opener.

‫( اﻟﻠﱠﻬُﻢﱠ إِﻧﱢﻲ أَﺳْﺎَٔﻟُﻚَ ﺑِﺎﺳْﻤِﻚَ ﻳَﺎ‬۲٥)
wiro. ya moqaddiro, ya ‫ﻣُﺼَﻮﱢرُ ﻳَﺎ ﻣُﻘَﺪﱢرُ ﻳَﺎ ﻣُﺪَﺑﱢﺮُ ﻳَﺎ ﻣُﻄَﻬﱢﺮُ ﻳَﺎ‬

ya motah-hiro, ya monaw- ُ‫ﻣُﻨَﻮﱢرُ ﻳَﺎ ﻣُﻴَﺴﱢﺮُ ﻳَﺎ ﻣُﺒَﺸﱢﺮُ ﻳَﺎ ﻣُﻨْﺬِرُ ﻳَﺎ ﻣُﻘَﺪﱢم‬

mobash-shiro, ya moonz- ُ‫ﻳَﺎ ﻣُﻮَٔﺧﱢﺮ‬
ziro, ya moqad-dimo, ya
mo'akh-khiro
ya rabbal-baitil-harame.
ya rabbish-shahril-
‫( ﻳَﺎ رَبﱠ اﻟْﺒَﻴْﺖِ اﻟْﺤَﺮَامِ ﻳَﺎ رَبﱠ‬۲٦)
harame, ya rabbal-ba- ‫اﻟﺸﱠﻬْﺮِ اﻟْﺤَﺮَامِ ﻳَﺎ رَبﱠ اﻟْﺒَﻠَﺪِ اﻟْﺤَﺮَامِ ﻳَﺎ‬
iadil-harame,ya rabbar-
rookne wal maqame, ya ِ‫رَبﱠ اﻟﺮﱡ ﻛْﻦِ وَ اﻟْﻤَﻘَﺎمِ ﻳَﺎ رَبﱠ اﻟْﻤَﺸْﻌَﺮ‬
rabbal-mash'aril harame,
ya rabbal-masjedil- ‫اﻟْﺤَﺮَامِ ﻳَﺎ رَبﱠ اﻟْﻤَﺴْﺠِﺪِ ا ْﻟﺤَﺮَامِ ﻳَﺎ رَبﱠ‬
ِ‫اﻟْﺤِﻞﱢ وَ اﻟْﺤَﺮَامِ ﻳَﺎ رَبﱠ اﻟﻨﱡﻮرِ وَ اﻟﻈﱠﻼم‬

noore waz-zalame, ya
rabbat-tahi-yate was-
ِ‫ﻳَﺎ رَبﱠ اﻟﺘﱠﺤِﻴﱠﺔِ وَ اﻟﺴﱠﻼمِ ﻳَﺎ رَبﱠ اﻟْﻘُﺪْرَة‬
salame, ya ra-bbal- ِ‫ﻓِﻲ اﻟْﺎَٔﻧَﺎم‬

ya a' dalal-' adeleena, ya
َ‫( ﻳَﺎ أَﺣْﻜَﻢَ اﻟْﺤَﺎﻛِﻤِﲔَ ﻳَﺎ أَﻋْﺪَل‬۲۷)
asdaqas-sadeqeena, ya َ‫اﻟْﻌَﺎدِﻟِﲔَ ﻳَﺎ أَﺻْﺪَقَ اﻟﺼﱠﺎ ِدﻗِﲔَ ﻳَﺎ أَﻃْﻬَﺮ‬

ahsanal-khaleqeena, ya ‫اﻟﻄﱠﺎﻫِﺮِﻳﻦَ ﻳَﺎ أَﺣْﺴَﻦَ اﻟْﺨَﺎﻟِﻘِﲔَ ﻳَﺎ‬
asra'al-hasebeena, ya
asma'as-same'eena, ya ‫ﻊ اﻟﺴﱠﺎﻣِﻌِﲔَ ﻳَﺎ‬
َ َ‫ﲔ ﻳَﺎ أَﺳْﻤ‬
َ ِ‫أَﺳْﺮَعَ اﻟْﺤَﺎﺳِﺒ‬

yahfa'ash-shaafe'eena, ya ‫أَﺑْﺼَﺮَ اﻟﻨﱠﺎﻇِﺮِﻳﻦَ ﻳَﺎ أَﺷْﻔَﻊَ اﻟﺸﱠﺎﻓِﻌِﲔَ ﻳَﺎ‬

َ‫أَﻛْﺮَمَ اﻟْﺎَٔ ﻛْﺮَﻣِﲔ‬
ya 'imada man laa
'imadalahoo, ya sanada
َ‫( ﻳَﺎ ﻋِﻤَﺎدَ ﻣَﻦْ ﻻ ﻋِﻤَﺎ َد ﻟَﻪُ ﻳَﺎ ﺳَﻨَﺪ‬۲۸)
mal la sanadalahoo, ‫ﻣَﻦْ ﻻ ﺳَﻨَﺪَ ﻟَﻪُ ﻳَﺎ ذُﺧْﺮَ ﻣَﻦْ ﻻ ذُﺧْﺮَ ﻟَﻪُ ﻳَﺎ‬
ya zokhra man la
zookhralahoo, ya hirza ‫ﺣِﺮْزَ ﻣَﻦْ ﻻ ﺣِﺮْزَ ﻟَﻪُ ﻳَﺎ ﻏِﻴَﺎثَ ﻣَﻦْ ﻻ‬
man la hirzalahoo,
ya ghiasa man la ‫ﻏِﻴَﺎثَ ﻟَﻪُ ﻳَﺎ ﻓَﺨْﺮَ ﻣَﻦْ ﻻ ﻓَﺨْﺮَ ﻟَﻪُ ﻳَﺎ ﻋِﺰﱠ‬

man la fakhralahoo, ُ‫ﻣَﻦْ ﻻ ﻋِﺰﱠ ﻟَﻪُ ﻳَﺎ ﻣُﻌِﲔَ ﻣَﻦْ ﻻ ﻣُﻌِﲔَ ﻟَﻪ‬
ya 'izza man la 'izzalahoo,
ya mo'eena man la
‫ﻳَﺎ أَﻧِﻴﺲَ ﻣَﻦْ ﻻ أَﻧِﻴﺲَ ﻟَﻪُ ﻳَﺎ أَﻣَﺎنَ ﻣَﻦْ ﻻ‬
mo'eenalahoo, ُ‫أَﻣَﺎنَ ﻟَﻪ‬

man laa amanalahoo
be-ismeka ya 'asimo, ya
‫( اﻟﻠﱠﻬُﻢﱠ إِﻧﱢﻲ أَﺳْﺎَٔﻟُﻚَ ﺑِﺎﺳْﻤِﻚَ ﻳَﺎ‬۲۹)
qaa'emo, ‫ﻋَﺎﺻِﻢُ ﻳَﺎ ﻗَﺎﺋِﻢُ ﻳَﺎ دَاﺋِﻢُ ﻳَﺎ رَاﺣِﻢُ ﻳَﺎ‬
ya daa'emo, ya rahimo, ya
salimo ya hakimo, ya ‫ﺳَﺎﻟِﻢُ ﻳَﺎ ﺣَﺎﻛِﻢُ ﻳَﺎ ﻋَﺎﻟِﻢُ ﻳَﺎ ﻗَﺎﺳِﻢُ ﻳَﺎ‬
'alimo, ya qa-simo, ya qa-
bizo, ya basito ُ‫ﻗَﺎﺑِﺾُ ﻳَﺎ ﺑَﺎﺳِﻂ‬
[30] O Protector of he who seeks
His protection, O Merciful to he
who requests His mercy, O
Forgiver of the implore His
forgiveness, O Helper of he who farahoo, ya nasira manis-
asks for His help, O Protector of
he who seeks His protection, O
Magnanimous to he who seeks His manis-tak-ramahoo, ya
magnanimity, O Guide for he who
seeks His guidance, O Giver of
Aid to he who seeks His aid, O
Rescuer of he who appeals to Him. mo'eena manis-ta'anahoo,
[31] O Powerful Who is never
overpowered, O Benign Who is
invisible, O Self-Subsistent Who
never sleeps, O Eternal Who never
perishes, O Everliving Who never
dies, O Monarch Whose rule is
endless, O Eternal Who is
imperishable, O Omniscient Who
never forgets, O Independent Who
needs no sustenance, O Mighty
Who never weakens.
[32] O Allah, verily I beseech You
in Your name: O Unique, O One,
O Present, O Praiser, O Exalted, O
Guide, O Resurrector, O Heir, O
Harmful to the unjust, O Benificial
to the just.
[33] O Grandest of all the grand, O
Most
magnanimous of all the
magnanimous, O Most merciful of
all the merciful, O Most
knowledgeable of all knowers, O
Most Wise of all the wise, O Most
ancient of all the ancient, O Most qadimin, yaa akbara min
great of all the great, O Most
benign of all the
benign, O Most magnificent of all ajalla min koolle jaleelin,
the magnificent, O Most mighty of
all the mighty.
[34] O Most magnanimous in
overlooking sins, O Greatest
benefactor, O Most bounteous in
goodness, O Eternal in grace, O
Creator of subtlety, O Remover of daa'emal-lootfe, ya latifas-
pain, O Healer of injury, O Master
of dominion, O True Judge.

َ‫( ﻳَﺎ ﻋَﺎﺻِﻢَ ﻣَﻦِ اﺳْﺘَﻌْﺼَﻤَﻪُ ﻳَﺎ رَاﺣِﻢ‬۳۰)
manis-tar-hamahoo, ya ‫ﻣَﻦِ اﺳْﺘَﺮْﺣَﻤَﻪُ ﻳَﺎ ﻏَﺎﻓِﺮَ ﻣَﻦِ اﺳْﺘَﻐْﻔَﺮَهُ ﻳَﺎ‬

hayyal la yamooto, ya ‫ﺣَﻴّﺎ ﻻ ﻳَﻤُﻮتُ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻠِﻜﺎ ﻻ َﻳﺰُولُ ﻳَﺎ ﺑَﺎﻗِﻴﺎ‬

wahido, ya shahido, , ya ‫أَﺣَﺪُ ﻳَﺎ وَاﺣِﺪُ ﻳَﺎ ﺷَﺎﻫِﺪُ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﺎﺟِﺪُ ﻳَﺎ‬

rashido, ya ba'eso, ya ‫ﺣَﺎﻣِﺪُ ﻳَﺎ رَاﺷِﺪُ ﻳَﺎ ﺑَﺎﻋِﺚُ ﻳَﺎ وَارِثُ ﻳَﺎ‬
wariso, ya zaar-ro, ya
nafe'o. ُ‫ﺿَﺎرﱡ ﻳَﺎ ﻧَﺎﻓِﻊ‬
yaa a'zama min koolle
'azimin, ya akrama min
َ‫( ﻳَﺎ أَﻋْﻈَﻢَ ﻣِﻦْ ﻛُﻞﱢ ﻋَﻈِﻴﻢٍ ﻳَﺎ أَﻛْﺮَم‬۳۳)
koolle karimin, yaa ٍ‫ﻣِﻦْ ﻛُﻞﱢ ﻛَﺮِﻳﻢٍ ﻳَﺎ أَرْﺣَﻢَ ﻣِﻦْ ﻛُﻞﱢ رَﺣِﻴﻢ‬
arhamar min koolle
rahimin, yaa a'lam min ْ‫ﻳَﺎ أَﻋْﻠَﻢَ ﻣِﻦْ ﻛُﻞﱢ ﻋَﻠِﻴﻢٍ ﻳَﺎ أَﺣْﻜَﻢَ ﻣِﻦ‬
koolle 'alimin ya ahkama
min koolle hakimin, yaa ‫ﻛُﻞﱢ ﺣَﻜِﻴﻢٍ ﻳَﺎ أَﻗْﺪَمَ ﻣِﻦْ ﻛُﻞﱢ ﻗَﺪِﻳﻢٍ ﻳَﺎ‬
aqdama min koolle
‫أَﻛْﺒَﺮَ ﻣِﻦْ ﻛُﻞﱢ ﻛَﺒِﻴﺮٍ ﻳَﺎ أَﻟْﻄَﻒَ ﻣِﻦْ ﻛُﻞﱢ‬
koolle kabirin, yaa altafa
min koolle latifin, yaa
‫ﻟَﻄِﻴﻒٍ ﻳَﺎ أَﺟَﻞﱠ ﻣِﻦْ ﻛُﻞﱢ ﺟَﻠِﻴﻞٍ ﻳَﺎ أَﻋَﺰﱠ‬
ٍ‫ﻣِﻦْ ﻛُﻞﱢ ﻋَﺰِﻳﺰ‬
yaa a'azza min koolle '

ya ka-rimas-safhe, ya '
azimool-manne, ya
‫( ﻳَﺎ ﻛَﺮِﻳﻢَ اﻟﺼﱠﻔْﺢِ ﻳَﺎ ﻋَﻈِﻴﻢَ اﻟْﻤَﻦﱢ‬۳٤)
kaseeral-khaire, َ‫ﻳَﺎ ﻛَﺜِﻴﺮَ اﻟْﺨَﻴْﺮِ ﻳَﺎ ﻗَﺪِﻳﻢَ اﻟْﻔَﻀْﻞِ ﻳَﺎ دَاﺋِﻢ‬
ya qadimal-fazle, ya
َ‫اﻟﻠﱡﻄْﻒِ ﻳَﺎ ﻟَﻄِﻴﻒَ اﻟﺼﱡﻨْﻊِ ﻳَﺎ ﻣُﻨَﻔﱢﺲ‬
soon'ay,
ya moonaf-fesal-karbe, ya َ‫اﻟْﻜَﺮْبِ ﻳَﺎ ﻛَﺎﺷِﻒَ اﻟﻀﱡﺮﱢ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﺎﻟِﻚ‬
‫اﻟْﻤُﻠْﻚِ ﻳَﺎ ﻗَﺎﺿِﻲَ اﻟْﺤَﻖﱢ‬
kashifaz-zorre, ya
malekal-moolke,
ya qaazeyal-haqqe:
[35] O He Who fulfils His
promise, O He Who is great in His
might, O He Who is near everyone
in spite of His greatness, O He
Who is benign in His weariness, O
He Who is noble in His benignity,
O He Who is powerful in His
nobility, O He Who is great in His lootfehi sharifoon, ya man
power, O He Who is exalted in His
greatness, O He Who is
praiseworthy in his exaltation.
[36] O Allah, verily I beseech You alla-hoomma inni as'aloka
in Your name:O Sufficient, O
Restorer of health, O Faithful, O shafi, ya wafi ya mo'afi, ya
Forgiver, O Guide, O Summoner,
O Judge, O Agreeable, O High, O ya da'ee, ya qazi, ya razi,
Eternal.
[37] O He before Whom
everything bows, O He before
Whom everything is humbled, O
He for Whom everything
exists, O He to Whom everything
owes its existence, O He to Whom
everything returns, O He of Whom
everything is afraid, O one to
Whom everything owes its
stability, O He towards Whom
everything retreats, O He Whom
everything glorifies with praise, O
He besides Whom everything is
perishable.
[38] O He there is no retreat but
towards Him, O He-there is no
place of protection except with
Him, O He-there is no right path
except that which leads to Him, O
He-there is no shelter against Him
but with Him, O He there is no
inclination towards anyone except
Him, O He-there is no strength
and vigour but from Him, O He-
none is invoked for help but He. O
He-trust is not reposed in anyone
but He, O He-hope is not
entertained from anyone except
from He, O He-none is
worshipped except He.

‫( ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ ﻫُﻮَ ﻓِﻲ ﻋَﻬْﺪِهِ وَﻓِﻲﱞ ﻳَﺎ‬۳٥)
fee wafaa'ehi qawi, ya ‫ﻣَﻦْ ﻫُﻮَ ﻓِﻲ وَﻓَﺎﺋِﻪِ ﻗَﻮِيﱞ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ ﻫُﻮَ ﻓِﻲ‬

'ali, ya man howa fee ٌ‫ﻗُﻮﱠﺗِﻪِ ﻋَﻠِﻲﱞ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ ﻫُﻮَ ﻓِﻲ ﻋُﻠُﻮﱢهِ ﻗَﺮِﻳﺐ‬

ِ‫ﻓِﻲ ﻟُﻄْﻔِﻪِ ﺷَﺮِﻳﻒٌ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ ﻫُﻮَ ﻓِﻲ ﺷَﺮَﻓِﻪ‬

ْ‫ﻋَﺰِﻳﺰٌ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ ﻫُﻮَ ﻓِﻲ ﻋِﺰﱢهِ ﻋَﻈِﻴﻢٌ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦ‬
'izzehi 'azimoon, ya man ‫ﻫُﻮَ ﻓِﻲ ﻋَﻈَﻤَﺘِﻪِ ﻣَﺠِﻴﺪٌ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ ﻫُﻮَ ﻓِﻲ‬

majidoon, ya man howa ‫ﺪ‬
ٌ ‫ﻣَﺠْﺪِهِ ﺣَﻤِﻴ‬

be-lsmeka, ya kafi, ya
‫( اﻟﻠﱠﻬُﻢﱠ إِﻧﱢﻲ أَﺳْﺎَٔﻟُﻚَ ﺑِﺎﺳْﻤِﻚَ ﻳَﺎ‬۳٦)
‫ﻛَﺎﻓِﻲ ﻳَﺎ ﺷَﺎﻓِﻲ ﻳَﺎ وَاﻓِﻲ ﻳَﺎ ﻣُﻌَﺎﻓِﻲ ﻳَﺎ‬
hadi,

ya man la yarghab illaa َ‫ﻳُﺮْﻏَﺐُ إِﻻ إِﻟَﻴْﻪِ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ ﻻ ﺣَﻮْلَ وَ ﻻ ﻗُﻮﱠة‬
llaihe, ya
man la hawla wa la ‫إِﻻ ﺑِﻪِ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ ﻻ ﻳُﺴْﺘَﻌَﺎنُ إِﻻ ﺑِﻪِ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ ﻻ‬

man la yoosta’ano illaa
َ‫ﻳُﺘَﻮَ ﻛﱠﻞُ إِﻻ ﻋَﻠَﻴْﻪِ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ ﻻ ﻳُﺮْﺟَﻰ إِﻻ ﻫُﻮ‬
behi, ya man la َ‫ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ ﻻ ﻳُﻌْﺒَﺪُ إِﻻ ﻫُﻮ‬

[39] O Best of those who are
feared,
O Best of those who are liked, O
Best of those who are sought, O
Best of those who are entreated, O khairal-mas'ooleena, ya
Best of those who are longed for,
O Best of those who are
remembered, O Best of those to
whom thanks are offered, O Best
of those who are loved, O Best of
those who are called on, O Best of
those who are held in affection.
[40] O Allah, verily I entreat You alla-hoomma inni as'aloka
in Your name: O Forgiver, O
Concealer [of defects], O Mighty,
O Supreme, O Creator, O
Shatterer, O Joiner, O
Rememberer, O Seeing, O Helper.
[41] O He Who created and
perfected, O He Who made
[everything] to measure and
guided, O He Who removes
misfortunes, O He Who overhears
secrets, O He Who rescues the
drowning, O He Who saves the
distressed, O He Who restores the
sick to health, O He who makes
[His servants] laugh and weep, O
He Who causes to dies and calls to
life, O He Who has created pairs
of male and female.
[42] O He Whose course is on
land and in water, O He Whose
signs are in the universe, O He in fil-afaqe ayatohoo, ya man
Whose signs are undeniable
proofs, O He Whose might is
exhibited in causing death, O He
Whom graves provide [people]
with His lesson, O He Whose
kingdom will be on the Day of
Judgement, O He in Whose
reckoning (of deeds) is His dread,
O He in Whose balance is His
order, O He Whose paradise is the
place of His good reward, O He
Whose hell is the place of
chastisement.

‫( اﻟﻠﱠﻬُﻢﱠ إِﻧﱢﻲ أَﺳْﺎَٔﻟُﻚَ ﺑِﺎﺳْﻤِﻚَ ﻳَﺎ‬٤۰)
satiro, ya qadiro, ya ُ‫ﻏَﺎﻓِﺮُ ﻳَﺎ ﺳَﺎﺗِﺮُ ﻳَﺎ ﻗَﺎدِرُ ﻳَﺎ ﻗَﺎﻫِﺮُ ﻳَﺎ ﻓَﺎﻃِﺮ‬
qahiro, ya fatiro, ya
kasiro, aya jabiro, ya ‫ﻳَﺎ ﻛَﺎﺳِﺮُ ﻳَﺎ ﺟَﺎﺑِﺮُ ﻳَﺎ ذَاﻛِﺮُ ﻳَﺎ ﻧَﺎﻇِﺮُ ﻳَﺎ‬

nasiro. ُ‫ﻧَﺎﺻِﺮ‬
ya man khalaqa fosaw-wa,
ya man qad-dara fahada,
َ‫( ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ ﺧَﻠَﻖَ ﻓَﺴَﻮﱠى ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ ﻗَﺪﱠر‬٤۱)
ya man yakshe-fool-balwa, ْ‫ﻓَﻬَﺪَى ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ ﻳَﻜْﺸِﻒُ اﻟْﺒَﻠْﻮَى ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦ‬
ya man yasma'oon najwa,
ya myn yoonqezool ‫ﻳَﺴْﻤَﻊُ اﻟﻨﱠﺠْﻮَى ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ ﻳُﻨْﻘِﺬُ اﻟْﻐَﺮْﻗَﻰ ﻳَﺎ‬
gharqa, ya myn yoonjil-
halka, ya myn yashfil ‫ﻣَﻦْ ﻳُﻨْﺠِﻲ اﻟْﻬَﻠْﻜَﻰ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ ﻳَﺸْﻔِﻲ‬
marza ya man azhaka wa
abka, ya man amata wa ‫اﻟْﻤَﺮْﺿَﻰ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ أَﺿْﺤَﻚَ وَ أَﺑْﻜَﻰ ﻳَﺎ‬
ahya ya man khalaqaz-
zawjainiz-zakara wal-
َ‫ﻣَﻦْ أَﻣَﺎتَ وَ أَﺣْﻴَﺎ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ ﺧَﻠَﻖ‬
oonsa ‫اﻟﺰﱠوْﺟَﻴْﻦِ اﻟﺬﱠ ﻛَﺮَ وَ اﻟْﺎُٔﻧْﺜَﻰ‬
ya man fil-barre wal-
bahre sabeelohoo ya man
‫( ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ ﻓِﻲ اﻟْﺒَﺮﱢ وَ اﻟْﺒَﺤْﺮِ ﺳَﺒِﻴﻠُﻪُ ﻳَﺎ‬٤۲)
‫ﻣَﻦْ ﻓِﻲ اﻟْﺂﻓَﺎقِ آﻳَﺎﺗُﻪُ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ ﻓِﻲ‬
fil-ayate boor-hanohoo. ya
man fil-mamate ِ‫اﻟْﺂﻳَﺎتِ ﺑُﺮْﻫَﺎﻧُﻪُ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ ﻓِﻲ اﻟْﻤَﻤَﺎت‬
qoodratehoo ya man fil-
qaboore 'ibratohoo, ya ْ‫ﻗُﺪْرَﺗُﻪُ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ ﻓِﻲ اﻟْﻘُﺒُﻮرِ ﻋِﺒْﺮَﺗُﻪُ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦ‬
man fil-qiyamate
moolkahoo, ya man fil- ِ‫ﻓِﻲ اﻟْﻘِﻴَﺎﻣَﺔِ ﻣُﻠْﻜُﻪُ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ ﻓِﻲ اﻟْﺤِﺴَﺎب‬
hisabe haibatahoo, ya
man fil-meezane
‫ﻫَﻴْﺒَﺘُﻪُ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ ﻓِﻲ اﻟْﻤِﻴﺰَانِ ﻗَﻀَﺎؤُهُ ﻳَﺎ‬
qazaa'ohoo, ya man fil- ِ‫ﻣَﻦْ ﻓِﻲ اﻟْﺠَﻨﱠﺔِ ﺛَﻮَاﺑُﻪُ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ ﻓِﻲ اﻟﻨﱠﺎر‬
jannate sawabohoo, ya
man finnare 'iqabohoo ُ‫ﻋِﻘَﺎﺑُﻪ‬
[43] O He-the frightened flee to
Him, O He-sinners take shelter
with Him, O He-the repentant
return to Him, O He-the pious
incline towards Him, O He-the
confounded seek shelter in Him, O
He-the desirous have affection for
Him, O He-lovers are proud of
Him, O He-transgressors have
agreed for His forgiveness, O He-
those who are sure in faith receive
consolation from Him, O He-those
who trust Him rely on Him.
[44] O Allah, verily I entreat You
in Your name: O Friend, O
Physician, O Near, O Supervisor,
O Reckoner to account, O Awful,
O Rewarder, O Acceptor, O
Aware, O All-Seeing.
[45] O Nearest of all, O Friendliest
of all the friends, O Possessor of
greater insight than all others, O
Most Aware of all, O Noblest of
all the nobles, O Most Exalted of
all the exalted, O Mightiest of all
mighty, O Most Independent of
all, O Most Generous of all, O
Kindest of all those who are kind.
[46] O Dominant who is not
overpowered, O Designer who is
not made, O Creator who is not
created, O
Master and not the slave, O All-
Dominant who is not dominated,
O Exalter and the Exalted, O qhoorin. ya rafe'an ghaira
Protector who
needs no protection, O Helper who
needs no help, O Witness who is

not absent, O Near who is not
distant.

tabibo, ya qaribo, ya ‫ﺣَﺒِﻴﺐُ ﻳَﺎ ﻃَﺒِﻴﺐُ ﻳَﺎ ﻗَﺮِﻳﺐُ ﻳَﺎ رَﻗِﻴﺐُ ﻳَﺎ‬

khabiro, ya basiro, ُ‫ﻣُﺠِﻴﺐُ ﻳَﺎ ﺧَﺒِﻴﺮُ ﻳَﺎ ﺑَﺼِﻴﺮ‬

koolle sharifin, yaa arfa'a ‫ﻛُﻞﱢ ﺷَﺮِﻳﻒٍ ﻳَﺎ أَرْﻓَﻊَ ﻣِﻦْ ﻛُﻞﱢ رَﻓِﻴﻊٍ ﻳَﺎ‬
‫أَﻗْﻮَى ﻣِﻦْ ﻛُﻞﱢ ﻗَﻮِيﱟ ﻳَﺎ أَﻏْﻨَﻰ ﻣِﻦْ ﻛُﻞﱢ‬

min koolle qawiyin, yaa
aghna min koolle ghani-
yin, ya ajwada min koolle
َ‫ﻏَﻨِﻲﱟ ﻳَﺎ أَﺟْﻮَدَ ﻣِﻦْ ﻛُﻞﱢ ﺟَﻮَادٍ ﻳَﺎ أَرْأَف‬
jawadin. yaa ar'afa min ٍ‫ﻣِﻦْ ﻛُﻞﱢ رَءُوف‬

makhlooqin, ya malekan َ‫ﻣَﺎﻟِﻜﺎ ﻏَﻴْﺮَ ﻣَﻤْﻠُﻮكٍ ﻳَﺎ ﻗَﺎﻫِﺮا ﻏَﻴْﺮ‬
ghaira mamlookin, ya
qahiran ghaira ma- ‫ﻣَﻘْﻬُﻮرٍ ﻳَﺎ رَاﻓِﻌﺎ ﻏَﻴْﺮَ ﻣَﺮْﻓُﻮعٍ ﻳَﺎ ﺣَﺎﻓِﻈﺎ‬
marfoo'in ya hafezan ‫ﻏَﻴْﺮَ ﻣَﺤْﻔُﻮظٍ ﻳَﺎ ﻧَﺎﺻِﺮا ﻏَﻴْﺮَ ﻣَﻨْﺼُﻮرٍ ﻳَﺎ‬
ghaira mahfoozin, ya
ٍ‫ﺷَﺎﻫِﺪا ﻏَﻴْﺮَ ﻏَﺎﺋِﺐٍ ﻳَﺎ ﻗَﺮِﻳﺒﺎ ﻏَﻴْﺮَ ﺑَﻌِﻴﺪ‬
ya shahidan ghaira
ghaa'ebin, ya qariban
ghaira ba'eedin:
[47] O Light of lights, O
Illuminator of light, O Creator of
light, O Planner of light, O
Estimator of light, O Light of all
lights, O Light that precedes in
existence every light, O Light that
will survive all lights, O Light that
is above every light, O Light like
of which there is no light.
[48] O He Whose gift is noble, O
He Whose action is subtle, O He
Whose kindness is persistent, O
He Whose beneficence is eternal,
O He Whose word is right, O He
Whose promise is true, O He
Whose forgiveness is a grace, O
He Whose chastisement is justice,
O He Whose remembrance is
sweet, O He Whose grace is
universal.
[49] O Allah, verily I entreat You alla-hoomma inni as'aloka
in Your name: O Facilitator, O
Separator, O Alterer, O Humiliator
of the proud, O Degrader, O
Benefactor, O Munificent, O Giver
of respite, O Virtuous.
[50] O He Who sees but is not
seen, O He Who creates and is not
created, O He Who guides and is
not guided, O He Who receives to
life and is not brought to life, O
He Who questions and is not
questioned, O He Who feeds and
does not eat, O He Who gives
protection and is in no need of
protection, O He Who judges and
against Whom no judgement is
passed , O He Who commands but alaihe, ya mal-lam yalid
is not commanded, O He Who
begets not,
nor is He begotten, and there is
none like Him

man ehsanohoo qadimoon, ْ‫إِﺣْﺴَﺎﻧُﻪُ ﻗَﺪِﻳﻢٌ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ ﻗَﻮْﻟُﻪُ ﺣَﻖﱞ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦ‬

haqqoon, ya man ْ‫وَﻋْﺪُهُ ﺻِﺪْقٌ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ ﻋَﻔْﻮُهُ ﻓَﻀْﻞٌ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦ‬
wa'dohoo sidqoon, ya man
afoohoo fazloon, ya man ْ‫ﻋَﺬَاﺑُﻪُ ﻋَﺪْلٌ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ ذِ ﻛْﺮُهُ ﺣُﻠْﻮٌ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦ‬

zikrohoo hoolwoon, ya
ٌ‫ﻓَﻀْﻠُﻪُ ﻋَﻤِﻴﻢ‬
man fazlohoo 'amimoon
be-ismeka, ya moosah-
‫( اﻟﻠﱠﻬُﻢﱠ إِﻧﱢﻲ أَﺳْﺎَٔﻟُﻚَ ﺑِﺎﺳْﻤِﻚَ ﻳَﺎ‬٤۹)
hilo, ya moofas-silo, ya ‫ﻣُﺴَﻬﱢﻞُ ﻳَﺎ ﻣُﻔَﺼﱢﻞُ ﻳَﺎ ﻣُﺒَﺪﱢلُ ﻳَﺎ ﻣُﺬَﻟﱢﻞُ ﻳَﺎ‬
moobad-dilo, ya moozal-
lilo, ya moonaz-zilo, ya ‫ﻣُﻨَﺰﱢلُ ﻳَﺎ ﻣُﻨَﻮﱢلُ ﻳَﺎ ﻣُﻔْﻀِﻞُ ﻳَﺎ ﻣُﺠْﺰِلُ ﻳَﺎ‬

ya moojzilo, ya moomhilo, ُ‫ﻣُﻤْﻬِﻞُ ﻳَﺎ ﻣُﺠْﻤِﻞ‬
ya moojmilo:
ya man yara wa la yoora,
ya man-yakhloqo wa la
ْ‫( ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ ﻳَﺮَى وَ ﻻ ﻳُﺮَى ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦ‬٥۰)
yookhlaqo, ya man-yahdi ‫ﻖ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ ﻳَﻬْﺪِي وَ ﻻ‬
ُ َ‫ﻳَﺨْﻠُﻖُ وَ ﻻ ﻳُﺨْﻠ‬
wa la yoohda ya man-
yohyi wa la yohya. ya ْ‫ﻳُﻬْﺪَى ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ ﻳُﺤْﻴِﻲ وَ ﻻ ﻳُﺤْﻴَﻰ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦ‬
man-yas'alo wa la yoos'al
ya man-yoot'imo wa la ‫ﻄﻌِﻢُ وَ ﻻ‬
ْ ُ‫ﻳَﺴْﺎَٔلُ وَ ﻻ ﻳُﺴْﺎَٔلُ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ ﻳ‬
yoot-'amo, ya man-yojeero
wa la yoojaro 'alaihe, ya ‫ﻳُﻄْﻌَﻢُ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ ﻳُﺠِﻴﺮُ وَ ﻻ ﻳُﺠَﺎرُ ﻋَﻠَﻴْﻪِ ﻳَﺎ‬
man-yaqze-ya wa la
yooqza, alaihe, ya man-
ْ‫ﻣَﻦْ ﻳَﻘْﻀِﻲ وَ ﻻ ﻳُﻘْﻀَﻰ ﻋَﻠَﻴْﻪِ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦ‬
yahkomo wa la yohkamo ' ْ‫ﻳَﺤْﻜُﻢُ وَ ﻻ ﻳُﺤْﻜَﻢُ ﻋَﻠَﻴْﻪِ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ ﻟَﻢْ ﻳَﻠِﺪ‬
wa lam yoolad wa lam . ٌ‫وَ ﻟَﻢْ ﻳُﻮﻟَﺪْ وَ ﻟَﻢْ ﻳَﻜُﻦْ ﻟَﻪُ ﻛُﻔُﻮا أَﺣَﺪ‬

َ‫ﻳَﺎ ﻧِﻌْﻢَ اﻟﺮﱠﻗِﻴﺐُ ﻳَﺎ ﻧِﻌْﻢَ اﻟْﻘَﺮِﻳﺐُ ﻳَﺎ ﻧِﻌْﻢ‬
qaribo, ya ne'mal
mojeebo, ya ne'mal- َ‫اﻟْﻤُﺠِﻴﺐُ ﻳَﺎ ﻧِﻌْﻢَ اﻟْﺤَﺒِﻴﺐُ ﻳَﺎ ﻧِﻌْﻢ‬
habibo, ya ne'mal kafeel,
ya ne'mal-wakeel, ya ‫اﻟْﻜَﻔِﻴﻞُ ﻳَﺎ ﻧِﻌْﻢَ اﻟْﻮَ ﻛِﻴﻞُ ﻳَﺎ ﻧِﻌْﻢَ اﻟْﻤَﻮْﻟَﻰ‬
ne'mal-mawla ya ne'man-
naseero ُ‫ﻳَﺎ ﻧِﻌْﻢَ اﻟﻨﱠﺼِﻴﺮ‬
[52] O Joy of saints, O Desire of
friends, O Friend of seekers, O
Friend of penitents, O Provider of
sustenance to the poor, O Hope of
sinners, O Coolness of
worshippers' eyes, O Remover of
sufferers' pain, O Dispeller of the
sorrows of the sorrowful, O God
of
the first and the last generation.
[53]O Allah, verily I entreat You
in Your name:O our Lord, O our
God, O our Chief, O our Master, O
our Helper, O our Protector, O our
Guide, O our Aider, O our Friend,
O our Physician.
[54] O Lord of the prophets and
the virtuous, O Lord of the
righteous and chosen one, O Lord
of paradise and hell, O Lord of the
small and the great, O Lord of
grains and fruits, O Lord of canals
and trees, O Lord of forest and
desert, O Lord of night and day, O
Lord of the manifest and the
hidden.
[55] O He, Whose command
operates in everything, O He,
Whose knowledge encompasses
everything, O He, Whose control
extends to everything, O He,
Whose bounties cannot be counted
tohsil ibado ne'amahoo, ya
by His slaves. O He, Whom His
creatures cannot adequately thank, khilaa'eqo shookrahoo, ya
O He, Whose grandeur cannot be
comprehended by the intellect, O
He, Whose reality cannot be
acquired by the imagination, O
He, Whose garb is majesty and
greatness, O He, Whose
judgement cannot be reversed by
His slaves, O He, Whose alone is
the kingdom and no one else's, O
He, Whose alone is the gift and
none else's.

qoor-rata 'ainil 'abedeena, ‫اﻟْﻤُﺬْﻧِﺒِﲔَ ﻳَﺎ ﻗُﺮﱠةَ ﻋَﻴْﻦِ اﻟْﻌَﺎﺑِﺪِﻳﻦَ ﻳَﺎ‬

alla-hooma inni as'aloka,

nare. ya rabbas-seghare, ‫اﻟﻨﱠﺎرِ ﻳَﺎ رَبﱠ اﻟﺼﱢﻐَﺎرِ وَ اﻟْﻜِﺒَﺎرِ ﻳَﺎ رَبﱠ‬

hoboobe was-semare, ya َ‫اﻟْﺤُﺒُﻮبِ وَ اﻟﺜﱢﻤَﺎرِ ﻳَﺎ رَبﱠ ا ْﻟﺎَٔﻧْﻬَﺎرِ و‬
‫اﻟْﺎَٔﺷْﺠَﺎرِ ﻳَﺎ رَبﱠ اﻟﺼﱠﺤَﺎرِي وَ اﻟْﻘِﻔَﺎرِ ﻳَﺎ‬

wal-qifare. ya rabbal-
barari wal-behare, ya

rabbal-laile wannahare. ِ‫اﻟﻨﱠﻬَﺎرِ ﻳَﺎ رَبﱠ اﻟْﺎَٔﻋْﻼنِ وَ ا ْﻟﺎَٔﺳْﺮَار‬

israre
ya man-nafaza fee koolle
shai'in amrohoo ya mal-
‫( ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ ﻧَﻔَﺬَ ﻓِﻲ ﻛُﻞﱢ ﺷَﻲْءٍ أَﻣْﺮُهُ ﻳَﺎ‬٥٥)
laheqa be-koollee shai'in ْ‫ﻣَﻦْ ﻟَﺤِﻖَ ﺑِﻜُﻞﱢ ﺷَﻲْءٍ ﻋِﻠْﻤُﻪُ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦ‬
'ilmoho. ya man balaghat
ila koolle shai'in ‫ﺑَﻠَﻐَﺖْ إِﻟَﻰ ﻛُﻞﱢ ﺷَﻲْءٍ ﻗُﺪْرَﺗُﻪُ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ ﻻ‬
qoodratohoo, ya mal-la
ُ‫ﺗُﺤْﺼِﻲ اﻟْﻌِﺒَﺎدُ ﻧِﻌَﻤَﻪُ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ ﻻ ﺗَﺒْﻠُﻎ‬
mal-la tablogh-ool-
ُ‫اﻟْﺨَﻼﺋِﻖُ ﺷُﻜْﺮَهُ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ ﻻ ُﺗﺪْرِك‬
mal-la toodrek-ool,
afhamo jalalahoo. yamal
ُ‫اﻟْﺎَٔﻓْﻬَﺎمُ ﺟَﻼﻟَﻪُ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ ﻻ ﺗَﻨَﺎلُ اﻟْﺎَٔوْﻫَﺎم‬
la tanalool aw-hamo ُ‫ﻛُﻨْﻬَﻪُ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦِ اﻟْﻌَﻈَﻤَﺔُ وَ اﻟْﻜِﺒْﺮِﻳَﺎءُ رِدَاؤُه‬
koonhahoo, ya manil'
azmato wal kib-riyaa'o ‫ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ ﻻ ﺗَﺮُدﱡ اﻟْﻌِﺒَﺎدُ ﻗَﻀَﺎءَهُ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ ﻻ‬
rida-a'ohoo. ya mal-la
taroo-dool 'ibado ‫ﻣُﻠْﻚَ إِﻻ ﻣُﻠْﻜُﻪُ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ ﻻ ﻋَﻄَﺎءَ إِﻻ‬
qazaa'ahoo, ya malla
moolka illa moolkohoo ya ُ‫ﻋَﻄَﺎؤُه‬
mal-la 'ataa'a illa
'ataa'ohoo.
[56] O He, for Whom are noblest
examples, O He, for Whom are
high attributes, O He, Who is the
Master of the beginning and the
end, O He, Who is the Master of
the abode of paradise, O He, for
Whom are great signs, O He, for
Whom are beautiful names, O He,
for Whom is order and judgement,
O He, Who rules over the
atmosphere and the expanse, O
He, Whose is the Lordship of the
highest heaven and the earth, O
He, Who is the Master of the high
heavens.
[57]O Allah-verily I entreat You
in Your name: O Pardoner, O
Forgiver, O Patient, O Greatest
appreciator (of good), O Kind, O
Sympathetic, O Besought, O
Friend, O Most Glorified, O Most
Holy.
[58] O He, Whose greatness is in
the heavens, O He, Whose signs
are on the earth, O He, Whose
proofs are manifest in everything,
O He, Whose wonders are in the
seas, O He, Whose treasures are in
the mountains, O He, Who
originated Creation which then
returns to Him, O He, towards
Whom is the return of every
matter, O He, Whose kindness is
evident in everything, O He, Who shai'in lootfohoo, ya man
makes best everything which He
has created, O He, Whose
authority is wielded over all
creatures.
[59] O Friend of he who has no
friend, O Physician of he who has
no physician, O Responder to he
who has no responder, O
Affectionate One to he whom
none holds in affection, O Friend
of he who has no friend, O Helper rafiqa lahoo, ya mogheesa
of he who has no help, O Guide of mal-la mogheesa lahoo, ya
he who has no guide, O Associate
of the forlorn, O Merciful One to-
ards he on whom no one has
mercy, O Companion of he who
has no companion.

a'la, ya man lahoos-
ُ‫( ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ ﻟَﻪُ اﻟْﻤَﺜَﻞُ اﻟْﺎَٔ ْﻋﻠَﻰ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ ﻟَﻪ‬٥٦)
sifatool'olya ya man َ‫اﻟﺼﱢﻔَﺎتُ اﻟْﻌُﻠْﻴَﺎ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ ﻟَﻪُ اﻟْﺂﺧِﺮَةُ و‬

ooola, ya man lahool- ْ‫اﻟْﺎُٔوﻟَﻰ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ ﻟَﻪُ اﻟْﺠَﻨﱠﺔُ ا ْﻟﻤَﺎْٔوَى ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦ‬

lahool-ayatool-koobra, ya ُ‫ﻟَﻪُ اﻟْﺂﻳَﺎتُ اﻟْﻜُﺒْﺮَى ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ َﻟﻪُ اﻟْﺎَٔﺳْﻤَﺎء‬

hoosna, ya man lahool- ُ‫اﻟْﺤُﺴْﻨَﻰ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ ﻟَﻪُ اﻟْﺤُﻜْﻢُ وَ اﻟْﻘَﻀَﺎء‬

man lahool-hawaa'o wal-
ُ‫ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ ﻟَﻪُ اﻟْﻬَﻮَاءُ وَ اﻟْﻔَﻀَﺎءُ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ ﻟَﻪ‬
qazaa'o, ya man lahool'- ُ‫اﻟْﻌَﺮْشُ وَ اﻟﺜﱠﺮَى ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ ﻟَﻪُ اﻟﺴﱠﻤَﺎوَات‬

lahoos-samawatoal' 'ol ‫اﻟْﻌُﻠَﻰ‬

ٍ‫اﻟْﺎَٔﻣْﺮُ ﻛُﻠﱡﻪُ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ أَﻇْﻬَﺮَ ﻓِﻲ ﻛُﻞﱢ ﺷَﻲْء‬
ya man azhara fee koolle ُ‫ﻟُﻄْﻔَﻪُ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ أَﺣْﺴَﻦَ ﻛُﻞﱠ ﺷَﻲْءٍ ﺧَﻠَﻘَﻪ‬
ahsana koo'la shai'in ُ‫ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ ﺗَﺼَﺮﱠفَ ﻓِﻲ اﻟْﺨَﻼﺋِﻖِ ﻗُﺪْرَﺗُﻪ‬

tasarrafa fil-khalaa-eqe

lahoo, ya tabeeba mal-la
‫( ﻳَﺎ ﺣَﺒِﻴﺐَ ﻣَﻦْ ﻻ ﺣَﺒِﻴﺐَ ﻟَﻪُ ﻳَﺎ‬٥۹)
tabeeba lahoo, ya mojeeba ْ‫ﻃﺒِﻴﺐَ ﻟَﻪُ ﻳَﺎ ﻣُﺠِﻴﺐَ ﻣَﻦ‬

‫ﻻ ﻣُﻐِﻴﺚَ ﻟَﻪُ ﻳَﺎ دَﻟِﻴﻞَ ﻣَﻦْ ﻻ دَﻟِﻴﻞَ ﻟَﻪُ ﻳَﺎ‬

[60] O Sufficer for those who seek ya ka'fiya minas takfaho,
sufficiency, O Guide for those
who seek guidance, O Protector
for those who seek protection, O
Granter for concession to those
who seek concession, O Healer for
those who seek cure, O Just One
for those who seek justice, O
Bestower of wealth for those who
seek wealth, O Fulfiller [of
promises] for those who seek
fulfilment, O Granter of strength
for those who seek strength, O
Aider of those who seek aid.
[61] O Allah,verily I entreat You
in Your name: O Creator, O
Provider of sustenance, O Creator
of speech, O Truthful, O Splitter,
O Separator, O Breaker, O
Combiner, O Foremost, O Most
High.
[62] O He, Who changes night and ya man yoqal-libool-laila.
day, O He, Who has created
darkness and light, O He, Who has
bestowed shade and heat, O He,
Who has brought into subjection
the sun and the moon, O He, Who
has ordained virtue and vice, O qamara, ya man qaddaral-
He, Who has created death and
life, O He, Who has made the
body and the soul, O He, Who has
neither taken a wife nor begotten lahool-khalqo wal-amro,
any child, O He, Who has no
partner in His sovereignty, O He, sahebatan
Who has no friend among the
disgraced.
[63] O He, Who knows the desire
of the desirous, O He, Who knows
the conscience of the silent. O He,
Who hears the cries of the weak, O
He, Who sees the lamentation of
the frightened, O He, Who
satisfies the needs of the
petitioner, O He, Who accepts the
excuse of the repentant, O He,
Who does not correct the actions
of the mischievous, O He, Who
does waste the good reward of the
virtuous, O He, Who is not absent
from the mind of the saint, O Most
Generous of all.

َ‫( ﻳَﺎ ﻛَﺎﻓِﻲَ ﻣَﻦِ اﺳْﺘَﻜْﻔَﺎهُ ﻳَﺎ ﻫَﺎدِي‬٦۰)
ya kale-ya manis-tak-iaho, ‫ﻣَﻦِ اﺳْﺘَﻬْﺪَاهُ ﻳَﺎ ﻛَﺎﻟِﻲَ ﻣَﻦِ اﺳْﺘَﻜْﻼهُ ﻳَﺎ‬

ra'eya manis-tar 'aho, ya ِ‫رَاﻋِﻲَ ﻣَﻦِ اﺳْﺘَﺮْﻋَﺎهُ ﻳَﺎ ﺷَﺎﻓِﻲَ ﻣَﻦ‬

ya qazeya manis taqzaho, ‫اﺳْﺘَﺸْﻔَﺎهُ ﻳَﺎ ﻗَﺎﺿِﻲَ ﻣَﻦِ اﺳْﺘَﻘْﻀَﺎهُ ﻳَﺎ‬
ya moghniya manis-
taghnaho, ya moofi manis- ِ‫ﻣُﻐْﻨِﻲَ ﻣَﻦِ اﺳْﺘَﻐْﻨَﺎهُ ﻳَﺎ ﻣُﻮﻓِﻲَ ﻣَﻦ‬
taw-faho ya mooqaw-wi-
ya manis- taqwaho, ya
‫اﺳْﺘَﻮْﻓَﺎهُ ﻳَﺎ ﻣُﻘَﻮﱢيَ ﻣَﻦِ اﺳْﺘَﻘْﻮَاهُ ﻳَﺎ وَﻟِﻲﱠ‬
wali-ya manis-taw-laho: ‫ﻣَﻦِ اﺳْﺘَﻮْﻻ ُه‬

raziqo, ya natiqo, ya ‫ﺧَﺎﻟِﻖُ ﻳَﺎ رَازِقُ ﻳَﺎ ﻧَﺎﻃِﻖُ ﻳَﺎ ﺻَﺎدِقُ ﻳَﺎ‬
sadiqo, ya faliqo, ya
fariqo, ya fatiqo, ya ُ‫ﻓَﺎﻟِﻖُ ﻳَﺎ ﻓَﺎرِقُ ﻳَﺎ ﻓَﺎﺗِﻖُ ﻳَﺎ رَاﺗِﻖُ ﻳَﺎ ﺳَﺎﺑِﻖ‬

ja'alaz-zolomata wal- ْ‫ﻣَﻦْ ﺟَﻌَﻞَ اﻟﻈﱡﻠُﻤَﺎتِ وَ اﻟْﺎَٔﻧْﻮَارَ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦ‬

khalaqaz-zilla wal- َ‫ﺧَﻠَﻖَ اﻟﻈﱢﻞﱠ وَ اﻟْﺤَﺮُورَ ﻳَﺎ َﻣﻦْ ﺳَﺨﱠﺮ‬
haroora, ya man sakh-
kharash-shamsa wal- َ‫اﻟﺸﱠﻤْﺲَ وَ اﻟْﻘَﻤَﺮَ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ ﻗَﺪﱠرَ اﻟْﺨَﻴْﺮَ و‬
khaira wash-sharra. ya ‫اﻟﺸﱠﺮﱠ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ ﺧَﻠَﻖَ اﻟْﻤَﻮْتَ وَ اﻟْﺤَﻴَﺎةَ ﻳَﺎ‬
man khala-qal-mawta
wal-hayata, ya man
ْ‫ﻣَﻦْ ﻟَﻪُ اﻟْﺨَﻠْﻖُ وَ اﻟْﺎَٔﻣْﺮُ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ ﻟَﻢْ ﻳَﺘﱠﺨِﺬ‬
ٌ‫ﺻَﺎﺣِﺒَﺔً وَ ﻻ وَﻟَﺪا ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ ﻟَ ْﻴﺲَ ﻟَﻪُ ﺷَﺮِﻳﻚ‬

wa la waladan, َ‫ﻓِﻲ اﻟْﻤُﻠْﻚِ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ ﻟَﻢْ ﻳَﻜُﻦْ ﻟَﻪُ وَﻟِﻲﱞ ﻣِﻦ‬
ya man laisa
lahoo shareekoon fil- ‫اﻟﺬﱡلﱢ‬

yakoon-lahoo wali-yoom-

ya man-ya’alamo
mooradal-mooreedeena,
‫( ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ ﻳَﻌْﻠَﻢُ ﻣُﺮَادَ اﻟْﻤُﺮِﻳﺪِﻳﻦَ ﻳَﺎ‬٦۳)
ya man-ya'lamo zamiras- ْ‫ﻣَﻦْ ﻳَﻌْﻠَﻢُ ﺿَﻤِﻴﺮَ اﻟﺼﱠﺎﻣِﺘِﲔَ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦ‬
sametena, ya man
yasma'o aneenal- َ‫ﻳَﺴْﻤَﻊُ أَﻧِﲔَ اﻟْﻮَاﻫِﻨِﲔَ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ ﻳَﺮَى ﺑُﻜَﺎء‬
waheneena, ya man-yara
bookaa'al-khaa'efeena, ya َ‫اﻟْﺨَﺎﺋِﻔِﲔَ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ ﻳَﻤْﻠِﻚُ ﺣَﻮَاﺋِﺞ‬
man-yamleko
haw-aa'ejas-saa'eleena, ya ‫اﻟﺴﱠﺎﺋِﻠِﲔَ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ ﻳَﻘْﺒَﻞُ ﻋُﺬْرَ اﻟﺘﱠﺎﺋِﺒِﲔَ ﻳَﺎ‬
man-yaqbalo ‘ooz-rat-
taa'ebeena, ya mal-la
ْ‫ﻣَﻦْ ﻻ ﻳُﺼْﻠِﺢُ ﻋَﻤَﻞَ اﻟْﻤُﻔْ ِﺴﺪِﻳﻦَ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦ‬
yoosleho a'malal- ُ‫ﻻ ﻳُﻀِﻴﻊُ أَﺟْﺮَ اﻟْﻤُﺤْ ِﺴﻨِﲔَ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ ﻻ ﻳَﺒْﻌُﺪ‬
moofsedeena, ya mal-la
yozee'o ajral-mohse-neena َ‫ﻋَﻦْ ﻗُﻠُﻮبِ اﻟْﻌَﺎرِﻓِﲔَ ﻳَﺎ أَﺟْﻮَد‬
ya mal-la yab'odo 'an
qoloobil 'arefeena, ya َ‫اﻟْﺎَٔﺟْﻮَدِﻳﻦ‬
ajwadal-ajwadeena
[64] O Eternal Living, O Hearer of ya da-a'emal-baqaa'ay, ya
prayers, O Liberal Bestower, O
Forgiver of sins, O Creator of the
sky, O Best tester of trials, O Most gaafiral khataa ya badi'is-
Praiseworthy, O Eternally Great,
O Greatest fulfiller of promises, O
Best Recompenser.
[65] O Allah, verily I entreat You
in Your name:O Best forgiver, O
Best concealer (of defects), O
Most dominant, O Supreme, O
Most patient, O Most virtuous, O
Most exalted, O Best opener, O
Blower of winds, O Bestower of
happiness.
[66] O He, Who created me and
perfected me, O He, Who
provided me with sustenance and rabbani, ya man-at'a-mani
nurtured me, O He, Who provided
food for me and quenched my
thirst, O He, Who brought me near
Him and brought me most nigh, O
He, Who protected me and kept
me in safety, O He, Who saved
and guarded me, O He, Who
man anasani wa awani. ya
honoured me and enriched me, O
He, Who helped and guided me, O
He, Who befriended me and
sheltered me, O He, Who causes
me to die and revivifies me.
[67] O He, Who maintains truth by
His words, O He, Who accepts
repentance from His slaves, O He,
Who stands between man and his
heart, O He, without Whose
permission intercession has no
benefit, O He, Who knows well
who is astray from His path, O He,
Whose order no one can reverse,
O He, Whose judgement no one
can revoke, O He, Whose order is
obeyed by everything, O He, in
Whose Right Hand the heavens
shall be rolled up, O He, Who
sends forth the winds bearing good
tiding before His mercy.

samaa'ay, َ‫ﺑَﺪِﻳﻊَ اﻟﺴﱠﻤَﺎءِ ﻳَﺎ ﺣَﺴَﻦَ اﻟْﺒَﻼءِ ﻳَﺎ ﺟَﻤِﻴﻞ‬
ya hasanal-balaa'ay, ya
jamilas-sanaa'ay, ya ‫اﻟﺜﱠﻨَﺎءِ ﻳَﺎ ﻗَﺪِﻳﻢَ اﻟﺴﱠﻨَﺎءِ ﻳَﺎ ﻛَﺜِﻴﺮَ اﻟْﻮَﻓَﺎءِ ﻳَﺎ‬

kaseeral-wafaa'ay, ya ِ‫ﺷَﺮِﻳﻒَ اﻟْﺠَﺰَاء‬
sharifal-jazaa'ay:

qarrabani wa adnani ya ْ‫ﺳَﻘَﺎﻧِﻲ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ ﻗَﺮﱠﺑَﻨِﻲ وَ أَدْﻧَﺎﻧِﻲ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦ‬

ya man hafazani wa َ‫ﻋَﺼَﻤَﻨِﻲ وَ ﻛَﻔَﺎﻧِﻲ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ ﺣَﻔِﻈَﻨِﻲ و‬
ْ‫ﻛَﻼﻧِﻲ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ أَﻋَﺰﱠﻧِﻲ وَ أَﻏْﻨَﺎﻧِﻲ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦ‬

wafaqani wa hadani, ya
َ‫وَﻓﱠﻘَﻨِﻲ وَ ﻫَﺪَاﻧِﻲ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ آﻧَﺴَﻨِﻲ و‬
man-amatani wa ahyani ‫آوَاﻧِﻲ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ أَﻣَﺎﺗَﻨِﻲ وَ أَﺣْﻴَﺎﻧِﻲ‬

‫( ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ ﻳُﺤِﻖﱡ اﻟْﺤَﻖﱠ ﺑِﻜَﻠِﻤَﺎﺗِﻪِ ﻳَﺎ‬٦۷)
yaqbalat. tawbata 'an ْ‫ﻣَﻦْ ﻳَﻘْﺒَﻞُ اﻟﺘﱠﻮْﺑَﺔَ ﻋَﻦْ ﻋِﺒَﺎدِهِ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦ‬
'ibadehi, ya man-yahoolo
bainal-mar'ay wa qalbehi, ‫ﻳَﺤُﻮلُ ﺑَﻴْﻦَ اﻟْﻤَﺮْءِ وَ ﻗَﻠْﺒِﻪِ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ ﻻ‬
ya mal-la tanfa'oosh-
shafa'ata illa be-iznehi, ya َ‫ﺗَﻨْﻔَﻊُ اﻟﺸﱠﻔَﺎﻋَﺔُ إِﻻ ﺑِﺎِٕذْﻧِﻪِ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ ﻫُﻮ‬
man howa a'lamo be-man
zalla 'an sabeelehi, ya ‫أَﻋْﻠَﻢُ ﺑِﻤَﻦْ ﺿَﻞﱠ ﻋَﻦْ ﺳَﺒِﻴ ِﻠﻪِ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ ﻻ‬
mal-la mo'aq-qeba le-
hookmehi, ya mal-la
‫ﻣُﻌَﻘﱢﺐَ ﻟِﺤُﻜْﻤِﻪِ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ ﻻ رَادﱠ ﻟِﻘَﻀَﺎﺋِﻪِ ﻳَﺎ‬
raadda le-qazaa'ehi, ya ِ‫ﻣَﻦِ اﻧْﻘَﺎدَ ﻛُﻞﱡ ﺷَﻲْءٍ ﻟِﺎَٔﻣْﺮِهِ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦ‬
manin-qada koollo shai'in
le-amrehi, ya manis- ْ‫اﻟﺴﱠﻤَﺎوَاتُ ﻣَﻄْﻮِﻳﱠﺎتٌ ﺑِﻴَﻤِﻴ ِﻨﻪِ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦ‬
samawato matwiyatoon
be-yaminehi, ya man- ِ‫ﻳُﺮْﺳِﻞُ اﻟﺮﱢﻳَﺎحَ ﺑُﺸْﺮا ﺑَﻴْﻦَ ﻳَﺪَيْ رَﺣْﻤَﺘِﻪ‬
yoorsiloor-riyaha-
booshran baina yadai
rahmatehi
[68] O He, Who has made the
earth a cradle, O He, Who has
made the mountains pegs, O He,
Who hasmade the sun a lamp, O
He, Who has made the moon a
light, O He, Who has made the
night a covering, O He, Who has
made the day for seeking
livelihood, O He, Who has made
sleep a rest, O He, Who has made ja'alas-samaa'a benaa'an,
the sky a vault, O He, Who has
created things in pairs, O He, Who azwajan, ya man ja'alan-
has made hell an ambush, barking
for sinners.
[69] O Allah, verily I entreat
You in Your name: O All-hearer,
O Mediator, O Sublime, O
Invincible, O Swift, O Originator,
O Great, O Omnipotent, O
Knowing, O Supporter.
[70] O Everliving, preceding every
living being, O Everliving,
succeeding every living being, O
Everliving, like unto Whom there
is none, O Everliving, Who has no
living partner, O Everliving, Who
is not dependent on any living
being, O Everliving, Who causes
every living being to die, O
Everliving, Who has not inherited
life from any living being, O
Everliving, Who provides
sustenance to every living being,
O Everliving, Who quickens the
dead, O Everliving, O Self-
Subsistent, Slumber seizes Him
not, nor sleep.
[71] O He, Whose remembrance is ya man lahoo zikrool-la
not forgotten, O He, Whose light
is not extinguished, O He, Whose noorool-la yootfa, ya man
bounties are countless, O He,
Whose grandeur is perpetual, O
He, Whose perfection cannot be
comprehended, O He, Whose
order is not rejected, O He, Whose jalalool-la yokaiyafo, ya

Whose praise does not admit of

hayyool-lazi yohyil-mawta ٌ‫ﻳَﺎ ﺣَﻲﱡ ﻳَﺎ ﻗَﻴﱡﻮمُ ﻻ ﺗَﺎْٔﺧُﺬُهُ ﺳِﻨَﺔٌ وَ ﻻ ﻧَﻮْم‬

‫ﻧُﻮرٌ ﻻ ﻳُﻄْﻔَﻰ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ ﻟَﻪُ ﻧِﻌَﻢٌ ﻻ ﺗُﻌَﺪﱡ ﻳَﺎ‬

tooaddo, ya man lahoo ‫ﻣَﻦْ ﻟَﻪُ ﻣُﻠْﻚٌ ﻻ ﻳَﺰُولُ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ ﻟَﻪُ ﺛَﻨَﺎءٌ ﻻ‬

man lahoo sanaa'ool-la ‫ﻳُﺤْﺼَﻰ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ ﻟَﻪُ ﺟَﻼلٌ ﻻ ﻳُﻜَﻴﱠﻒُ ﻳَﺎ‬
yohsa, ya man la-hoo
ٌ‫ﻣَﻦْ ﻟَﻪُ ﻛَﻤَﺎلٌ ﻻ ﻳُﺪْرَكُ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ ﻟَﻪُ ﻗَﻀَﺎء‬

ْ‫ﻻ ﻳُﺮَدﱡ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ ﻟَﻪُ ﺻِﻔَﺎتٌ ﻻ ﺗُﺒَﺪﱠلُ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦ‬
qazaa'ool-la yoorado, ya ُ‫ﻟَﻪُ ﻧُﻌُﻮتٌ ﻻ ﺗُﻐَﻴﱠﺮ‬

[72] O Lord of all the worlds, O
Master of the Day of Judgement,
O Ultimate Goal of the seeker, O
Refuge of the seeker of shelter, O
Overtaker of the fugitive, O He
Who loves the patient, O He, Who
loves the repentant, O He,
Who loves the pure, O He, Who
loves the virtuous, O He, Who
knows best the guided.
[73] O Allah, verily I beseech You alla-hoomma inni as'aloka
in Your name: O Affectionate, O
Companion, O Protector, O
Encompasser, O Provider of
sustenance, O Aider of seekers of
aid, O Honourer, O Humiliator, O
Creator, O He Who causes to
return.
[74] O He, Who is single and
without opposite, O He, Who is
Unique, O He, Who is Peerless, O
He, Who is Independent and
without any defect, O He, Who is
without changing state, O He,
Who judges without injustice, O
He, Who is the Lord Cherisher, O
He, Who is Mighty without
disgrace, O He, Who is
Independent without any need, O
He, Who is the King without any
censure O He, Whose attributes
are matchless.
[75] O He, Whose remembrance is
an honour for those who
remember Him, O He, gratitude to
Whom is success for the grateful,
O He, Whose praise is the pride of ya man hamdohoo 'izzool-
the praiser, O He, obedience to
Whom is the salvation of the
obedient, O He, Whose door is
open to the seeker, O He, the path
leading to Whom is clear for the
repentant, O He, Whose signs are
proofs for the observers, O He,
Whose Book is advice to the
pious, O He, Whose provision is
for the obedient and disobedient
alike, O He, Whose mercy is close
to the virtuous.

yuhibbool-moot-tah- ‫ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ ﻳُﺤِﺐﱡ اﻟْﻤُﺘَﻄَﻬﱢﺮِﻳﻦَ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ ﻳُﺤِﺐﱡ‬

mohsineena, ya man howa
ُ‫اﻟْﻤُﺤْﺴِﻨِﲔَ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ ﻫُﻮَ أَﻋْ َﻠﻢ‬
a'lamo bil-mohtadeena َ‫ﺑِﺎﻟْﻤُﻬْﺘَﺪِﻳﻦ‬

babohoo maftoo-hool-lit- ٌ‫ﻟِﻠﻄﱠﺎ ِﻟﺒِﲔَ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ ﺳَﺒِﻴﻠُﻪُ وَاﺿِﺢ‬

ٌ‫ﲔ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ آﻳَﺎﺗُﻪُ ﺑُﺮْﻫَﺎن‬

taa'eena wal' aseena, ya َ‫اﻟْﻤُﺤْﺴِﻨِﲔ‬

[76] O He, Whose name is
glorious, O He, Whose honour is
exalted, O He-there is no deity
except Him, O He-great is His
praise, O He, Whose names are
sacred, O He, Whose existence is
eternal, O He, Whose glory is His
ornament, O He, Whose greatness
is His covering, O He, Whose
favours are countless, O He,
Whose bounties cannot be
enumerated.
[77] O Allah, verily I beseech You allah-hooma inni as'aloka
in Your name: O Helper, O
Trustworthy, O Manifest, O
Powerful, O Firm, O True Guide,
O Praiseworthy, O Glorious, O
Strong, O Witness.
[78] O Lord of the Glorious
Throne, O He, Whose words are
right, O Master of great deeds, O
Master of promise and threat. O
He, Who is guardian and the most
praised one, O He, Who is the
mighty doer of whatever He wills, fa'alool-lema yoreedo. ya
O He, Who is near and not far, O
He, Who is Witness to everything, ghaira ba'eedin, ya man
O He, Who is not the least cruel to howa 'ala koolla shai'in
his slaves.
[79] O He, Who has no partner
and no adviser, O He, Who has no
equal and no match. O Creator of
the sun and the bright moon, O
Enricher of the poverty stricken, O
Provider of sustenance to
small children, O Merciful to the
very aged ones, O Joiner of broken
bones, O Protector of the
frightened shelter seekers, O He,
Who is All-Aware and All-Seeing
of his slaves, O He, Who is
Powerful over everything.

ya man-yadoomo ‫ﻳَﺪُومُ ﺑَﻘَﺎؤُهُ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦِ اﻟْﻌَﻈَﻤَﺔُ ﺑَﻬَﺎؤُهُ ﻳَﺎ‬

azamato bahaa'ohoo, ya ‫ﻣَﻦِ اﻟْﻜِﺒْﺮِﻳَﺎءُ رِدَاؤُهُ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ ﻻ ﺗُﺤْﺼَﻰ‬

hameedo, ya man howa ‫اﻟْﻮَﻋِﻴﺪِ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ ﻫُﻮَ اﻟْﻮَﻟِﻲﱡ اﻟْﺤَﻤِﻴﺪُ ﻳَﺎ‬
man howa qareeboon َ‫ﻣَﻦْ ﻫُﻮَ ﻓَﻌﱠﺎلٌ ﻟِﻤَﺎ ﻳُﺮِﻳﺪُ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ ﻫُﻮ‬
‫ﻗَﺮِﻳﺐٌ ﻏَﻴْﺮُ ﺑَﻌِﻴﺪٍ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ ﻫُﻮَ ﻋَﻠَﻰ ﻛُﻞﱢ‬
shaheedoon, ya man howa ٍ‫ﺷَﻲْءٍ ﺷَﻬِﻴﺪٌ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ ﻫُﻮَ ﻟَﻴْﺲَ ﺑِﻈَﻼم‬

abeede. ِ‫ﻟِﻠْﻌَﺒِﻴﺪ‬
ya man la shareeka-lahoo
wala wazira, ya man la
‫( ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ ﻻ ﺷَﺮِﻳﻚَ ﻟَﻪُ وَ ﻻ وَزِﻳﺮَ ﻳَﺎ‬۷۹)
shabiha-lahoo wala ‫ﻣَﻦْ ﻻ ﺷَﺒِﻴﻪَ ]ﺷِﺒْ َﻪ[ ﻟَﻪُ وَ ﻻ ﻧَﻈِﻴﺮَ ﻳَﺎ‬
nazeera, ya khaleqash-
shamse wal-qamaril- َ‫ﺧَﺎﻟِﻖَ اﻟ ﱠﺸﻤْﺲِ وَ اﻟْﻘَﻤَﺮِ اﻟْ ُﻤﻨِﻴﺮِ ﻳَﺎ ﻣُﻐْﻨِﻲ‬
moneere, ya mooghni-yal-
baa'esil-faqire ya razekat- ِ‫اﻟْﺒَﺎﺋِﺲِ اﻟْﻔَﻘِﻴﺮِ ﻳَﺎ رَازِقَ اﻟﻄﱢﻔْﻞِ اﻟﺼﱠﻐِﻴﺮ‬
tiflis-sagheere, ya
rahemash-shaik-hil- ِ‫ﻳَﺎ رَاﺣِﻢَ اﻟﺸﱠﻴْﺦِ اﻟْﻜَﺒِﻴﺮِ ﻳَﺎ ﺟَﺎﺑِﺮَ اﻟْﻌَﻈْﻢ‬
kabeere, ya jaberal'azmil-
kaseere, ya 'ismatal-
ِ‫اﻟْﻜَﺴِﻴﺮِ ﻳَﺎ ﻋِﺼْﻤَﺔَ اﻟْﺨَﺎﺋِﻒِ اﻟْﻤُﺴْﺘَﺠِﻴﺮ‬
khaa'efil- moostajeere, ya ْ‫ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ ﻫُﻮَ ﺑِﻌِﺒَﺎدِهِ ﺧَﺒِﻴﺮٌ َﺑﺼِﻴﺮٌ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦ‬
man howa be-ibadehi
khabeeroom baseeroon, ya ٌ‫ﻫُﻮَ ﻋَﻠَﻰ ﻛُﻞﱢ ﺷَﻲْءٍ ﻗَﺪِﻳﺮ‬

[80] O Master of generosity and
the Bestower of the bounties, O
Gracious and Magnanimous, O
Creator of the Tablet and the Pen,
O Creator of ants and men, O
Inflictor of punishment and
retaliator, O Inspirer of Arabs and
non-Arabs, O Expeller of pain and
grief, O He, Who knows the
secrets and the mysteries, O Lord
of the Ka'ba and the Sacred
Precinct, O He, Who has created
everything out of nothingness
[81] O Allah, verily I beseech You alla-hooma inni as'aioka,
in Your name: O Doer, O Creator,
O Acceptor, O Perfect, O
Gracious, O Separator, O Just, O
Dominant, O Seeker, O Generous.
[82] O He, Who graciously
bestows His bounties on us, O He,
Who honours us with His charity,
O He, Who rewards us out of His
benignity, O He, Who makes us
respectable with His might, O He,
Who decrees with His knowledge,
O He, Who is forbearing with His
forbearance, O He, Who is near us man tajawaza be-hilmehi,
in spite of His exaltation, O He,
Who is exalted despite His
nearness.
[83] O He, Who creates whatever
He wishes, O He, Who does
whatever He wishes, O He, Who
guides whomever He wishes, O
He, Who leaves astray
whomever He wishes, O He, Who yo'azzibo man-yashaa'o,
punishes whomever He wishes, O
He, Who forgives whoever He
wishes, O He, Who fashions in the
womb as He wishes, O He, Who
chooses for His mercy whoever
He wishes.
ya zal-joode wan-ne'ame,
ya zal-fazle wal-karame,
ِ‫( ﻳَﺎ ذَا اﻟْﺠُﻮدِ وَ اﻟﻨﱢﻌَﻢِ ﻳَﺎ ذَا اﻟْﻔَﻀْﻞ‬۸۰)
ya khaleqal-lawhe wal- ‫وَ اﻟْﻜَﺮَمِ ﻳَﺎ ﺧَﺎﻟِﻖَ اﻟﻠﱠ ْﻮحِ َو اﻟْﻘَﻠَﻢِ ﻳَﺎ‬
qalame. ya bari'az-zarre
wan-nasame, ya zal-base َ‫ﺑَﺎرِىَٔ اﻟﺬﱠرﱢ وَ اﻟﻨﱠﺴَﻢِ ﻳَﺎ ذَا ا ْﻟﺒَﺎْٔسِ و‬
wan-niqame, ya moolhi-
mal' araba wal ajame. ya ‫اﻟﻨﱢﻘَﻢِ ﻳَﺎ ﻣُﻠْﻬِﻢَ اﻟْﻌَﺮَبِ وَ اﻟْﻌَﺠَﻢِ ﻳَﺎ‬
kashifaz-zorre wal-alame.
ya ' alemas-sirre wal- َ‫ﻛَﺎﺷِﻒَ اﻟﻀﱡﺮﱢ وَ اﻟْﺎَٔ ﻟَﻢِ ﻳَﺎ ﻋَﺎﻟِﻢَ اﻟﺴﱢﺮﱢ و‬
hamame. ya rabbal-baite
wal-harame, ya man
ْ‫ﺤﺮَمِ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦ‬
َ ْ‫اﻟْﻬِﻤَﻢِ ﻳَﺎ رَبﱠ اﻟْﺒَﻴْﺖِ وَ اﻟ‬
khalaq al-ashyaa'a minal' ِ‫ﺷﻴَﺎءَ ﻣِﻦَ اﻟْﻌَﺪَم‬
ْ َٔ‫ﺧَﻠَﻖَ اﻟْﺎ‬

be-lsmeka, ya fa'elo, ya
‫( اﻟﻠﱠﻬُﻢﱠ إِﻧﱢﻲ أَﺳْﺎَٔﻟُﻚَ ﺑِﺎﺳْﻤِﻚَ ﻳَﺎ‬۸۱)
ja'elo, ya qabilo, ya ‫ﻓَﺎﻋِﻞُ ﻳَﺎ ﺟَﺎﻋِﻞُ ﻳَﺎ ﻗَﺎﺑِﻞُ ﻳَﺎ ﻛَﺎﻣِﻞُ ﻳَﺎ‬
kamilo, ya fasilo, ya fazilo
ya 'adilo, ya ghalibo, ya ‫ﻓَﺎﺻِﻞُ ﻳَﺎ وَاﺻِﻞُ ﻳَﺎ ﻋَﺎدِلُ ﻳَﺎ ﻏَﺎﻟِﺐُ ﻳَﺎ‬
talibo, ya wahebo
ُ‫ﻃَﺎﻟِﺐُ ﻳَﺎ وَاﻫِﺐ‬
ya man an'ama be-tawlehi,
ya man akrama be-
َ‫( ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ أَﻧْﻌَﻢَ ﺑِﻄَﻮْﻟِﻪِ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ أَ ﻛْﺮَم‬۸۲)
joodehi, ya man jada be- َ‫ﺑِﺠُﻮدِهِ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ ﺟَﺎدَ ﺑِﻠُﻄْﻔِﻪِ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ ﺗَﻌَﺰﱠز‬
loot-fehi, ya man ta'azzaza
be-qoodratehi, ya man ْ‫ﺑِﻘُﺪْرَﺗِﻪِ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ ﻗَﺪﱠرَ ﺑِﺤِﻜْﻤَﺘِﻪِ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦ‬
qaddara be-hikmatehi, ya
man hakama be- ْ‫ﺣَﻜَﻢَ ﺑِﺘَﺪْﺑِﻴﺮِهِ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ دَﺑﱠﺮَ ﺑِﻌِﻠْﻤِﻪِ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦ‬
tadbeerehi, ya man
dabbara be-'llmehi, ya ‫ﺗَﺠَﺎوَزَ ﺑِﺤِﻠْﻤِﻪِ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ دَﻧَﺎ ﻓِﻲ ﻋُﻠُﻮﱢهِ ﻳَﺎ‬
ya man dana fee
ِ‫ﻣَﻦْ ﻋَﻼ ﻓِﻲ دُﻧُﻮﱢه‬
o'loowehi, ya man 'ala fi
donoo-wehi.
ya man-yookhloqo ma
yashaa'o, ya-man yaf'alo
ْ‫( ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ ﻳَﺨْﻠُﻖُ ﻣَﺎ ﻳَﺸَﺎءُ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦ‬۸۳)
ma yashaa'o, ya man ُ‫ﻳَﻔْﻌَﻞُ ﻣَﺎ ﻳَﺸَﺎءُ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ ﻳَﻬْﺪِي ﻣَﻦْ ﻳَﺸَﺎء‬
yahdi man- yashaa'o, ya
man-yo’zillo man ُ‫ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ ﻳُﻀِﻞﱡ ﻣَﻦْ ﻳَﺸَﺎءُ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ ﻳُﻌَﺬﱢب‬
yashaa'o, ya man-
ْ‫ﻣَﻦْ ﻳَﺸَﺎءُ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ ﻳَﻐْﻔِﺮُ ﻟِﻤَﻦْ ﻳَﺸَﺎءُ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦ‬
ya man-yaghfiro man-
yashaa'o, ya man yoizzo ‫ﻳُﻌِﺰﱡ ﻣَﻦْ ﻳَﺸَﺎءُ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ ﻳُﺬِلﱡ ﻣَﻦْ ﻳَﺸَﺎءُ ﻳَﺎ‬
man-yashaa'o, ya man
yozillo man-yashaa'o ya
ْ‫ﻣَﻦْ ﻳُﺼَﻮﱢرُ ﻓِﻲ اﻟْﺎَٔرْﺣَﺎمِ ﻣَﺎ ﻳَﺸَﺎءُ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦ‬
man yosa-wiro fil-arhame ُ‫ﻳَﺨْﺘَﺺﱡ ﺑِﺮَﺣْﻤَﺘِﻪِ ﻣَﻦْ ﻳَﺸَﺎء‬
ma yashaa'o, ya man
yakhtasso be-rahmatehi
man yashaa'o
[84] O He, Who has neither wife
nor child, O He, Who creates
everything in a fixed measure, O
He, Who has no partner in His
rule, O He, Who appointed angels
as messengers, O He, Who made
constellations in the heaven, O He, man ja'ala fis-samaa'ay
Who made the earth a place of
abode, O He, Who created man
from water, O He, Who fixed a
period for everything, O He,
Whose knowledge encompasses
everything, O He, Who knows the
number and quantity of
everything.
[85] O Allah, verily I beseech You alla-hoomma inni as'aloka
be-'lsmeka ya aw-wolo, ya
in Your name: O First, O Last, O
Manifest, O Hidden, O Virtuous,
O Right, O He, O Unique, O
Independent, O Eternal.
[86] O Best recognised of all the
recognised, O Best of all to be
worshipped, O Greatest of those to
whom thanks are due, O Most
remembered of all who are
mazkoorin zookra, ya a'la
remembered, O Most praiseworthy
of all those who are praised, O
Eternal Existent who is sought, O
Highest of those who are praised,
O Greatest of the purposes which
mawssoofin woosefa, ya
are striven for, O Most liberal
giver who is requested, O Noblest
Friend who is known.
[87] O Friend of those who weep,
O Refuge of those who trust- in
Him, O Guide of the misguided, O
Master of the faithful, O Friend of moozil-leena, ya wali -yal-
worshippers, O Shelter of the
sorrowful, O Redeemer of the
truthful, O Mightiest of all, O
Omniscient, O God of the entire
Creation.
ya mal-lam yat-takhiz
sahebatan wa la waladan,
‫( ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ ﻟَﻢْ ﻳَﺘﱠﺨِﺬْ ﺻَﺎﺣِﺒَﺔً وَ ﻻ وَﻟَﺪا‬۸٤)
ya man ja'ala le koolle ‫ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ ﺟَﻌَﻞَ ﻟِﻜُﻞﱢ ﺷَﻲْءٍ ﻗَﺪْرا ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ ﻻ‬
shai'in qadra, ya mal-la
yooshriko fee hookmehi َ‫ﻳُﺸْﺮِكُ ﻓِﻲ ﺣُﻜْﻤِﻪِ أَﺣَﺪا ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ ﺟَﻌَﻞ‬
ahada, ya man ja'alal
malaa'ekato rosolan, ya ْ‫]ﻣِﻦَ اﻟْﻤَﻼﺋِﻜَﺔِ[ اﻟْﻤَﻼﺋِﻜَﺔَ رُﺳُﻼ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦ‬
borrojan ya man ja'alal- َ‫ﺟَﻌَﻞَ ﻓِﻲ اﻟﺴﱠﻤَﺎءِ ﺑُﺮُوﺟﺎ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ ﺟَﻌَﻞ‬
arza qararan, ya man
khalaqa minal-maa'ay
ِ‫اﻟْﺎَٔرْضَ ﻗَﺮَارا ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ ﺧَﻠَﻖَ ﻣِﻦَ اﻟْﻤَﺎء‬
basharah, ya man ja'ala ‫ﺑَﺸَﺮا ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ ﺟَﻌَﻞَ ﻟِﻜُﻞﱢ ﺷَﻲْءٍ أَﻣَﺪا ﻳَﺎ‬
le-koolle shai-'in amadan,
ya man ahata be-koole ْ‫ﻣَﻦْ أَﺣَﺎطَ ﺑِﻜُﻞﱢ ﺷَﻲْءٍ ﻋِﻠْﻤﺎ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦ‬
shai'in 'ilman, ya man
ahsa koolla shai'in ‫أَﺣْﺼَﻰ ﻛُﻞﱠ ﺷَﻲْءٍ ﻋَﺪَدا‬
'abadan:
‫( اﻟﻠﱠﻬُﻢﱠ إِﻧﱢﻲ أَﺳْﺎَٔﻟُﻚَ ﺑِﺎﺳْﻤِﻚَ ﻳَﺎ‬۸٥)
akhiro, ya zahiro, ya ‫أَوﱠلُ ﻳَﺎ آﺧِﺮُ ﻳَﺎ ﻇَﺎﻫِﺮُ ﻳَﺎ ﺑَﺎﻃِﻦُ ﻳَﺎ ﺑَﺮﱡ ﻳَﺎ‬
batino,
ya barro, ya haqqo, ya ُ‫ﺣَﻖﱡ ﻳَﺎ ﻓَﺮْدُ ﻳَﺎ وِﺗْﺮُ ﻳَﺎ ﺻَﻤَﺪُ ﻳَﺎ ﺳَﺮْﻣَﺪ‬
fardo, ya witro, ya
samado, ya sarmado
ya khaira ma'roofin
'oorefa ya afzala
َ‫( ﻳَﺎ ﺧَﻴْﺮَ ﻣَﻌْﺮُوفٍ ﻋُﺮِفَ ﻳَﺎ أَﻓْﻀَﻞ‬۸٦)
ma'boodin 'obeda, ya ‫ﻣَﻌْﺒُﻮدٍ ﻋُﺒِﺪَ ﻳَﺎ أَﺟَﻞﱠ ﻣَﺸْﻜُﻮرٍ ﺷُﻜِﺮَ ﻳَﺎ‬
ajalla mashkoorin
shokera, ya a'azza ٍ‫أَﻋَﺰﱠ ﻣَﺬْ ﻛُﻮرٍ ذُ ﻛِﺮَ ﻳَﺎ أَﻋْﻠَﻰ ﻣَﺤْﻤُﻮد‬
mahmoodin homeda, ya َ‫ﺣُﻤِﺪَ ﻳَﺎ أَﻗْﺪَمَ ﻣَﻮْﺟُﻮدٍ ﻃُ ِﻠﺐَ ﻳَﺎ أَرْﻓَﻊ‬
aqdama mawjoodin
toleba, ya arfa'a َ‫ﻣَﻮْﺻُﻮفٍ وُﺻِﻒَ ﻳَﺎ أَﻛْﺒَﺮَ ﻣَﻘْﺼُﻮدٍ ﻗُﺼِﺪ‬
akbara maqsoodin
َ‫ﻳَﺎ أَﻛْﺮَمَ ﻣَﺴْﯩُٔﻮلٍ ﺳُﺌِﻞَ ﻳَﺎ أَﺷْﺮَف‬
qoseda, ya akrama َ‫ﻣَﺤْﺒُﻮبٍ ﻋُﻠِﻢ‬
mas'oolin so'ela, ya
ashrafa mahboobin
'olema.
ya habibal-bakeena, ya
sayyadal mootawak-
َ‫( ﻳَﺎ ﺣَﺒِﻴﺐَ اﻟْﺒَﺎﻛِﲔَ ﻳَﺎ ﺳَﻴﱢﺪ‬۸۷)
keleena, ya hadi- yal- ‫اﻟْﻤُﺘَﻮَ ﻛﱢﻠِﲔَ ﻳَﺎ ﻫَﺎدِيَ اﻟْ ُﻤﻀِﻠﱢﲔَ ﻳَﺎ وَﻟِﻲﱠ‬
mo'meneena, ya anisaz- َ‫اﻟْﻤُﻮْٔﻣِﻨِﲔَ ﻳَﺎ أَﻧِﻴﺲَ اﻟﺬﱠاﻛِﺮِﻳﻦَ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻔْﺰَع‬
zakereena, ya mafza'al-
malhoofeena, ya moonjeya ‫اﻟْﻤَﻠْﻬُﻮﻓِﲔَ ﻳَﺎ ﻣُﻨْﺠِﻲَ اﻟﺼﱠﺎدِﻗِﲔَ ﻳَﺎ‬
sadeqeena, ya aqdaral-
qadreena, ya َ‫أَﻗْﺪَرَ اﻟْﻘَﺎدِرِﻳﻦَ ﻳَﺎ أَﻋْﻠَﻢَ اﻟْﻌَﺎﻟِﻤِﲔَ ﻳَﺎ إِﻟَﻪ‬
a'lamal'alemeena ya
ilahal-khalqe ajmaeena
َ‫اﻟْﺨَﻠْﻖِ أَﺟْﻤَﻌِﲔ‬
[88] O He, Who is high and ya man 'ala faqahara, ya
mam-malaka faqadara, ya
َ‫( ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ ﻋَﻼ ﻓَﻘَﻬَﺮَ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ ﻣَﻠَﻚ‬۸۸)
dominant, O He, Who is masterful
and powerful, O He, Who is man batana fakhabara, ya َ‫ﻓَﻘَﺪَرَ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ ﺑَﻄَﻦَ ﻓَﺨَﺒَﺮَ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ ﻋُﺒِﺪ‬
hidden and aware, O He, Who is man
worshipped and who appreciates, 'obeda fashakara ya man ‫ﻓَﺸَﻜَﺮَ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ ﻋُﺼِﻲَ ﻓَﻐَﻔَﺮَ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ ﻻ‬
'ose-ya faghafara ya mal-
O He, Who is disobeyed and yet
la tahweehil-fikaro, ya ‫ﺗَﺤْﻮِﻳﻪِ اﻟْﻔِﻜَﺮُ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ ﻻ ﻳُﺪْرِﻛُﻪُ ﺑَﺼَﺮٌ ﻳَﺎ‬
forgives, O He, Whom thought man la yoodriko-hoo
cannot encompass, O He, Whom basaroon ya mal-la yakhfa ‫ﻣَﻦْ ﻻ ﻳَﺨْﻔَﻰ ﻋَﻠَﻴْﻪِ أَﺛَﺮٌ ﻳَﺎ رَازِقَ اﻟْﺒَﺸَﺮِ ﻳَﺎ‬
eyes cannot see, O He, from
Whom nothing is concealed, O
'alaihe asara' ya razeqal-
bashare, ya moqaddera
ٍ‫ﻣُﻘَﺪﱢرَ ﻛُﻞﱢ ﻗَﺪَر‬
Provider of sustenance to koolle qadarin
mankind, O He, Who ordained all
destinies.
[89]O Allah, verily I beseech You alla-humma inni as'aloka
be-ismeka ya hafizo, ya
‫( اﻟﻠﱠﻬُﻢﱠ إِﻧﱢﻲ أَﺳْﺎَٔﻟُﻚَ ﺑِﺎﺳْﻤِﻚَ ﻳَﺎ‬۸۹)
in Your name: O Protector, O
Maker, O Creator, O High, O bario, ya zari'o ya ‫ﺣَﺎﻓِﻆُ ﻳَﺎ ﺑَﺎرِىُٔ ﻳَﺎ ذَارِىُٔ ﻳَﺎ ﺑَﺎذِخُ ﻳَﺎ‬
Grantor of Relief, O Revealer, O bazikho, ya farijo, ya fate-
Victorious, O Disclosers, O ho, ya kashifo, ya zamino ‫ﻓَﺎرِجُ ﻳَﺎ ﻓَﺎﺗِﺢُ ﻳَﺎ ﻛَﺎﺷِﻒُ ﻳَﺎ ﺿَﺎﻣِﻦُ ﻳَﺎ‬
ya a'amiro, ya nahiyo
Guarantor, O Commander, O ‫آﻣِﺮُ ﻳَﺎ ﻧَﺎﻫِﻲ‬
Prohibiter.
[90] O He, besides Whom no one ya mal-la ya'amool-ghaiba
illa howa, ya mal-la
‫( ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ ﻻ ﻳَﻌْﻠَﻢُ اﻟْﻐَﻴْﺐَ إِﻻ ﻫُﻮَ ﻳَﺎ‬۹۰)
knows the secrets, O He, besides
Whom no one drives away yasrefoos soo'a il1a howa, ‫ﻣَﻦْ ﻻ ﻳَﺼْﺮِفُ اﻟﺴﱡﻮءَ إِﻻ ﻫُﻮَ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ ﻻ‬
calamities, O He, besides Whom ya mal-la yakhloqool-
no one creates, O He, besides khalqa illa howa, ya mal- ُ‫ﻳَﺨْﻠُﻖُ اﻟْﺨَﻠْﻖَ إِﻻ ﻫُﻮَ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ ﻻ ﻳَﻐْﻔِﺮ‬
la yaghfirooz zonnooba
Whom no one forgives sins, O He,
illa howa, ya mal-la ‫اﻟﺬﱠﻧْﺐَ إِﻻ ﻫُﻮَ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ ﻻ ﻳُﺘِﻢﱡ اﻟﻨﱢﻌْﻤَﺔَ إِﻻ‬
besides Whom no one perfects the yotimmoon ne-mata illa
bounties, O He, besides Whom no howa, ya mal-la ‫ﻫُﻮَ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ ﻻ ﻳُﻘَﻠﱢﺐُ اﻟْﻘُﻠُﻮبَ إِﻻ ﻫُﻮَ ﻳَﺎ‬
one transforms hearts, O He,
besides Whom no one manages
yoqallebool-qolooba illa
howa, ya mal-la
ُ‫ﻣَﻦْ ﻻ ﻳُﺪَﺑﱢﺮُ اﻟْﺎَٔﻣْﺮَ إِﻻ ﻫُﻮَ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ ﻻ ﻳُﻨَﺰﱢل‬
affairs, O He, besides Whom no yodabbirool-amra illa ‫اﻟْﻐَﻴْﺚَ إِﻻ ﻫُﻮَ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ ﻻ ﻳَﺒْﺴُﻂُ اﻟﺮﱢزْقَ إِﻻ‬
one holds the reins, O He, besides howa, ya mal-la
Whom no one increases yonazzilool-ghaisa illa َ‫ﻫُﻮَ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ ﻻ ﻳُﺤْﻴِﻲ اﻟْﻤَﻮْﺗَﻰ إِﻻ ﻫُﻮ‬
sustenance, O He, besides Whom howa, ya man-la
no one brings the dead to life. yabsotoor-rizqa illa howa,
ya mal-la yohyil-mawta
illa howe
[91] O Helper of the weak, O ya mo'eenaz-zo'afaa'ay, ya
sahebal-ghoora-baa' ay,
َ‫( ﻳَﺎ ﻣُﻌِﲔَ اﻟﻀﱡﻌَﻔَﺎءِ ﻳَﺎ ﺻَﺎﺣِﺐ‬۹۱)
Companion of the poor, O Helper
of [His] friends, O Overpowerer of ya nasiral-awli-yaa'ay, ya َ‫اﻟْﻐُﺮَﺑَﺎءِ ﻳَﺎ ﻧَﺎﺻِﺮَ اﻟْﺎَٔوْﻟِﻴَﺎءِ ﻳَﺎ ﻗَﺎﻫِﺮ‬
the enemies, O Elevator of the sky, qahiral-'adaa'ay, ya
O Genial to the chosen ones, O rafe'as-samaa'ay ya َ‫اﻟْﺎَٔﻋْﺪَاءِ ﻳَﺎ رَاﻓِﻊَ اﻟﺴﱠﻤَﺎءِ ﻳَﺎ أَﻧِﻴﺲ‬
anisal-asfi-yaa'ay, ya
Friend of the pious, O Treasure of
habib-al-atqi-yaa'ay, ya َ‫اﻟْﺎَٔﺻْﻔِﻴَﺎءِ ﻳَﺎ ﺣَﺒِﻴﺐَ اﻟْﺎَٔﺗْﻘِﻴَﺎءِ ﻳَﺎ ﻛَﻨْﺰ‬
the indigent, O Lord of the rich, O kanzal-foq-araa'ay, ya
Most benign of all. ilahal-aghni-yaa'ay, ya ِ‫اﻟْﻔُﻘَﺮَاءِ ﻳَﺎ إِﻟَﻪَ اﻟْﺎَٔﻏْﻨِﻴَﺎءِ ﻳَﺎ أَﻛْﺮَمَ اﻟْﻜُﺮَﻣَﺎء‬
akramal-koramaa'ay
[92] O He Who is self-sufficient ya kafiya min koolle
shai'in ya qaa'emo ala
‫( ﻳَﺎ ﻛَﺎﻓِﻴﺎ ﻣِﻦْ ﻛُﻞﱢ ﺷَﻲْءٍ ﻳَﺎ ﻗَﺎﺋِﻤﺎ‬۹۲)
from everything, O He Who is
established over everything, O He, koolie shai'in, ya mal-la ٌ‫ﻋَﻠَﻰ ﻛُﻞﱢ ﺷَﻲْءٍ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ ﻻ ﻳُﺸْﺒِﻬُﻪُ ﺷَﻲْء‬
nothing is like unto Him, O He, yooshbehohoo shai'oon,
nothing extends His kingdom, O ya mal-la yazeedo fee ْ‫ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ ﻻ ﻳَﺰِﻳﺪُ ﻓِﻲ ﻣُﻠْﻜِﻪِ ﺷَﻲْءٌ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦ‬
moolkehi shai'oon, ya mal-
He from Whom nothing is hidden,
la yakhfa 'alaihe shai'oon, ُ‫ﻻ ﻳَﺨْﻔَﻰ ﻋَﻠَﻴْﻪِ ﺷَﻲْءٌ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ ﻻ ﻳَﻨْﻘُﺺ‬
O He, nothing decreases His ya mal-la yanqoso fee
treasure, O He, nothing is like unto khazaa'enehi shai'oon, ya ِ‫ﻣِﻦْ ﺧَﺰَاﺋِﻨِﻪِ ﺷَﻲْءٌ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ ﻟَﻴْﺲَ ﻛَﻤِﺜْﻠِﻪ‬
Him, O He, Who is All-Aware, O
He, Whose mercy extends to
mal-iaisa kamislehi
shai'oon, ya mal-la
ٌ‫ﺷَﻲْءٌ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ ﻻ ﻳَﻌْﺰُبُ ﻋَﻦْ ﻋِﻠْﻤِﻪِ ﺷَﻲْء‬
everything. yaghrabo 'an'ilmehi ْ‫ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ ﻫُﻮَ ﺧَﺒِﻴﺮٌ ﺑِﻜُﻞﱢ ﺷَﻲْءٍ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦ‬
shai'oon, ya man howa
khabeeroon be-koolle ٍ‫وَﺳِﻌَﺖْ رَﺣْﻤَﺘُﻪُ ﻛُﻞﱠ ﺷَﻲْء‬
shai'oon, ya man wase'at
rahmatohoo koolla shai'in.
[93] O Allah, verily I beseech You alla-hoomma inni as'aloka
be-ismeka ya mookremo,
‫( اﻟﻠﱠﻬُﻢﱠ إِﻧﱢﻲ أَﺳْﺎَٔﻟُﻚَ ﺑِﺎﺳْﻤِﻚَ ﻳَﺎ‬۹۳)
in Your name: O Generous, O
Provider, O Bestower of bounties, ya moot-imo, ya ‫ﻣُﻜْﺮِمُ ﻳَﺎ ﻣُﻄْﻌِﻢُ ﻳَﺎ ﻣُﻨْﻌِﻢُ ﻳَﺎ ﻣُﻌْﻄِﻲ ﻳَﺎ‬
O Bestower of gifts, O Enricher, O moon'imo, ya mo'tee, ya
Giver of Shelter, O Destroyer, O moghni, ya mooqni, ya ‫ﻣُﻐْﻨِﻲ ﻳَﺎ ﻣُﻘْﻨِﻲ ﻳَﺎ ﻣُﻔْﻨِﻲ ﻳَﺎ ﻣُﺤْﻴِﻲ ﻳَﺎ‬
mofni, ya mohyee, ya
Quickener, O Satisfier, O
morzi, ya moonji ‫ﻣُﺮْﺿِﻲ ﻳَﺎ ﻣُﻨْﺠِﻲ‬
Agreeable, O God, Who grants
salvation.
[94] O First and the Last, O Lord ya aw-wala koolla shai'in
wa a'akheerahu ya ila'aha
َ‫( ﻳَﺎ أَوﱠلَ ﻛُﻞﱢ ﺷَﻲْءٍ وَ آﺧِﺮَهُ ﻳَﺎ إِﻟَﻪ‬۹٤)
of everything and its Master, O
Lord Cherisher of everything and koolla shai'in wa َ‫ﻛُﻞﱢ ﺷَﻲْءٍ وَ ﻣَﻠِﻴﻜَﻪُ ﻳَﺎ رَبﱠ ﻛُﻞﱢ ﺷَﻲْءٍ و‬
its Fashioner, O Controller of maleekahoo, ya rabba
everything and its Extender, O koolle shai'in wa ‫ﺻَﺎﻧِﻌَﻪُ ﻳَﺎ ﺑَﺎرِىَٔ ﻛُﻞﱢ ﺷَﻲْءٍ وَ ﺧَﺎﻟِﻘَﻪُ ﻳَﺎ‬
sane'ahoo, ya bariaa'a
Origin of everything and its
koolle shai'in wa َٔ‫ﻗَﺎﺑِﺾَ ﻛُﻞﱢ ﺷَﻲْءٍ وَ ﺑَﺎﺳِﻄَﻪُ ﻳَﺎ ﻣُﺒْﺪِى‬
Return, O Originator of everything khaliqahoo ya qabiza
and its estimator, O Creator of koolle shai'in wa ٍ‫ﻛُﻞﱢ ﺷَﻲْءٍ وَ ﻣُﻌِﻴﺪَهُ ﻳَﺎ ﻣُﻨْﺸِﻰَٔ ﻛُﻞﱢ ﺷَﻲْء‬
everything and its destroyer, O
Author of everything and its
basitahoo, ya mobde'a
koolle shai'in wa
ُ‫وَ ﻣُﻘَﺪﱢرَهُ ﻳَﺎ ﻣُﻜَﻮﱢنَ ﻛُﻞﱢ ﺷَﻲْءٍ وَ ﻣُﺤَﻮﱢﻟَﻪ‬
inheritor. mo'eedohoo. ya moonshe'a َ‫ﻳَﺎ ﻣُﺤْﻴِﻲَ ﻛُﻞﱢ ﺷَﻲْءٍ وَ ﻣُﻤِﻴﺘَﻪُ ﻳَﺎ ﺧَﺎﻟِﻖ‬
koolle shai'in wa
moqadderahoo, ya ُ‫ﻛُﻞﱢ ﺷَﻲْءٍ وَ وَارِﺛَﻪ‬
mokaw-wina koolle shai'in
wa mohawwilahoo, ya
mohye-ya koolle shai'in
wa momeetahoo, ya
khaleqa koolle shai'in wa
waritha.
[95] O Best Rememberer and ya khaira zakerin wa
mazkoorin, ya khaira
َ‫( ﻳَﺎ ﺧَﻴْﺮَ ذَاﻛِﺮٍ وَ ﻣَﺬْ ﻛُﻮرٍ ﻳَﺎ ﺧَﻴْﺮ‬۹٥)
Remembered, O Best Appreciator
and Appreciated, O Best Praiser shakerin wa mashkoorin, َ‫ﺷَﺎﻛِﺮٍ وَ ﻣَﺸْﻜُﻮرٍ ﻳَﺎ ﺧَﻴْﺮَ ﺣَﺎﻣِﺪٍ و‬
and Praised, O Best Witness and ya khaira hamedin wa
Witnessed, O Best Inviter and mohmoodin. ya khaira ‫ﻣَﺤْﻤُﻮدٍ ﻳَﺎ ﺧَﻴْﺮَ ﺷَﺎﻫِﺪٍ وَ َﻣﺸْﻬُﻮدٍ ﻳَﺎ‬
shahedin wa mash-hodin,
Invited, O Best Responser and ya khaira da'in wa َ‫ﺧﻴْﺮَ ﻣُﺠِﻴﺐٍ و‬
َ ‫ﺧَﻴْﺮَ دَاعٍ وَ ﻣَﺪْﻋُﻮﱟ ﻳَﺎ‬
Responded, O Best Comforter and mad'oowin, ya khaira
Consoler, O Best Friend and mojeebin wa moojaab, ya َ‫ﻣُﺠَﺎبٍ ﻳَﺎ ﺧَﻴْﺮَ ﻣُﻮﻧِﺲٍ وَ أَﻧِﻴﺲٍ ﻳَﺎ ﺧَﻴْﺮ‬
Companion, O Most Desired and khaira moonesin wa anisin
Sought, O Most Affectionate and ya khaira sahebin wa
َ‫ﺻَﺎﺣِﺐٍ وَ ﺟَﻠِﻴﺲٍ ﻳَﺎ ﺧَﻴْﺮَ ﻣَﻘْﺼُﻮدٍ و‬
Loved. jaleesin, ya khaira ٍ‫ﻣَﻄْﻠُﻮبٍ ﻳَﺎ ﺧَﻴْﺮَ ﺣَﺒِﻴﺐٍ وَ ﻣَﺤْﺒُﻮب‬
maqsoodin wa matloobin,
ya khaira habibin wa
mahboobin
[96] O God, the Answerer to him
who calls Him, O Friend of him
who obeys Him, O He Who is
close to him who loves Him, O
Protector of one who seeks
protection, O God, Who is
Generous to him who is hopeful of
Him, O God, Who is Forbearing to
one who disobeys Him, O God,
Who is Merciful in spite of His
Grandeur, O God, Who is Great in
His Wisdom, O God, Who is
Eternal in his Benevolence, O
God, Who is Aware of one who
seeks Him.
[97] O Allah, verily I beseech You alla-hoomma inni as'aloka
in Your name: O Primal Cause, O be-lsmeka ya mosabbebo,
Creator of desire, O Changer, O
Inflictor O Organizer, O Awful, O moqallebo, ya mo'aqqebo,
Saver, O Reminder, O Subjector,
O Displacer.
[98] O He Whose Knowledge
is eternal, O He Whose Promise is
true, O He Whose Benignity is
manifest, O He Whose Command
is overruling, O He Whose Book
is clear and final, O He Whose
Judgement is inevitable, O He
Whose Qur'an is glorious, O He
Whose Rule is eternal, O He
Whose Favour is common to all, O
He Whose Throne is
great.

da'aho mojeeboon, ya man
‫( ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ ﻫُﻮَ ﻟِﻤَﻦْ دَﻋَﺎهُ ﻣُﺠِﻴﺐٌ ﻳَﺎ‬۹٦)
howa leman ata'ahoo َ‫ﻣَﻦْ ﻫُﻮَ ﻟِﻤَﻦْ أَﻃَﺎﻋَﻪُ ﺣَﺒِﻴﺐٌ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ ﻫُﻮ‬
habiboon,
ya man howa ila man ِ‫إِﻟَﻰ ﻣَﻦْ أَﺣَﺒﱠﻪُ ﻗَﺮِﻳﺐٌ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ ﻫُﻮَ ﺑِﻤَﻦ‬
ahabbahoo qareeboon, ya
man howa lemanistah- ْ‫اﺳْﺘَﺤْﻔَﻈَﻪُ رَﻗِﻴﺐٌ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ ﻫُﻮَ ﺑِﻤَﻦ‬
fazahoo raqeeboon, ya
man howa beman rajaho ُ‫رَﺟَﺎهُ ﻛَﺮِﻳﻢٌ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ ﻫُﻮَ ﺑِﻤَﻦْ ﻋَﺼَﺎه‬
karimoon, ya man howa
beman 'asaho halimoon ya
‫ﺣَﻠِﻴﻢٌ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ ﻫُﻮَ ﻓِﻲ ﻋَﻈَﻤَﺘِﻪِ رَﺣِﻴﻢٌ ﻳَﺎ‬
man howa fee' azmatehi َ‫ﻣَﻦْ ﻫُﻮَ ﻓِﻲ ﺣِﻜْﻤَﺘِﻪِ ﻋَﻈِﻴﻢٌ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ ﻫُﻮ‬
rahimoon. ya man howa
fee hikmatehi 'azimoon, ya ْ‫ﻓِﻲ إِﺣْﺴَﺎﻧِﻪِ ﻗَﺪِﻳﻢٌ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ ﻫُﻮَ ﺑِﻤَﻦ‬
man howa fee ehsanehi
qadeemoon, ya man howa ٌ‫أَرَادَهُ ﻋَﻠِﻴﻢ‬
beman aradahoo
'aleemoon
‫( اﻟﻠﱠﻬُﻢﱠ إِﻧﱢﻲ أَﺳْﺎَٔﻟُﻚَ ﺑِﺎﺳْﻤِﻚَ ﻳَﺎ‬۹۷)
ya moraghghebo, ya ‫ﻣُﺴَﺒﱢﺐُ ﻳَﺎ ﻣُﺮَﻏﱢﺐُ ﻳَﺎ ﻣُﻘَﻠﱢﺐُ ﻳَﺎ ﻣُﻌَﻘﱢﺐُ ﻳَﺎ‬
ya morat-tebo, ya ‫ﻣُﺮَﺗﱢﺐُ ﻳَﺎ ﻣُﺨَﻮﱢفُ ﻳَﺎ ﻣُﺤَﺬﱢرُ ﻳَﺎ ﻣُﺬَ ﻛﱢﺮُ ﻳَﺎ‬
mokhaw-wefo, ya
mohazziro, ya mozak-kiro, ُ‫ﻣُﺴَﺨﱢﺮُ ﻳَﺎ ﻣُﻐَﻴﱢﺮ‬
ya mosakh-khiro. ya
moghyyero
ya man 'llmohoo
sabeqoon, ya man
ُ‫( ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ ﻋِﻠْﻤُﻪُ ﺳَﺎﺑِﻖٌ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ وَﻋْﺪُه‬۹۸)
wa'dohoo sadeqoon, ya ُ‫ﺻَﺎدِقٌ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ ﻟُﻄْﻔُﻪُ ﻇَﺎﻫِﺮٌ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ أَﻣْﺮُه‬
man lootfohoo zahiroon,
ya man amrohoo ْ‫ﻏَﺎﻟِﺐٌ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ ﻛِﺘَﺎﺑُﻪُ ﻣُﺤْﻜَﻢٌ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦ‬
ghaleboon, ya man
kitabohoo mohka-moon, ‫ﻗَﻀَﺎؤُهُ ﻛَﺎﺋِﻦٌ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ ﻗُﺮْآﻧُﻪُ ﻣَﺠِﻴﺪٌ ﻳَﺎ‬
‫ﻣَﻦْ ﻣُﻠْﻜُﻪُ ﻗَﺪِﻳﻢٌ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ ﻓَﻀْﻠُﻪُ ﻋَﻤِﻴﻢٌ ﻳَﺎ‬
ya man qazaa'ahoo
kaa'enoon, ya man
qoranohoo majidoon, ya
man moolkohoo qadi-
ٌ‫ﻣَﻦْ ﻋَﺮْﺷُﻪُ ﻋَﻈِﻴﻢ‬
moon, ya man fazlohoo
'aminoon, ya man,
arshohoo 'azimoon
[99] O He-listening to one
individual does not prevent Him
from listening to others
simultaneously, O He-doing
one thing does not prevent Him
from doing other things
simultaneously, O He-the speech
of one person does
not make Him needless of the
simultaneous speech of others, O
He-one request does not make
Him forgetful
of other requests, O He-the sight
of one thing does not prevent Him
from seeing other things
simultaneously, O He-the plaintive
cries of those who weep and
lament do not bother Him, O He
Who is the ultimate Aim of the
efforts of saints, O He Who is the
Goal of seekers, O He from Whom
not a single particle in the worlds
is hidden.
[100] O Forbearing Who does not
make haste, O Generous Who is
never a miser, O True Who never
breaks the promise, O Munificent
Who never regrets, O Dominant
Who is never overpowered, O
Great Who is indescribable, O Just ghani-yal la yaftaqero ya
Who is never oppressive, O
Bounteous Who is never
rapacious, O Great Who does not
become small, O Protector Who
does not neglect.
Praise be to You, there is no god
but You, The Granter of all
Succour, Protect us from the Fire,
O Lord.
ya mal-la yash-gholohoo
sam'oon ' an sam'in, ya
ٍ‫( ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ ﻻ ﻳَﺸْﻐَﻠُﻪُ ﺳَﻤْﻊٌ ﻋَﻦْ ﺳَ ْﻤﻊ‬۹۹)
mal-la yamna'ohoo ‫ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ ﻻ ﻳَﻤْﻨَﻌُﻪُ ﻓِﻌْﻞٌ ﻋَﻦْ ﻓِﻌْﻞٍ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ ﻻ‬
fi’a'loon 'an fi’a'lin, ya
mal-la yoolhihi qawloon, ُ‫ﻳُﻠْﻬِﻴﻪِ ﻗَﻮْلٌ ﻋَﻦْ ﻗَﻮْلٍ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ ﻻ ﻳُﻐَﻠﱢﻄُﻪ‬
an qawlin, ya mal-la
yoghal-litohoo so'aloon ُ‫ﺳُﻮَٔالٌ ﻋَﻦْ ﺳُﻮَٔالٍ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ ﻻ ﻳَﺤْﺠُﺒُﻪ‬
'an so'alin, ya mal-la
yahjobohoo shai'un ' an ُ‫ﺷَﻲْءٌ ﻋَﻦْ ﺷَﻲْءٍ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ ﻻ ﻳُﺒْﺮِﻣُﻪُ إِﻟْﺤَﺎح‬
shai'in ya mal-la yoobre-
mohoo ilhahool-mooleh-
ِ‫اﻟْﻤُﻠِﺤﱢﲔَ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ ﻫُﻮَ ﻏَﺎﻳَﺔُ ﻣُﺮَاد‬
heena ya man howa ِ‫اﻟْﻤُﺮِﻳﺪِﻳﻦَ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ ﻫُﻮَ ﻣُﻨْﺘَﻬَﻰ ﻫِﻤَﻢ‬
ghayato mooradil-
mooreedeena, ya man ِ‫اﻟْﻌَﺎرِﻓِﲔَ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ ﻫُﻮَ ﻣُﻨْﺘَﻬَﻰ ﻃَﻠَﺐ‬
howa moontaha hemmil'
arefeena, ya man howa ٌ‫اﻟﻄﱠﺎﻟِﺒِﲔَ ﻳَﺎ ﻣَﻦْ ﻻ ﻳَﺨْﻔَﻰ ﻋَﻠَﻴْﻪِ ذَرﱠة‬
moon-taha talabit-
talebeena, ya mal-la َ‫ﻓِﻲ اﻟْﻌَﺎﻟَﻤِﲔ‬
yakhfa 'alaihe zarratoon
fil'alameena
ya halimal la ya'jalo, ya
jawadal la yabkhalo, ya
‫( ﻳَﺎ ﺣَﻠِﻴﻤﺎ ﻻ ﻳَﻌْﺠَﻞُ ﻳَﺎ ﺟَﻮَادا ﻻ‬۱۰۰)
sadeqal la yookhlefo, ya ‫ﻳَﺒْﺨَﻞُ ﻳَﺎ ﺻَﺎدِﻗﺎ ﻻ ﻳُﺨْﻠِﻒُ ﻳَﺎ وَﻫﱠﺎﺑﺎ ﻻ‬
wah-habal la yomilla, ya
qaahiral la yooghlabo, ya ‫ﻳَﻤَﻞﱡ ﻳَﺎ ﻗَﺎﻫِﺮا ﻻ ﻳُﻐْﻠَﺐُ ﻳَﺎ ﻋَﻈِﻴﻤﺎ ﻻ‬
'azimal la yoosafo, ya
'adlan la yaheefo, ya ‫ﻳُﻮﺻَﻒُ ﻳَﺎ ﻋَﺪْﻻ ﻻ ﻳَﺤِﻴﻒُ ﻳَﺎ ﻏَﻨِﻴّﺎ ﻻ‬
kabiral la yasghoro! ya ‫ﻳَﻔْﺘَﻘِﺮُ ﻳَﺎ ﻛَﺒِﻴﺮا ﻻ ﻳَﺼْﻐُﺮُ ﻳَﺎ ﺣَﺎﻓِﻈﺎ ﻻ‬
hafezal la yaghfolo
ُ‫ﻳَﻐْﻔُﻞ‬
sobhanaka ya laa illaha
illa anta alghawthal-
َ‫ﺳُﺒْﺤَﺎﻧَﻚَ ﻳَﺎ ﻻ إِﻟَﻪَ إِﻻ أَﻧْﺖَ اﻟْﻐَﻮْث‬
ghawth khallisna minan- ِ‫اﻟْﻐَﻮْثَ ﺧَﻠﱢﺼْﻨَﺎ ﻣِﻦَ اﻟﻨﱠﺎرِ ﻳَﺎ رَب‬
nare ya rabbe
