The initial call was rectived at scene at 2159 hours. He stated that there had been an officer involved sho at Waller Lane and State Route 135 (Broadway). ‘The shooting involved three of our dfieers who had discharged their weapons at the suspect who was pointing a rifle at them. Chief Macagni left the scene at this time and I went to the center of the intersection where other officers were at.
