We take the liberty to introduce our company Riviera Pool to you with a view to
serve you in the project of 377 swimming pools.

Riviera Pool, Industrial Investment Co. L.L.C. was established in 1976 as a pioneer in
the nascent swimming pool industry in this region and has since been in operation in Sharjah
covering all the UAE. Being one of the first Swimming Pool Manufactures, we had a head
start over the other manufacturers in building swimming pools suitable for this region as we
experience the extremes of climatic conditions.

At present, we have more than 4000 ambassadors in the U.A.E who take pride in
owning our pools. A part from individuals, we have served many reputed companies and
establishments, in the U.A.E. A list of a few of them is enclosed for your reference.

We take pride that we have reference of pools that are 30 years old and are in
operation without any serious problems, vouching for the quality of our products. All our
GRP and composites are imported of European origins whereas the Gel Coats are from
Australia and France. These are special paints to enhance the properties of the pool. Riviera
pools can be found in many private spa gardens, fitness centers and on the most beautiful
gardens all over the U.A.E. and also in hotels, leisure centers, and on cruise ships.

Our facility is one of the biggest all over the Middle East and is also used to build
Luxury Yachts. With the explosive developments in the field of construction and the build up
of townships all over the U.A.E., the demand for swimming pools is definite. We therefore
would like to propose our GRP swimming pools as option for the Jumeriah Park Projects.
There are many advantages for opting for the option of GRP pools as it has a much simpler
method installation and will take 1/5th of the time at site for installation in comparison to a
CONCRETE POOLS. The advantage of GRP pool is if customer required moving the pool
from one place to another place the whole pool can be removed and re installed as per his
requirement, unlike concrete pools where the shell can’t be removed. Therefore concluding

that maintenance cost of this kind of swimming pool are much more economical for the

customers as well as the developer. Also when building township the requirement for
swimming pools is in large quantifiable numbers thus permitting the option to have any
customized shapes and sizes of pools.
