requirements if any is recognized by the customer members
of IATF when achieved according to the IATF certification
scheme (Rules for achieving IATF recognition)

supply chain can apply
• Any potential suppliers will only be accepted for
registration if they can demonstrate that they are on an
active bid list – Letter of Conformance (LOC)
• Applicable to sites of the organization where customer
specified parts for production and/or services are

• “site” – is defined as a location where value-added
manufacturing processes occur
• “manufacturing” – is a process of making or fabricating
production materials, production or service parts,
