Responsible for primarily restoring service when a production incident occurs through the various co-
ordination and cooperation through the Incident Management procedure.

Drive governance around incident management, for example, ensure an incident ticket is opened,

users (partners, customers, etc).

Create user accounts on various target systems consisting , Mainframes (RACF, CAS, UNIX etc) and
Web links with the appropriate access rights.
Modify user access rights to accounts over time, as required by changing business needs.
Disable or removing accounts when users are no longer authorized to access them (de-
provisioning).
