Responsible for primarily restoring service when a production incident occurs through the various co-
ordination and cooperation through the Incident Management procedure.
Ensure appropriate escalation procedures are followed as required.
Drive governance around incident management, for example, ensure an incident ticket is opened,
escalated, updated and closed accordingly.
