12 Did you install Symantec Antivirus properly and

Symantec Antivirus is enabled?

13 If the ATM is non-Forex ATM

 Did you Disable Journal printer Module?

 Did you remove data and power cable from

journal printer?

 Did you reboot the machine?

  On Configuration Make sure the Journal
printer is disabled or not?

14 Did you Check the cassette configuration is the

same by contacting Center supports? (ATM and
Switch side).

15 Access key :
 Did you insert Access key to the ATMs?
 Did the check sum of the Access key is
correct?

16 Graphics file update:

 Did you install screen files and media files on
the ATM?
 Did you change the video file on Media folder?
 Did you copied Graphics files and places
them on the ATM Hard drive at the
following path:
C:\Program Files\NCR APTRA\Advance
NDC\Media
17 Configure TCP/IP connection :
 Insert the Host IP and port on ATM TCP IP
configuration menu.
 Confirm the correct ATM IP address is
inserted at the switch.
 Ensure that TCP/IP connectivity is
established with center with the correct
port address.
18 Did the ATM is Operational? If not please justify.
