Juan Camilo García (JC): Good morning! Thanks!

HR: How are you today?

JC: Fine, thanks.

HR: Ok, let`s start. How would you describe as a person?

JC: I am responsible, serious, honest and cheerful, committed to duty, in addition to providing
security and credibility in assigned work and ability to work in groups in high pressure situations and
with initiative to solve problems efficiently and achieve goals and objectives set by the company.

HR: Well, that is the profile of the person we want in our company. Tell me about the last company
where you worked?

JC: My last job was in a social expression shop, called Azukitar. Unfortunately, it had to close due
to differences between its owners. In this company, I design and manufacture of social expression
products (gifts, cards, balloons, Anchetas, Among Others); I also had to design and assembly of
decorations and social events, I also had to do customer support, merchandise reception and inventory
management

HR: Ok. At this time what is the type of work you are looking for?

JC: At the moment, I am doing a technology in market management at SENA, I have also previously
completed some courses and semesters in administration, so I want to work in the area of inventory
and merchandise management; I am also interested in strategic planning.

HR. Well. What is your availability of time and mobilization to perform in our company?

JC: I am available immediately; Unfortunately I am unemployed, but motivated to collaborate with

the goals of this great company. As for transport, I have no problem, I live in the city in a place with
good access to public transport
