definitions about swimming. (5 points each

2. Make your own personal fitness plan for a day using FITT principle. (Show example or
guidelines/format)

3. Enumerate and define the major components on how to self - assess health related fitness
status and give each components an example. (15 points each)

4. Students are allowed to submit the activity on or before June 5, 2020. Consideration will be

extended to those who have limited or no access to resources.
