Now we get a letter in the mail saying that they will be crediting our financial institution with
$535, even though we owe $1285 on the vehicle. So apparently $750 is just not covered. We
paid $650 originally for the coverage, and they aren't even providing up to that? I read the
contract, and NOTHING is mentioned about exclusions. Obviously I am going to call them
Monday, but in the mean time I am very stressed out and would appreciate some
advice/insight as to how this is even possible and what we can do.
