Location Green Belt area, Beside of oxidation pond.

Fire incident occurred in green belt area at morning hours around 07:00
Description AM. But no any property damaged and any Human Being, Animals were
not injured in the incident occurred.

Compound wall were not completed around the site.

Root Cause
Unauthorised persons entering in to site from various locations.

All local persons were entering in to plant for running in plant and
some persons are hiding from our security and for sunshade at

afternoon time and doing the smoking/ alcoholic activities in green
belt area premises.

Informed to local fire service station to control the spreading fire.

And the situation get controlled by fire service persons with the

support our plant team.
Taken
After explained to our security persons to keep eye open on smoke
hazard and rise the situation to others immediately.
