SLAVE CONTRACT

1. Slave Eli's Role

1.1. The Slave Eli agrees to submit to Master Tom in all ways.
1.2. The Slave Eli acknowledges that, upon execution of this agreement,
their body, mind, soul belong to the Master Tom and may be used in any
way deemed appropriate by the Master Tom.
1.3. The Slave Eli agrees to please the Master Tom to the best of their ability
and acknowledges that they now exist solely for the Master Tom's pleasure.
1.4. There are no boundaries of time, place, or situation in which the Slave Eli
may refuse an order from the Master Tom without risk of punishment
except in situations where Slave Eli's veto applies.
1.5. The Slave Eli acknowledges that she is obligated to engage in vaginal sex,
anal sex, oral sex, cyber sex, with the Master Tom at the request of the
Master Tom.
1.6. The Slave Eli acknowledges that they may be required to perform sexual
acts with people of their same gender.

2. Slave Eli's Veto

2.1. The Slave Eli, when appropriate, may exercise veto power over any
command given by the Master Tom. This power may be invoked under
the following circumstances:
When said command may conflict with state, local, or federal law; and may
lead to fines, arrest, or legal prosecution of the Slave Eli. When said
command may cause significant hardship to the Slave Eli's life, including loss
of employment or family stress.
When said command may cause significant or lasting bodily harm to the
Slave Eli. When said command causes psychological trauma to the Slave Eli.
2.2. The Master Tom acknowledges that the Slave Eli will use the following safe
word when play reaches a level beyond the Slave Eli's consent. Upon
hearing this word, the Master Tom agrees to halt, or temporarily suspend, all
play- related activities so that they may tend to the needs of the Slave Eli.
Safe word: MILKYWAY.

3. Master Tom's Role

3.1. The Master Tom accepts responsibility for the Slave Eli's body and
behavior as outlined in this agreement.
3.1.1. Master Tom agrees to care for the Slave Eli and to arrange for the
comfort and well-being of Slave Eli for as long as he own her.
3.1.2. Master Tom accepts and acknowledges his responsibility to treat Slave
Eli properly, train her, punish her, use her, torture her and care about
her, as he see fit.

4. Duration

This contract will be valid and enforceable from: 12:00 AM 26 July 2018 to 12:00
AM 26 January 2018 unless otherwise terminated according to the stipulations
outlined in this document.
5. Punishment

5.1. Slave Eli agrees to submit to any punishment that the Master Tom sees fit to
deliver. Master Tom acknowledges that he is obligated to please the Slave
during the course of punishment.
5.2. Slave Eli acknowledges that she may be punished without reason or
cause other than the amusement or gratification of Master Tom.

6. Rules of Punishment

6.1. Punishment may not result in permanent bodily harm and may not
include any of the following forms of abuse:
6.1.1. drawing of blood
6.1.2. permanent burning of the skin
6.1.3. internal bleeding
6.1.4. withholding of essential, life-sustaining materials, such as food, water,
or sunlight, for extended periods of time.

7. Permanent Bodily Harm

7.1. Should any permanent bodily harm ever come to the Slave Eli, whether
during the course of punishment of any other related activity, whether by
intention or accident, this contract will be considered null and all agreements
made herein shall be considered terminated; if the Slave Eli should so
desire.
7.2. Permanent bodily harm shall be defined as: death, loss of mobility or
motor function, permanent marks on the skin, loss of hair, piercing of the
flesh.

8. Additional Partners

8.1. Slave Eli may not seek another Master, or lover, or relate to others in any
sexual or submissive way, without express permission from the Master
Tom. Doing so constitutes a breach of contract and may result in extreme
punishment to be performed or enacted at the Master Tom's discretion.
8.2. Master Tom may accept other lovers, but must consider the Slave
Eli's emotional response to such actions, and act accordingly.
8.3. Under no circumstances shall the Master allow any additional partners, or the
inclusion of additional partners; to unbalance the Slave Eli emotionally or
allow such actions to result in neglect of the Slave Eli.

9. Secrecy

All physical evidence of any BDSM related play, the slavery agreement, sexual
activity shall be kept in total secrecy except Master Tom decides to do different.

10. Alteration of Contract

This contract may not be altered expect in cases where both the Master Tom and
the Slave Eli agree.
11. Termination of Contract

This contract may be terminated at any time by the Master Tom but never by the
Slave Eli except in instances that constitute a breach of contract on the part of the
Master Tom. Upon termination of this contract, the Slave Eli shall be reinstated
with full rights to their own body.

12. Slave Eli Signature

I have read and understand this contract in its entirety. I hereby agree to accept
the terms outlined above and relinquish all rights to my body, my mind and my
soul and accept the claim of ownership made by the Master Tom. I understand
that I will be commanded, trained, punished, treated, regarded as a Slave.
I promise to always be true, honest and accept the will of my Master Tom at all
times. I promise to always fulfil the needs and desires of my Master at all times,
and to the best of my ability. I understand that I may not cancel this contract
except in instances that constitute a break.

13. Master Toms Signature

I have read and understand this contract in its entirety. I agree to accept the body,
mind and soul of Slave Eli as my own personal property and care for her to the
best of my ability. I shall provide for her security and well-being. I agree to
command, instruct, train, punish, raise her. I understand the responsibility implicit
in this agreement and agree that no harm shall come to the Slave Eli during the
course of ownership. I further understand that I can withdraw from this contract at
any time.
