Elcam Medical DIPT is a new and improved DPT.
The DIPT comprises a blood pressure
sensor, a flush device, and a stopcock all molded as
a single piece. This design results in a clear
fluid path, minimizes trapped air and improves
accuracy. Elcam Medical’s DIPT is indicated for
pressure sensing during clinically invasive procedures,
without interfering with blood flow and/or pressure.
Elcam Medical DPT is indicated for pressure sensing
during clinically invasive procedures without interfering
with the patient’s blood flow and/or blood pressure. By
hydraulic connection the pressure is transferred to the
sensing unit, which converts it to an electrical signal.
Flush devices are used for maintaining slow
continuous flow of solutions in order to minimize the
possibility of blood clots forming within the catheter
and at the catheter tip, while enabling momentary use
at high flow rate, for flushing the IV line when required.
Elcam’s Flush Device is manufactured to meet the
highest regulatory demands, utilizing state of the art
technology including fully automatic lines and laser
drilling equipment.
