Your client is the ‘Government of Goa’. Recently they have observed sudden influx of foreign tourists.
The numbers and the frequency of visitors and the average duration of visits have increased. While this
has led to increased commerce, travel, and tax revenues, it has also placed a strain on the state’s
insufficient infrastructure. The state government has approved INR 470 Crore over 3 years to promote
tourism and travel by making low-interest loans and grants to private developers that match their goals
and criteria. On what should it spend its money? What strategic considerations should the government
undertake?

a. 1st slide (title slide) should contain team name and names of the team members
b. 2nd slide should contain diagnosis/analysis of the situation
c. 3rd slide should contain recommendations
d. Font size should be more than 14
e. Make it in such a way that you can present it in no more than 5 minutes
f. File name should be <Team Number>_consig_assign1_presentation.pptx or <Team
Number>_consig_assign1_presentation.ppt
