Mohan Builders Pvt. Ltd.”, Jaipur.

Dear Sir,

Please find enclosed herewith our Annual Maintenance Contract form in duplicate
stipulating terms & conditions for the comprehensive maintenance of the above-subjected
elevators. This contract is valid for the period of one year with payment details as under:
-
For (G+8) Elevator: Rs. 35,000/- (Thirty Five Thousand only) per elevator. For
(-1+G+8) elevator: Rs. 40,000/- (Forty Thousand only) per elevator. Hence total
charges for 02 nos. elevators are Rs. 75,000/- (Rs. Seventy Five Thousand Only) for
one year. Service Tax @ 12.36% will be in addition to the above charges.
