Apartment, Jaipur”.

Dear Sir,

Please find enclosed here with herewith our Annual Maintenance Contract form in
duplicate stipulating terms & conditions for the comprehensive maintenance of the
above-subjected elevator. This contract is valid for the period of one year at the charges
of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand only) for one elevator per annum, total Rs. 30,000/-
(Thirty Thousand only) for three years. Service Tax @ 12.36% will be in addition to
the above charge.
