The simple present is used to talk about habitual actions and routines. Also we
can use the simple present to talk about facts and things that are true.

3. My mother always takes a nap at 2:30pm.
4. He dances.

5. They go swimming.
The present continuous is used to talk about actions that are happening at the
moment. Present continuous can also be used for the future.
1. The children are sleeping at the moment.
2. I’m traveling to New York this summer.
3. I’m not working tonight.
4. My mom is taking her nap.
5. I’m dancing.

6. They aren’t crying.
