We offer a fixed price menu that includes an appetizer or soup or salad and an entrée and
beverage at a cost of $9.95 plus tax.

You may also order a la carte with the appetizers, soups and salads at $4.25 each, entrees at
$6.95 each and beverages at $1.50. Desserts are an additional $3.00 with either menu choice.

Appetizers
Lumpia- originated in China, a style of eggroll filled with assorted vegetables and ground pork.

Tempura- crispy fried mixed vegetables dredged in tempura batter served with an Asian dipping
sauce.

California Rolls – Sushi made inside out containing cucumber, crab, and avocado.

Baked Vegetable Samosa- potatoes, peas, carrots, ginger and mint cased in delicate pastry
makes this Indian turnover a must.

Salads
Chili Squid - an Asian twist on squid with rice noodles and fresh herbs and spices.

Tofu with Vegetables – tofu, red peppers, and other fresh vegetables flavored with a touch of
Sesame.

Soup
A daily selection prepared by the Percival Dining Room Saucier
Entrees
All entrees include appropriate starch and vegetable

Chicken Adobo- simmered chicken in a garlic soy marinade finished with coconut cream sauce.

Hoisin Pork – Quick stir- fried pork strips with rice wine soy sauce and a kick of chili.

Seared Scallops – succulent scallops marinated in fresh chili, fragrant mint, and aromatic basil
seared quickly.

Grilled Salmon – fresh grilled salmon with an Asian twist.

Ginger Beef – tender beef strips stir fried with bell peppers and ginger sauce.

Glazed Eggplant – vegetarian Asian inspired eggplant with sweet hoisin sauce.

Beverages

Coffee - Offering an organic fare trade blend. Milk - Chocolate, White, 2 %.


Tea - Assortment of teas steeped at your table. Soda - Cold and refreshing.

Dessert

We offer a daily selection of freshly made desserts by the students in the Baking and Pastry
Arts Program. Please check with our wait staff for today’s temptations.

The Percival Dining Room is the instructional facility for the students enrolled in the Culinary
Arts and Baking and Pastry Arts programs. We are located on the campus of South Puget Sound
Community College, Building 27. Except for special circumstances, we are open from 11:00
a.m. to 12:30 p.m. every Monday through Thursday during regularly scheduled class days. For
your convenience, you may obtain updated weekly operational information and make your
reservations by calling 360.596.5404 or campus extension 5404. Free Parking Passes are
available.
