GENERAL NOTES
1) TI for skin temperature locate opposite to inlet nozzle.
2) Alternate design conditions are 3.5 bar g / FV @ 190ºC (for steam out purpose)
3) TBA = TO BE ADVISE, VTA = VENDOR TO ADVISE, N/A = NOT APPLICABLE, AMB = AMBIENT,
ATM = ATMOSPHERIC, G.NOTES = GENERAL NOTES, FV = FULL VACUUM.
4) Instrument Transmitters connected to thermocouples shall have automatic compensation for temperature
variations at the cold junction.
5) For RTD, Temperature Transmitters shall be used for signal conversion in the field.
6) For Thermocouples, Temperature Transmitters with zero compensation shall be used for signal conversion in
the field.
7) Temperature transmitters shall be protected from lightning with built-in lightning surge arrestor function.
8) All field electronic instruments shall have an RFI immunity circuit to suppress RF signals.
9) Materials and all electrical components shall be suitable for corrosive atmosphere and tropical climate.
10) Vendor calibration certificate for all instruments and instrument system shall be checked and documented
in accordance with the quality plan. Calibration equipment shall be provided by calibration certificate and
traceable to accredited laboratory. Refer to section 6, DEP 62.10.08.11
11) Remote head housing is supply by others.
12) Vendor to provide model decoding or nomenclature for each product model offered.
13) Vendor to include the recommended spare parts on the quotation.
14) All Transmitters shall have Hermetically sealed electronics.
15) All HART Transmitters shall have following settings.

This Supplier Documentation Requirements is in conjunction with the FW Standard “General Notes for
Requisitions”, document no. 0605-8820-GN-00-0001, defines the scope of documentation for all Supplier Documents
SUPPLIER shall include the supply of all Documentation to define the Equipment supplied for the purposes of:
•Integration into the Plant Design
•Design Code Compliance
•Regulatory Authority Approval
•Installation, Operation and Maintenance

NOTES FOR SUPPLIER DOCUMENT SUBMISSION TABLE
1) Documents for review shall be submitted via e-procurement process. No hard copy is required to be submitted
2) Documents shall be submitted in accordance with a DUE DATE CODE as follows
A2 DOCUMENT TIMING
A2.1.1 WITH QUOTE
Q Documents shall be submitted with the Quotation.
A2.1.2 FOR REVIEW
Documents shall be submitted in accordance with a DUE DATE CODE as follows
An : n weeks after order placement (normally n=3)
Bn=3 : n weeks after receipt of PURCHASER information (normally n=3)
Dn : n weeks after equipment dispatch (normally n=2)
E : As information becomes available
F : 1 month prior to equipment dispatch and one copy with equipment
G : at Final Inspection
A2.1.3 DATA BOOKS
VDB : n weeks after order placement (normally n=3)
Supplier may specifically note that the MR has total 3nos of WBS as listed at below:
WBS01= ISBL
WBS02= OSBL
WBS03= COMMON AREAS
Each WBS represents different unit/sections of the plant.
During document approval process supplier may combine documents of similar category (i.e Sizing
/ GAD /Reports etc), mentioned above, for all WBS (01 to 03) as single set / document
for XXXX/FWAPL approval
Approved documents/Certified Final documents are to be inserted in the Vendor Data Books as per
VDB index. These documents must be stamped and signed by the WOOD responsible engineer as
Code 4 or 5, as defined in the General Notes
Project requires that supplier provides separate VDB & CD for each WBS (01 to 03).
CD shall be structured for easy navigation to all documents listed in VDB index via use of bookmarks
/ links
The data book shall include 4 sets of hardcopy and 2 sets of electronics copy (CD ROM) for each
WBS (01 to 03).

DEVIATIONS LIST
SUPPLIER shall list all deviations to the Material Requisition and reference documents that are included in the
requisition. SUPPLIER’s quotation is deemed to comply with all requirements except those are brought out
in the deviation list
SUPPLIER’s scope of work and supply shall fully comply with the requirements of this requisition except for the
deviations listed in the following table
Note, SUPPLIER shall propose alternatives and/or the impact, cost and delivery, to comply with the
requirements of the material requisition and associated documents for each deviation tabled
