Qualification Criteria:-
To qualify for award of the Contract, the Tenderer should satisfy the following
qualification criteria:-

A) Technical Criteria:-
Experience from Similar Work & Civil Work:-
a) Similar Work:-Tenderer having experience of similar work in road works / Bridges and
should have successfully completed at least one contract pertaining to road works / Bridges
of size of at least 50% (i.e.

b) Civil Works:-The applicants should have completed the total project cost worth of

c) Minimum Single similar work to be completed:- The Applicant shall prove evidence
that he has successfully completed or substantially completed satisfactorily within the last
five years (commencing from the year 2005-06) at least one Contract pertaining to highways
/ Roads (roads and bridge works) / airport runway of size at least 50 % (i.e. Minimum

Bid capacity:-

ҏ *ҏBid capacity should be not less than estimated cost of Project

A:- is Maximum Value of Civil Engineering works in

maximum turnover for civil works in any one financial year duly certified by C.A. during
the last three financial years (updated to 2009-10 price level using an escalation factor of

N:- is Number of years prescribed for completion of the works for which bids are invited

B:- is Value in

Bid capacity calculated should be certified by Chartered Accountant even if any
certificates & statements issued by employer.
