Reaction Paper,

I am a member of group 7 in our BA11, We are conducting an interview

regarding with our financial institution and we are choosing the PNB (PHILIPPINE
NATIONAL BANK). After we receive the letter for our interview .We passed it
directly to the main office of the PNB so that we can have our schedule of our
interview .But sad to say it takes two weeks before we entertain .They give us a
number for follow-up but still busy. We did is to go directly go to the office and
then finally they entertain us .The assistant trait as nice and pleasant.

The manager of the PNB who is Miss Eyel Detoya starting her interview with
us .She introduce us her name and she ask us our name also. She tells us the
summary of the company overview then proceed to the services, the loans and
the credit they offers and also who are qualified to the offers and what are the
requirements. She also asking some questions and we response on her and we
asking her some clarifications and for more information about she discus us.

During our interview with her I realize that being in her position is not an easy
task ,because it takes a lot of responsibilities. But despite of it I idolize her
because that is one of my goal in life in when I finish my studies. She also tell us
some encouragement to us to go forward to our goal and motivate me a lot to
study hard even though there are lots of trials we encountered .But still push up
so that we became what we are want to become someday.

After that we have a picture taking for our documentations. And the end of our
interview.
