The significance of the TRE'O ® family of performance architectural digital lighting is
based upon technology and long term reliability: the convergence of science, design
and sustainability. Diminutive extr uded and cast aluminum designs destined for interior
or exterior applications are married with easily replaceable digital lighting platforms to

THE INSIGHT LED TECHNOLOGY

There are many choices available to the manufacturer for the control of LED’s used in
illumination. Suffice to say, that whatever the application or industry, the enemy of an
LED is heat, condensation and electrostatic discharge (ESD). Continued exposure to
all or any of these environments impacts longevity and performance. The manner in
which heat is dissipated, the LED's are protected from condensation and the chosen
manufacturing process, is what differentiates serious manufacturers from one another.
Imbedded science, sealed electronics and a controlled manufacturing process are the
benchmarks of Insight's digital family of products.

Insight LED lighting fixtures, whether architectural, Illusions or SmartEdge pro ducts
employ a combination of sciences that create an environment of low temperature and
sealed electronics. Insight’s design approach equates to longer life, consistent fixture
to fixture color performance, lighting uniformity and product integrity that lasts.

T R E ' O ® p r ovides a wide range of Kelvin temperatures (2900, 3400, 4200, 5500) in white l i g h t ,
f i x t u r e o u t puts of 6, 12 and 15 watts/ft and correspondent lumen ratings (see chart on p a g e s
7 & 9 ) . A choice of 15°, 30°, 60° and 120° distributions, red, green and blue and RGB / D M X
( 2 c o n t r o l l ers) are available. On board integral drivers are standard with a choice of 4 re m o t e
damp UL power supplies (96W, 150W, 300W, 600W) and 1 wet (96W) UL recognized power supply.
P a r a l l e l w i ring for run lengths to 96 feet (see chart on page 15) may be incorporated. A stan d a r d
d i m m i n g module for 0-10 volt DC interface may be specified. Standard interior moun t i n g s
a r e c o v e , surface ceiling/wall, extended off-set, cantilever, pendant, cable and contin u o u s .

TRE'O® TC Series - Interior Architectural Digital Lighting

Luminaire
The TRE'O® TC Series luminaire is constructed of extruded aluminum with
tooled end caps in nominal lengths from 1 to 12 feet. The TRE'O Series is
provided with a selection of mountings that allow for 180 degree rotation and
aiming of the fixture. All painted surfaces are pretreated with a phosphate
wash and powder coated to a 3 mil thickness. U.L. and Canadian Standards
approved for dry locations. Two year limited warranty. Please refer to the Insight
website for the most current specifications.

Lens
TRE'O® is provided with an acrylic snap-in tool-less lens, protecting the sealed
LED platform. 120° clear lens is the default when ordering a TRE'O® TC
product.

Insight LED Technology

Insight's TRE'O® is manufactured employing both classical heat dissipating
designs and proprietary embedded intellectual property, providing a complete
approach to long life and performance. See technology statement on page 4.

Optics
Symmetrical Beam Angles
TRE'O® TC Series are available in four distinct symmetrical distributions. 15°
30°, 60° and 120° beam angles are available.

Electrical
TRE'O® luminaires are pre-wired and sealed for ease of installation and
15° 30° 60° 120° factory authorized maintenance. Insight UL Listed remote power supplies
are provided in 120V AC / 24V DC. TC Series are compatible with UL dry
location approved enclosures for remote placement. All power supplies must
be ordered separately.

Two year limited warranty. Control Options

Full range dimming control (white and static RGB) and DMX512 (24 Bit
