An adverb of degree comes before the adjective or adverb it describes:

This cake is very good.

You're driving too fast

Why does he walk so slowly?

She wants a fairly large car.

ENOUGH comes after the adjective or adverb it describes:

This suitcase isn't big enough.

Much, a lot, rather, a bit/a little, any, no can modify a comparative and comes before it:

He's working a little harder than before.

When an adverb of degree modifies a verb, it comes in the middle of the sentence:

I almost fell from my bed.
