LAMDA Board member requirements:


 membership in LAMDA Society ($10.00)
 computer skills (e-mail including opening, filing, attaching, scanning and sending documents)
 attendance at a minimum of 5 Board meetings per annum (September, November, January, March, and May)
 communication including responding to Board e-mails between meetings
 involvement with two annual social events for tenants (June and December)
 participation in committee work
 elected Directors must sign a Confidentiality Agreement and Conflict of Interest Statement
