DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

OF ROAD RIGHT OF WAY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Deed of Absolute Sale of a Portion of Land is made and

entered into by and between:

________________, of legal age, Filipino citizen, married, and a

resident of Brgy. ___________, Philippines, hereinafter
referred to as the “SELLER”;

-and-

________________of legal age, Filipino citizen, married, and a

resident of Brgy. ___________, Philippines, hereinafter referred to
as the “BUYER”;

-WITNESSETH-

WHEREAS, the SELLER is the owner of two (2) parcels of

land and more particularly described as follows:

“A parcel of land located at __________”

“A parcel of land located at __________”

WHEREAS, for and in consideration of the sum of

SEVENTY THOUSAND (Php 70,000.00), Philippine Currency,
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged from the “BUYER”, to
the entire satisfaction of the “SELLER”, the herein “SELLER”
THEREFORE, hereby SELL, TRANSFER, and CONVEY and by
these presents have SOLD, TRANSFERRED and CONVEYED by
way of ABSOLUTE and IRREVOCABLE SALE in favor of the
“BUYER”, the following:

1. Lot No. 1234 with an area of TWENTY-TWO (22)

SQUARE METERS, more or less, (Road Right of Way)
and;

2. Lot No. 4567, Cad-493-D with an area of ONE

HUNDRED EIGHTEEN (118) SQUARE METERS, more
or less, (Road Right of Way).

WHEREAS, before this sale was made in favor of the herein

“BUYER” notices to the adjoining owners, possible
redemptioners/pre-emptioners were likewise made but nobody
among them signified their intention to buy the said lots for the
price herein mentioned; That this parcel of land is free from any
tenant. The same is outside the coverage of the Comprehensive
Agrarian Reform Law;

That this instrument may be registered with the office of the

Registry of Deeds for the Province of ____ in accordance with law.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto signed

this ____ day of _______________, 2020 at Kalibo, Aklan,
Philippines.

Province of ____ this ___ day of ___________, 2020, personally
appeared the above-named parties who have proven to me their
identities through their Valid Identification Numbers, as herein
above-indicated below their names with photographs, both known
to me to be the same persons who executed the foregoing Deed of
Absolute Sale of a Road Right of Way consisting two (2) pages
including the page on which this Acknowledgment is written, has
been signed by the executing parties and their witnesses on each
and every page thereof and sealed with my notarial seal and they
acknowledged to me that the same is their free and voluntary act
and deed.
