HYDERABAD (Herein after called as the SURETIES), jointly and severally undertake
the following:

i. That, the obligor herein who is selected for the post of Prohibition &
Excise Sub-Inspector will serve the Department for a period of three years,
after completion of training.
ii. That, he shall be liable to refund to Government a sum of Rs. 5,00,000/-
(Rupees Five Lakhs only) together with interest, if:

a) He fails to serve the Department for a period of 3 years after

completion of his training for any reason, or
b) He discontinues the training or is discharged from training course
for misconduct or any other reason, or
c) If he secures any other employment elsewhere other than under
the State Government.

And the Government without prejudice to any other rights may recover such
sum or sums of money as may be due from the bounden obligor and sureties by virtue
of this bound as if they were arrears of land revenue under the Revenue Recovery Act.

If the above conditions are carried out, then the Bond of obligation shall be void
and of no effect, otherwise the same shall be and remain in full force and virtue.

Ref: Orders issued vide Cr.No.A1/870/2019-37, dt:25-11-2019.

I submit that vide orders cited, I have been appointed as Prohibition & Excise
Sub-Inspector in Zone-VI. I have been directed to join the post within 60days.

In pursuance of the above orders, I intend to join duty as Prohibition & Excise
Sub-Inspector. I herewith submit agreement bond and Fitness Certificate.

Kindly permit me to join duty and arrange to issue further orders, Sir.
