Solutionary Project Reflection

My experience about this solutionary project was amazing and fun! At first I thought It

was another present boring presentation, filled with such anxiety but as we learned what we’re

going to be tasked with, it started to sound a little more easier. Also with covid-19, I believe that

everyone had it easy presenting this time. If it wasn’t for the covid-19 everyone would be so

nervous to present, including myself. Also there would be no excuses to not being able to finish

your project (no hate to anyone who didn’t finish). Doing this project brought me to newer

heights, I got to test out my interviewing skills, I got to meet lots of nice and wonderful people

around the island, and I got to integrate my skills and apply into the real world. At times we were

tasked to finish our assignments, most of us, including myself probably procrastinated ti’ll the

last minute. I’m not proud of myself for doing that, and I don’t want that to be a habit of

anyone’s. I thought that with everything going around, this project would be completely useless,

and a waste of time but I gave it a try and actually done great. All I had to do was think about the

positive outcomes rather than the negative thoughts. Honeslty everyone including myself could

say that this was very hard, especially when you’re at home and not having any teachers around

you to make sure you’re doing your work.

Things I could have done differently, probably have more information to backup my

research. I felt that I was lacking on background information in order to let my readers know that

I have credits and real facts. I was just using news articles, instead of having actual deaths or

pedestrian and car accidents. Though I was able to work around it, I’m proud of the information I
used, informed, and teach to my fellow classmates. I enjoyed the little parts of this project, which

was the interaction of the people and myself. I enjoyed being able to step out of my comfort zone

and show what I have done to help out my community in my project. Some challenges I faced

was not being asking a lot of questions during the process of making this project. I feel that if I

had listened more, and paid more attention in class, I would have done much much better than

expected. The other challenge would be going out to put the flags, because we were on strict stay

at home orders by the mayor and governor of our state.
