National Seminar on “Ancient India’s feat of Science and Technology”

University, Lucknow Campus, U.P. under the aegis of Indian Council of Historical Research,
New Delhi is organizing National Seminar on “Ancient India’s feat of Science and Technology
March
“on 19th and 20th 2020. Main purpose of this Seminar is to discuss significance of science
and technology in Indian archaeology and literature to reconstruct the holistic science history of
ancient India. There will be discussion on multiple paradigms of mathematics, astronomy,
aeronautics, Ayurveda, yoga, medicine, surgery, ship buildings, textile techniques, perfume
making, hydraulic management, architectural science and civil engineering, metallurgy, etc. with
spatial and temporal contexts. The conference will also highlight recent research trends in
various areas of Science and technology in continuum of past. Eminent historians, indologists,
archaeologists, scholars of science and technologies are going to participate in this august
seminar. We are enclosing herewith the details of registration and abstract and full paper
submission dates for further correspondence. We are looking forward to your positive response
