“My Life in the Midst of Covid-19”

The world is grappling with an invisible, deadly enemy, trying to understand how to live
with the threat posed by a virus. We struggle how to survive, to search some food to eat and to
look how to get some money. Because life is something that requires a considerable amount of
physical and mental effort. Some are fortunate enough to have everything prepared for them. Such
as some are born into money; some come across good fortune yet most work hard from the start to
get somewhere in the world. It just all depends on how you were brought into this world.

During the lockdown, many things has happened because before the enhance community
quarantine me and my family are not really that close, we have our own life and we don’t even talk
to each other except during eating time but when the lockdown came, the space between me and
my family gotten closer especially me and my mom. Because usually my mom is always in South
Korea to do her work but she got home last year because of their contract had already finish.
We’ve got to do the things we enjoy like telling each other stories, playing cards, watching movies,
helps the house chores and also exact 6 pm we always do our prayer to God. To thank Him
everything even thou what happen to our world because I know He will never live us.

As I learned during the Covid-19 (corona virus), first is we should always pray to God to
tell him that if I’m with Him I can do anything, second is as I watch news in the television the earth
is healing, the ozone layer becoming thicker and also the mother nature is healing. Lastly is we
learned how to appreciate simple things, and there are so many people living on this planet, and
all of them have their own views on what life means to them. There are optimists who choose to
see the bright side of this world. There are pessimists who might enjoy constant grumbling as to
their difficult and unfair fate. Every person decides for themselves. That is why we are thankful
for the people who give us strength. Thank you frontliners.
