Hello Grade 4/5 classes,

I hope that you are doing well, welcome to the last set of Word of the Day Workouts for this
school year! I hope that they have helped you stay active and have some fun!

Instructions:

- Each letter of the alphabet will be assigned a fitness exercise (See chart below)

A - 5 push ups J - 8 squats S - 20 jumping jacks

B - 5 sit ups K - 30 second plank T - 15 jumps (reach for the sky!)

C - 5 squats L - 15 jumping jacks U - Run on the spot for 1 minute

D - 20 second plank M - 10 jumps (reach for the sky!) V - 5 deep breaths

E - 10 jumping jacks N - Run on the spot for 45 W - 5 push ups

F - 5 jumps (reach for the sky!) O - 10 push ups X - 5 sit ups

G - Run on the spot for 30 P - 10 sit ups Y - 5 squats

H - 8 push ups Q - 10 squats Z - 10 jumping jacks

I - 8 sit ups R - 45 second plank

- Each day, there will be a different word of the day workout

- For example,

- Hope
- If the word of the day is Hope, the workout will be:

- H = 8 push ups

- O = 10 push ups

- P = 10 sit ups

- E = 10 jumping jacks

WORD OF THE DAY WORKOUT

To complete each of these WORD OF THE DAY WORKOUTS, please look at the chart and
example on the first page to help you understand. Please do your best to complete the
workouts. Do them at your own pace, drink water and take breaks if you need to!

June 10th - Security
