I hope that you are doing well, welcome to the last set of Word of the Day Workouts for this
school year! I hope that they have helped you stay active and have some fun!
Instructions:
- Each letter of the alphabet will be assigned a fitness exercise (See chart below)
- For example,
- Hope
- If the word of the day is Hope, the workout will be:
- H = 8 push ups
- O = 10 push ups
- P = 10 sit ups
- E = 10 jumping jacks
To complete each of these WORD OF THE DAY WORKOUTS, please look at the chart and
example on the first page to help you understand. Please do your best to complete the
workouts. Do them at your own pace, drink water and take breaks if you need to!
During all physical activity, please be
careful and be safe!
