4. DUTIES:
You agree to perform the duties set out in your job description full and to the
best of your ability and Medical Ethics should be observed you
acknowledge and agree that , although you primary responsibility is to
MICO VICTORY DISPENSARY, The Director (Head) as a
representative of MICO MEDICAL will be your point of contact and daily
basis and you will comply with reasonable instructions given to you by the
director.
5.RENUMERATION:
We / I will pay you Tsh. __________________ as allowance / Salary in
Mouthy basis from the said centre.

6.TERMINATION:
 Persistently fail to comply with your obligation under contract
{Performance of duties} or commit material breach of the contract.
 Take part in any illegal activities or are convicted for a criminal Offence.
 Are guilty and gross Microsoft or serious negligence in connection with
the centre { MICO VICTORY DISPENSARY }
 We / I may also terminate that give you at least one Month prior to
written Notice.

7.TERMINATION BY YOU:
You may terminate this contract at any time by providing us with at least Two
[02] Monthly written notice.
This contract is Renewable after every Two year, the director will notify the
Employee that as soon as Possible if the contract is renewed.

TERMINAL BENEFITS:
At the end of the duration of employment,employee will receive his/her
Mounthly payment Allowance / Salary as he /she Voluntary in humanitarian
bases.

GENERAL
 You may not discuss the term of this contract with any other employee of
MICO VICTORY DISPENSARY.
 To do so will be deemed by us / me severe breach of contract.
