TITLE II WATER QUALITY MANAGEMENT

TITLE III LAND USE MANAGEMENT

recommend to the NEPC a land use scheme

CHAPTER I - National Gov’t through DENR
- Exemption to the extent of 50% of tariff duties & compensating tax for

- Tax credit equivalent to 50% of the value of the compensating tax &
tariff duties that would have been paid on the pollution control
CHAPTER II – National Gov’t through DENR
WILDLIFE equipment, devices, spare parts & accessories had these items been
imported shall, within a period of 7 yrs from the effectivity of this
Decree be given to the person of firm who or w/c purchases them from
CHAPTER III- Forestry - National Gov’t through DENR
FORESTRY & SOIL Soil Conservation – National Gov’t through DENR & a domestic manufacturer, & another tax credit equivalent to 25%
CONSERVATION DA shall undertake a soil conservation program thereof shall be given to the said manufacturer subject to such
conditions as may be imposed by the Council; &
CHAPTER IV – National Gov’t through PAGASA - Deductions equivalent to 50% of the expenses actually incurred on
FLOOD CONTROL research projects undertaken to develop technologies for the
& NATURAL manufacture of pollution control equipment w/c have been proven
