Let us pass “The George Floyd Law”.

George will be the last black man murdered by

police.

America has known for a long time the New York Police Department needs to be
cleaned, get rid of the rotten apples. During my own demoralizing experience with
the Greenburgh, NY police, 3 separate attempts to break me, over a 5-year period, I
tried to enact change & FAILED. If I had succeeded in getting my dirty cop off the
streets a young man would be alive today. I have seen officers use excess force on
minorities many times. George Floyd is dead because of the lack of action by
Internal Affairs.

Derek Chauvin & Tou Thao have a history of on-duty shootings & over 15 civilian
complaints against them. Those cops were the subject of a dozen police misconduct
complaints that resulted in NO disciplinary action.

New York residents: NYPD Deputy Commissioner Joseph Reznick is the reason why dirty
cops continue to exist. As I worked through healing my broken soul, I needed to
educate myself. Why are known dirty cops allowed to remain on the force? Because of
the retaliation actions of Joseph Reznick, bully at large. When a good police
officer attempts to properly report police misconduct, by any member of the police
department Joseph Reznick will label them a RAT and ruin them. He takes advantage
of his authority to manufacture evidence, get news outlets to report these
outrageous lies & has these good officers fired thus losing their pension and
benefits. Reznick’s actions are meant as a warning/deterrent to future whistle-
blowers; speak up & see what I do to you. He is being allowed to slander and libel
good police officers at taxpayer’s expenses further proving to dirty cops they are
“protected”.

If you are as disgusted, sicken and heartbroken as I am over the death of George
Floyd than we need to remove Joseph Reznick. I am asking all to call their
representatives, senators, and demand he be fired, no pension, no benefits.

We need to create a safe haven where officers can report misconduct. Is it a

community action plan? Do we create a civic association position, run by each
community to handle the complaints without providing the name of the officer who
reported the misconduct? Do we demand a law be passed where when a civil suit is
won the officer must use his/her own money to pay the rewarded settlement? I am
tired of my hard-earned tax dollars being used to bail out scum. If I were able to
file the 5 civil suits and win, the money awarded to me would be my own/our tax
dollars.

Fact: I am a 65-year old white women. I was 60 in 2015 when the 1st misconduct
happened, premeditated framing. I was 63 when the 2nd & 3rd misconduct occurred.
2nd: officer picked my apartment door lock & walked in as I was coming out of my
shower. 3rd: Hit in the back of my neck by police, knocked to the ground,
handcuffed to a gurney & forcibly taken to the ER where I was stripped naked &
forced to give blood. I was forced to stay overnight. I am alleging the Greenburgh
police now have my DNA.
