AFFIDAVIT OF WITNESS
I, SALVE M. ABANCENA, of legal age, Filipino, with residence and postal address
at Purok 6 Brgy. Calapi, Catbalogan City, Samar, after having been sworn in accordance
with law hereby depose and state the following:

[1] That, I purchase thru installment basis one motorcycle with

model TCI25 Macho at RUSI Catbalogan Branch thru its
Officer-in-Charge CHRISTOPHER LAMORTE;

[2] That, on January 20, 2017 I paid an initial/down payment in the

amount of Four Thousand Pesos (Php4,000) to Mr. Lamorte,
however I was not issued a receipt for such payment;

[3] That, Thereafter, Mr. Lamorte himself went to our residence

and gave us a receipt for the downpayment we made.
However, to our dismay what was reflected in the receipt was
only Two Thousand Pesos (Php2,000) instead of the true
amount paid which is Php4,000;

[4] That, likewsie on the same day, Mr. Lamorte took our piglet
with an agreement that he (Lamorte) will buy our pig in the
amount of Six Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (Php6,500)
which amount will be applied as our payment for the
motorcycle unit we purchased from RUSI. Mr. Lamorte went
home with our pig without issuing a receipt;

[5] That, few days thereafter, Bong Avancina (my in-law) went to
the Office of RUSI in Catbalogan to purchase a unit of
motorcycle. I requested Bong to ask for a receipt from Mr.
Lamorte reflecting the amount of Php6,500 as the pigs price
so it can be applied as payment for the purchase of the unit as
previously agreed upon;

[6] That, to our shock, Mr. Lamorted intimated that he wasn’t able
to give a receipt instead he will the purchase price of the pig
in an installment pay of One Thousand Pesos (Php1,000) per
month until fully paid;

[7] That, as of the filing of this case, we were not paid of the
Php6,500, much less issued a receipt reflecting payment for
the motorcycle;

[8] I am executing this Affidavit of Witness to attest under oath

the truth of the foregoing statements and to substantiate the
 filing of a criminal case against CHRISTOPHER
LAMORTE a resident of Brgy. Luyo, Basey, Samar.
