The sign-off is an integral component of the Project Quality Plan of the Sage ERP X3 Standard Edition
offeringStandard implementation method. Their purpose is to formalize the progress of a project by validating the
various milestones defined by the Customer and the Integrator in the Project Quality Plan.
Sign-off is a necessary prerequisite to starting the subsequent phases of the project. Reservations enable the
Customer and the Integrator to subject the validation of a milestone to certain conditions. Reservations formalized by
one party must be satisfactorily addressed by the other party in order to definitely conclude a milestone.
Sign-off No. 1 closes the Scope phase of the Project Stage of implementation of the Sage ERP X3 Standard
EditionSage ERP X3 solution.

By signing this document < CUSTOMER NAME > acknowledges and accepts the following contractual document
provided by the Integrator following the scoping phase.

document, thus providing the Customer with a detailed description of the target solution to be implemented. <
CUSTOMER NAME > further acknowledges that they have informed the Integrator of their requests for further
information or modifications concerning the target solution description.

Once the Description of the Target Solution has been accepted by the Customer, it serves for both the Customer and
the Integrator as the contractual reference defining the target solution to be implemented.
