What would happen if you do not drink water?

Based on my research, if we do not drink water, it will negatively affects our mood, attention, memory
and motor coordination. It will reduce brain volume and temporarily affecting cell function. If our body
lose water and without replacing it, our blood becomes more concentrated and, at a point, this triggers
your kidney to retain water, that will result us urinating less, plus, the thicker and more concentrated
our blood becomes, the harder it is for our cardiovascular system to compensate by increasing heart
rate to maintain blood pressure. Less water affects our body at regulating temperature.

When is water safe to drink?

Water that's safe to drink should ideally be clear with no odor or funny taste. One way to tell if water is
contaminated is to look for turbidity, or cloudiness. While cloudy water isn't necessarily dangerous to
your health, it could signal the presence of unsafe pathogens or chemicals. Water that's orange or
brown could also contain excess iron, manganese, or lead, or signal the presence of rust, which can
breed bacteria.

Identify five (5) negative eating practices that has negative impact on human health.

1. Skipping Breakfast - Skipping the morning meal can throw off your body’s rhythm of fasting and
eating. When you wake up, the blood sugar your body needs to make your muscles and brain
work their best is usually low. Breakfast helps replenish it. If your body doesn’t get that fuel
from food, you may feel zapped of energy -- and you'll be more likely to overeat later in the day.
Breakfast also gives you a chance to get in some vitamins and nutrients from healthy foods like
dairy, grains, and fruits. If you don’t eat it, you aren’t likely to get all of the nutrients your body
needs.

2. Midnight Snack - Eating late at night can lead to several health hazards like increase in blood
sugar levels, heart diseases, obesity and acidity. Basically, the later you eat, the less your body is
prepared to sleep, which can also have adverse effects on your memory and efficiency for the
next day.

3. Emotional Eating – Though emotional eating can acts as a short-term cure for negative feelings
and emotions, it can often result in overeating and can have a direct relation to weight gain and
self-esteem. Repetitive emotional eating can result in a whole host of weight-related health
problems. Diabetes, high blood pressure, fatigue and high blood pressure are all examples of
how your body pays for over eating outbursts.

4. Eating Junk Foods - Consumption of junk food can lead to a lot of health problems, like increased
obesity. It's composition of loads of sugar, calories and fats contribute to weight-gain. Obesity
can cause many medical issues like diabetes, joint-pain and heart diseases. And also in some
other researches, they concluded that junk foods can deteriorate your memory and can leave
with you with a weaker brain. It causes a sudden inflammation in the hippocampus in the brain
which is responsible for memory and recognition.

5. Eating Too Quickly - Fast eating is associated with an increased risk of being overweight or
obese. So it’s no surprise that both chewing less and eating quickly have been linked to
consuming more food and calories. Insulin resistance is closely related to metabolic syndrome, a
cluster of factors that increase the risk of developing not only diabetes, but also heart disease
and stroke.
