Dear Sir,
With respect to the above mentioned project, and as per the drawings provided,
provided we are
submitting our best revised offer as per attached BOQ. The price does not include supply of
tiles, glue, grout & spacers (to be supplied by AWRBI), etc.

Notes:
1. The offer being applicaable for a re-measured contract, the quantitie
es used in the BOQ
are symbolic only; payyments shall be as per measurement of actua al work done.
2. Work shall commence after receiving of site clearance from AWRBI team.
3. Floor levels shall be provided by the AWRBI team, before commencing the work
4. Price applicable for Cement-Sand
Cement Sand Screed, including material: AED 46/= per m2 (for
average 50mm thick screed using Pioneer cement and black sand)

Payment Terms:
Advance: 30%,
Progress
rogress payments: 60% (payable within 15 days from date of certification by AWRBI),

Remaining after 6 months from completion:
