KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That I, ISABEL D. TRUMPO, of legal age, married and with postal address at
Costa Brava, Brgy. 88, San Jose, Tacloban City, do hereby make, constitute and appoint
my father LT. SAMUEL S. SAMONTE (PC) Ret., of legal age and a resident of
Tacloban City, to be my true and lawful attorney, for me and in my name, place and stead
to perform the following:

In addition to the authority given to him by me under a Special Power of Attorney

dated 13 May 2020 in Doc. No. 341, Page 34, Book II, s. 2020 of Notary Public Ruben
Y. Maceda, I am authorizing him further in accordance with Section 2(a), Rule 18 of the
1997 Rules of Civil Procedure and the 2 nd Revised Guidelines for the implementation of
mediation proceedings approved by the Supreme Court on 16 October 2019, to enter into
a COMPROMISE AGREEMENT as may be allowed by law, indicating the desired
terms thereof and any or all such acts and deeds which I could do if personally present,
before the Philippine Mediation Center, Tacloban City Unit, in the following cases:

1. Civil Case No. 2019-02-24 before RTC Br. 9, Tacloban City, entitled Sps.
Donato S. Trumpo & Isabel D. Trumpo vs. William B. Jones, Sr. for Viol. of Art. 19 &
20, Art. 26, Art. 32 and Art. 33, Civil Code of the Phils., and Damages;

2. Civil Case No. 2019-02-24 before RTC Br. 34, Tacloban City, entitled
“Sps. Donato & Isabel Trumpo vs. Sps. Felipe & Erlinda Mailim, et al., for Judicial
Declaration of Nuisance and Mandamus;

3. Criminal Case No. 2019-08-01 before MTCC Br. 1, Tacloban City,

entitled People vs. William B. Jones, Sr. for Unjust Vexation.

GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-fact full power and

authority to do and perform any and or all of the foregoing acts and things necessary or
proper to be done in and about the premises, as fully to all intents and purposes as I might
or could do if personally present, and HEREBY RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING
any and all such acts and things done under the premises by virtue hereof for all legal
intents and purposes.
