Target activity

Walk through the entire floor and understand the various departments, sub
departments and the categories under each one of them

Understand the terminologies of various fittings & fixtures available at the store
and map the allocated fixture against the respective category
Draw the floor layout with the details of fixture and the department/category
details
Choose to stay in one section and observe the selling process. Try and attend
atleast 5 customers and record the experience

Based on the past 4 days experience & observation on the floor and the whole
day's observation write about the target customer, product, display, pricing,
experience etc about the brand / store. Suggestions for improvement
